You can make your own a ROM ...

Hi there, I'm needing the same RUU if possible, specifically a 2.22.206.x RUU. Current Radio is 3831.19.00.120. Androidfiles doesn't have it and of course you can't flash other RUU's with mismatching CIDs. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You're looking for should be Europe_2.22.401.1_Radio_20.76.30.0835U_3831.19.00.120 right?

Tried that, both the All in one and RUU installer gave me CID mismatch errors. I found a O2 unbaked rom from HTCDev but the cook procedure is all Unix commands and I wouldn't know if I'm building it right or whether it'll be as good as the firmware the phone shipped with. My CID is the same as the OP's post, O2___001.

From the Fastboot screen the phone is as follows:
PRIMOU PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1.8.0000
RADIO-3831.19.00.120
eMMC-boot

This is a UK model by O2 and as far as I know only O2 RUUs will work on this but finding one is proving difficult. The only ones I find are the one's you've mentioned and the H3G ones.

This does not explain your version is the European version ...
Since you have the European version of the brush into the wrong RUU ...
It shows that you are not the European version ...

Sorry, we're getting a little confused. Let me explain.
My friend rooted his phone and installed custom ROMs without backing up the factory firmware
He wants to go back to stock ROM.
At the time I did NOT know what his phone's CID was so I tried both H3G_UK and European RUU's but both returned the CID error.
I then looked into what CID the phone was and it is a O2___001.
This phone will not work with European RUU's, it will only work with the specific RUU from O2 which doesn't seem to be available.

Unfortunately, not, I think it ended up with my friend getting an S3 instead.

CID is US Developers Edition. All RUUs are here:

If you are trying to run a Lollipop Sense ROM, the 4.16 RUU will update you to the right firmware.
You will need to relock your bootloader to run RUU (since you are s-off) with command: fastboot oem lock
Here is my necessary fastboot getvar details:

I want to go back to stock with 4.16.401.10 base. I wanted to know if I can flash a firmware for 4.16.401.10 on my device, but I also read that my MID also needs to be changed. I'm very confused about the whole process. I want to know what it takes to flash the firmware 4.16.401.10 on my device and also if I can also go to stock with that. Please help me. Consider me a noob. I would really appreciate your help.

Why not just use the 4.18.720.8 RUU? The FW is the same so you can use the Lollipop ROMs without issues

That update was an ota incremental. Basically a security patch. The only ruu you'll find is 3.35.401.12. you must then take the ota to 3.35.401.32.
