Unlock code for replacement unit - Note 7 Questions & Answers

For those that originally purchased unlocked from a Samsung Store, you know the replacements did not come with an unlock code. I called Samsung for an unlock code on September 16 and have not heard back yet, and they keep on saying 3-5 business days. Anyone else received an unlock code yet?

Yup I contacted Samsung on their live chat support after I received my replacement and asked for the unlock code. After giving the representative my info, they said that I was eligible to receive the code and therefore a file number was created and was told I would receive the code by email in 3-5 business days.
I did receive the email within the supposed time frame.

What date did you contact them and when did you receive the email? Thanks!

Contacted them the day i received the replacement, Friday Sept 16, Got the email 21 or 22.

contacted online support for an unlock code. received it 2 days after talking to them.

[Q] SIM Unlock for 8S

Anyone knows a cheap and reliable SIM unlock service for the HTC 8S?
My 8S is sim locked to T-Mobile Austria.
I tried htconlineunlock.com, but the code they issued is not working. I am still waiting for their support to answer.
Update:
Still no email (no unlock code, not even confirmation of order) of htconlineunlock.com
However there was a code on the website with order tracking via my email address.
Support does not answer in a timely fashion.
Now I am waiting for a refund and possibly reclaim the money via paypal.
So I cannot recommend htconlineunlock.com
Instead I ordered a code from cellunlocker.net
A working code was emailed to me within 20 minutes.
Also they said if they would send the same (not working) code as htconlineunlock.com, they would refund me.
I can recommend cellunlocker.net

Where is my Gear Fit 2 ? (Preordered through Bell in Canada)

I preordered through Bell on the 12th, picked it up on the 19th and submitted the redemption for the same day. I got an email right away saying it is being processed but that was 5 days ago..... No email since.
How long does this take ?
The email read: "We just wanted to let you know that your redemption request for your bonus Samsung Gear Fit2 Large has been received and we are processing your order as you read this!* Once successfully processed, you ll receive an email notification."
UPDATE: Just got a tracking number. Should be here on the 29th.
It can take up to 6-8 weeks as per the pre-order page, but some people in the Canadian thread have started receiving shipping notices already.

Samsung told me, my Fit2 would ship out last night at midnight. Some people already got theirs. I'm in Houston, TX. A company called "Digital River" is processing Samsung.com's orders in the U.S. I'd preordered on the 11th
I pre-ordered my Note 7 through Samsung Canada (online order) and it still hasn't shipped (I ripped into them yesterday for several reasons as the rep was a complete **** so it set me off) yet my Fit 2 is on the UPS truck out for delivery today so the bonus gift that said 6-8 weeks is arriving before I even get my phone that should have been something delivered to all pre-order customers on the 19th but instead Samsung released units for walk-in customers before fulfilling pre-orders. Just irritates me the gift that I expected in 6-8 weeks will arrive before my phone.

I am going to call and if stock is available at the Samsung Store close by then I will go pick that up there, keep the gift and return the shipped phone when it eventually does arrive and expect a full refund. I've already filed a BBB complaint but I have a legitimate pre-order that Samsung has failed to fulfill their end of this agreement on and I'm still buying the phone so I'll be contacting them and making sure they refund the full amount and still allow me to keep the Fit 2. This is just unacceptable how they have handled the online pre-orders.
Yeah but I mean come on... This is Canada what did you expect? They only got like ~4,000 pre-orders online (if I can judge by the invoice no.).
They're not going to hire a bunch of people do to these things. They're just going to keep the staff they have an try to ship them out when they can.
Canada isn't really the place for these bulk rushes.... Watch in a they're just be sitting in store shelves when everyone is more interested in iPhone 7.

Day2: I called Samsung to cancel my order. They said it takes 1-3 business days, and my phone was to be shipped out on the 26th. If I get the phone ahead of time, then no cancellation will take place, lol
Pre-ordered through Rogers, received the phone and claimed a small watch on the 20th, and got a UPS confirmation earlier today that it would arrive tomorrow.
I had the same worry make sure you check you spam mail or the promotions tab in gmail that's where mine was. Got the accepted email to my regular but the full confirmation in my promotions tab, weird. Still no shipping number thpugh.

This was 1 week ago. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG and they said to email [email protected]
I emailed them and no response.....
Feels like I'm about to get shafted and not see my Gear Fit 2 ....
I tried calling as well and sat on hold for a very long time. I don't know what's going on I registered mine on a Saturday two days after we got the phones.

Same boat here, ordered through costco, redeemed on Monday when I got the device. I haven't got any follow-up e-mail since. I think costco's orders might not qualify though as the imei isn't printed on the invoice. I actually asked them same question via their online form, no replies yet.

UPDATE: Just got a tracking number. Should be here on the 29th.
I got mine from Bell too...preordered and picked up in store. Signed up for my free Gear Fit 2 that night. Got email from UPS today saying it was being shipped.

Ah yes it should be .com but they never replied to me and I don't have their number.
Just be patient. I got my UPS tracking number.

Has anyone that ordered their Pixel from Google received their code for the Daydream View yet? Says on the Google Store that is will ship in 2-3 weeks. Just curious.

To be fair, "Within approximately four weeks of your phone shipping" could mean anytime between the day your phone ships and six weeks from then.
I could've sworn I had already received the code and submitted my receipt to Verizon. But now I can't find the email to save my life
I had received the code and submitted my claim. It says that they received my information and said try back in a week. This is threw vzw not Google tho.

Ordered on the 4th, shipped the 23, arrived the 24. Haven't seen the code email for the home mini freebie yet but I swear I was reading other people had already gotten the code ordered and received their mini.

Probably no one has, it's some time between your ship date and 4 weeks after, likely not for 2 weeks or more after ship date. How it was with the pixel 1 and the free day dream code.

I asked about this when I ordered my 2XL... The rep told me the code would be sent AFTER the "remorse" period has expired., approx. 4 weeks.
Basically, you'll get the code once you can't simply return it because you don't want it.

You have what, 15 days to return the phone? I swear I saw my end return date somewhere, and it was literally 15 days after the day mine arrived. So, hopefully my code will show up this week, otherwise I'm sure next week.

As of yet (Jan 2018) I've yet to receive the Google Home Mini code, although I have been told twice by Google Support, the code will be sent soon? Are the Google Home Mini's in short supply or something? As the offer (time to use code) expires 28th Feb, if people still haven't had a code by then, is the offer defunct?

You should be on the line again with Google 1:1 support. You should have received it by now. They told me 15 days after the phone is delivered. My whole objection was the lack of communication. Had they sent an email saying "you're in, and we have you down for a mini" I would have been good, but there was nothing.

Nope I've had nothing from them at all... Twice I contacted the Help support (via Chat) and the person said both time that I should get the code within the next few weeks. I wondered if it had gone into my Spam but it hasn't. It's been a really strange promotion as there's been no acknowledgement of it at all either on my invoice, or when I received my phone. Just surprised that a massive company like Google can't communicate a bit better.
Nothing for me yet, either. I ordered on 12/12 and received the phone a couple days later so I guess I'm still around a week away from getting one, at the earliest.

I bought from UK store and I read the small statements, which one of them mentioned that the code would be sent between 2-6 weeks after the grace period ended. Taking in mind that this period is 15 days, I say we would have to wait even 2 months to get the code.

OnePlus 5T Pre-Order

Hey guys. Does anybody know if the 5T will be available for preorder from oneplus.net? I know O2 is doing a preorder but I'm interested in the unlocked version.

Yes I got the email yesterday. I'm able to purchase today starting 8pm EST in New York with a special offer code. This offer expires in 24 hrs.

I went to the Brooklyn event. I got an email with an "invite code" and at the event we got a paper slip with a $40 off discount code printed on it. But alas, I inputted it during the preordering while a OnePlus 5T was in my cart and it said my order doesn't qualify. I inputted it again after that and it said the code was already used. I proceeded with the order nonetheless and emailed customer service to help out.
If anyone got the email and its no using it, please pm me the code.
I'd also like a code for preorder if some has a spare. I know sales open in about 30 hours or so from now, but I'm eager to buy!
It's not easy like clearer photos was from last time

I think the chances of us getting a code in the next 9 hours are almost zero. These are unique codes given to people that paid $40 to go to the NYC presentation.
Just wait for tomorrow at 9:00AM EST to order...
im flying from Portugal to Turkey tomorrow when the sales open. maybe i will leave my details to a friend so he can order it for me. thats why i was asking for a pre order link in case someone wont use it.
