[Q] Deleted googleapps by accident, can't fix phone.

Issue is this:
To install the ROM, you will need the ClockWorkmod ROM Manager.
Start Android Market on your phone and search for ROM Manager. Install the Clockwork Mod ROM Manager. Note that your Defy must be rooted before you can install ROMs on it.

Being as I deleted google apps I can't use the market. So I managed to find a googleapps1.3 apk file on the net, reinstalled it but it just crashes and requires force close whenever it starts, have been told it is a permissions issue so I tried fixing permissions via ROM manager but I get this error:
"An error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands!"
Now ultimately I want 2.2 froyo anyway, but what is the best way to get the correct Clockwork Mod ROM Manager APK for a motorola defy? I've looked everywhere but cannot find it.
ROM manager has an option to download it, but it only gives options for Droid x, droid 2 and some other non defy phone.
So how do I get myself out of this pickle and install froyo 2.2 or at least get google apps 1.3 working again?
Really appreciate any help, thanks guys
had to make a new account as my password wont work and neither will password recovery
anyway I tried using the defy recovery but it says the update.zip file is invalid and doesn't pass the certificate test or some random thing
how am to get google apps working again? all I want is my stock rom working, or if I can get a 2.2 version that is exactly the same that'd be great.
Can anyone help me? I have the googleapps.apk file but it just crashes if I reinstall it.
If you just want to get back to stock...
1. Send it in for repair.
2. Find a relevant SBF file and flash via RSD Lite. What does Settings -> About phone tells you?
system version blur_version.2.51.1.mb25.retail.en.GB
JRDNEM_U3_2.5.1.1
where would I look to find the SBF file?
managed to find a stock rom and reflash it, all is good now
thanks guys

Qpair not compatible with the G Pad !!! -SOLVED-

Hi,
I just received my G Pad today and one of the first thing I wanted to try is to use Qpair with my phone.
So I installed the lattest version of Qpair on my phone (v. 4.1.28) and tried to connect it to my tablet, but I had a pop up message telling me that the version of qpair on my tablet (v. 4.1.23) was outdated and I needed to update it.
The problem is that the playstore says that my device, the LGE LG-V500, is not compatible with Qpair
What should I do? I can't install the new version and I can't even uninstall QPair on my G Pad as it is part of the system.
Edit: you need to go the LG app center (sorry I don't know the English name) in order to update it (as some other system apps), you can't do it through the regular playstore.
you should not upgrade from playstore on the tablet but the "Update Center", an App for LG already installed, enter and update from there
Thanks Palux, I just edited my message
yes, I saw immediately after and I can not edit because I'm a new user.

If you're ON ANDROID KITKAT 4.4.2, download towelroot apk from https://towelroot.com
Install the apk(No virus or anything unsafe here), open towelroot and should take less than 30 seconds to root, then download a superuser apk from play store like from Chainfire, update binaries and reboot and you should be rooted! Hit thanks if you feel you got help! Same instructions put in this video http://youtu.be/AZgEVM2hSnI download links covered! Just watch and install! Happy rooting

[Q] calculator apps missing

After i tried unlock bootloader but failed causing the calculator apps missing , does someone encounter this problem ?
You can download a 3rd party calc from play store or download the original G4 calc found in LGapp store. Although maybe with unlocked phone you can't get the LG G4 calc? Idk

LG G3 MarshMallow Update Center and system apps question.

Ok i have upgraded my phone to rooted Marchmallow. I wanted to transfer the lg apps to system so noone can delete them (qmemo etc..), and i encountered this. With right permittions on everything, some apps dont work after. (The app itself is not installed, and the update center wants to download it.) What is the problem here? Also can anyone tell me which lg apps your Update Center app identifies? Because i think it does not find every lg app.
