Fulmics is the best for g3 in performance and look.others are cyanogen based and doesn't compete with the lg Rom. So go with the fulmics.

Marshmallow request

may someone be able to port a marshmallow custom rom for the ascend p1
Hi, I have bad notices for you
I also have a huawei ascend p1, I tried to use an "optimized rom" based on mokee os and cm and it worked really bad, the performance was horrible, i prefer to use the kit kat rom created by Spanorg, you can search it on xda, because the developer have created so many variations, based on cm 11 (mine actually rom for this mobile , liquid smoth and omniroom)

That is what I am asking. I have no idea if Android Pay works on Fulmic
Based on other threads, android pay will not work on any unlocked bootloader which is needed to boot into a custom rom. Search for more info.
Sorry

Changing roms will definitely work. Root, install TWRP, and change to a custom aosp rom. You can get more battery life and heat will decrease.
Your other options are using thermal pad or installing ctt mod.
Search for these on xda.
G3 D855---ROM : Crdroid 7.0
Sounds little difficult ,
Can u please send me an instructor ,
And which Rom do you recommend?

You can find tutorials to root and install TWRP on xda. Just search for it. However I have not tried of thermal pad because it requires hardware tweaking.
Any non-stock roms will decrease heat in my opinion. I'm now using Crdroid, which is based on nougat 7.1.

what kind of temperature readings are you getting with cpuz?

Still on stock android 5!

So my wife’s lg g3 still running stock android 5. She complains on bad battery life. I replaced the battery but I think it is the rom. Before I factory reset it,
Any new faster battery friendly recommend rom?
Thanks
Is the ROM rooted? If so you could run a utility like Better Battery Stats to determine what's draining battery while asleep. Stock ROMs usually have a bunch of stuff running that can suck down the battery. Some unneeded items can probably be turned off or controlled in some way.
If she prefers stock you could probably update to Marshmallow which may or may not be better as far as battery. There are some custom stock ROMs based on MM like Fulmics and Clean ROM. The latter still maintained/supported I believe. It's leaner with less cruft than standard stock.
As far as AOSP/CM/LOS ROMs go there's a lot to choose from. From Lollipop up to current Pie. I wouldn't know what to recommend. I run old stuff but there's no support so Oreo or Pie would be the choice as far as dev support. Maybe Nougat, too.
I'm sure other users will have some good recommendations.
Oh, and don't forget to specify your G3 variant.
LG G3 D851, AOSPA-L ROM, Nebula Rev9.3 Kernel, microG (NoGapps), MultiROM, XDA Legacy
All stock d855
Update
So the phone has no root and I see that the OS and the kernel is taking a lot of battery.
Any suggestions for fast and battery friendly ROM?

Since the phone is not rooted you'll have to tackle that first before looking at any ROMs. Could be wrong but I think the D855 has a locked bootloader. If so it's gotta be unlocked, get TWRP recovery installed, and rooted.
Over the years I've only followed the general and T-Mobile (D851) G3 threads so I'm not sure exactly of what methods to use on your phone.
LG G3 D851, Mahdi v2.9 ROM (4.4.4), microG (NoGApps), MultiROM, XDA Legacy
I can install kingsroot and after that autorec and then twrp
Question is: what best rom do you recommend?
Pie or 15.1?

I have not tried Pie on any device since I multiboot. Due to hardware issues (failed sdcard slot) on my previous G3 I only recently tried Oreo, crDroid 4.6 and Liquid Remix 9.1.3. I am way late to the Oreo and Pie party so I can't recommend anything.
Check the G3 Development subforum and see what folks are saying about the various ROMs.

Moto G5S Plus XT1806, MSM-Xtended v2.5 ROM, MultiROM, XDA Legacy
Thanks but there are so many...
I would probably install lineageos 16 and see.
I will update when done
