Which Custom ROM works best on MIUI v12?

Hi,
I don't like idea to downgrade my mobile just to flash custom ROM, I have Realme 6 (G90T Series) and flashed successfully a few custom ROMs but I never downgraded the phone, why RN8P so difficult?
Are there any custom ROM that work best on MIUI v12/ Android v10?
TWRP-3.3.1-1210 recovery and Magisk Manager are installed and both working, device is rooted.
If you have root and twrp, you don't need to downgrade to install a custom ROM.
If you are talking about flashing a cfw custom ROM, then yes, you need to downgrade to Android9, but then you can flash Android 10/11 cfw ROMs.
Having said that, since the new unbrick method was developed, you can now feel more comfortable about simply flashing 'normal' (non-cfw) custom ROMs without going the cfw route.

Question Twrp recovery and Ota updates

I have a one plus 9 pro fully unlocked model AA I have root and stock recovery at the moment. I would like to flash Twrp so I can install custom roms. Or if I stay on stock can I still apply OTA with twrp installed?
TWRP is there only for A11 ROMs. It's not compatible with OOS12 or any custom ROM built on A12. If you're on custom ROMs, you need to be on the recovery which the developer uploads/provides together with the ROM (linage-based custom recovery).
