No, its not available on Oxygen OS. You shod get it kn Nougat though

It's not an integrated feature, but you still can manually (or with an app) modify the build.prop file to change it. And that works in pretty much any ROM out there.

Not sure if you are rooted if so this is an easy answer
If you are not rooted its also an easy answer and no need to start a thread simply google it "how to change dpi on android" or "how to change dpi on Oxygen OS"
The instructions will pop up and voila.... i use it all the time on my non rooted phones that I am unhappy with the dpi..... You're welcome

LG Quick Remote APK for Optimus G Pro custom Lollipop 5.0.2?

Could someone please clearly explain how to install LG Quick Remote or any other stock app for that matter on a custom ROM running Lollipop.
I've browsed so many forums and people say different things and there's no coherency.
Please let us know how you did it, only if you have actually done it. Most LGQRemote.zip files don't work when flashed from recovery.

I read through pages 6, 7, and 8 and you mention that "Nope, Sorry to say this will probably have to wait until LG puts out a Lolipop rom for the G Pro.".
So, your answer is there is no APK for Lollipop on G Pro yet? Or does the previous APK on Page 7 work?

Yep, there's currently no compatible version for lollipop...we'd have to wait for an official update
I downloaded the QRemote-E980 files (QuickSet.apk, QuicksetSDK.apk, and QRemote.apk) and placed them under the /system/app folder with the right permissions.
Even though the app opens (after reboot), it contains no manufacturer information under any menu like TV, Air-Con etc. In other words, it's utterly useless.
To all the experts here, is there any other way to use my IR sensor on Lollipop, other than get Quick Remote?!
EDIT: Sorry above poster, when I posted this message, I hadn't read your reply. Thanks for confirming.

[REQ] OxygenOS 3.0+ (for Marshmallow) Launcher?

Hi, is there a port/flashable zip file of the OxygenOS launcher (With Shelf), Marshmallow version though (OxygenOS 3.0 and up I think??), since I use CyanogenMod 13 and I'd like to have the shelf.
Now, since I noticed that some people said that there's no point in doing this, because it's just Google Now launcher with Shelf, so I'm just gonna say this right now: It's personal preference, I want the launcher because of the Shelf (Yes, I'm that kind of guy), so don't attack me by saying that there's no point.
Thanks in advance.
In case you still want it, here is the APK from OOS 3.1.2
Edit: removed links. A port is needed to make it work.
How to install? It says App not installed every single time.

I'm sorry. Seems like it can't be installed on other ROMs. We need to wait for a port
Sounds Good

Stumbled across this... Seems to be a flashable zip of the launcher but for the oneplus two and it's apparently for OOS. People ask if it works on custom ROMs but no response..

Question LE2120 from DA to BA

Hello All,
It has been a while since I have been around the XDA forums, needless to say I needed a new user! haha. I used to run custom ROMs on older Samsung devices, but got out of the game when I could never pass safetynet. Needless to say, I have now stepped into the world of OnePlus, and so far I am impressed! I managed to snag a 9 Pro for a good price, but it is the Chinese version (Needed dual-SIM), meaning it came with Color OS.
I have already managed to "Downgrade" the Color OS to Oxygen OS using another thread here. Worked flawlessly other then the IEMI...It's currently on 11.2.2.2DA.
Is there anyone that has managed to swap from 11.2.2.2DA to BA? I don't really want to root at this moment (maybe ill get into that at a later date)
I do have an OTA file for 11.2.2.2BA but when I use the local update, it just says it can't upgrade to a lower version.
Any ideas?

You have to wait for the next version.
excute this command and you can install the BA vesion package on DA 11.2.2.2
Q: How do I switch to Europe or Global OS?
A: Wait for the new version, download the #Full package and Local Update it. If you have Magisk installed, you can try to Local Update after entering the following command (need ROOT access).
resetprop ro.build.date.utc 1400000000
resetprop ro.system.build.date.utc 1400000000
Wait for coloros to oxygenos step
Thanks for the quick replies,
It appears everything ColorOS wise always points towards the Indian Edition. Not that it isn't stable or anything, I think the UK Version covers more radio bands which may work better here in NA. I was under the impression once I am on OOS, I am no longer tied to anything COS...
I see that 11.2.3 is available as an OTA update, but I don't see any links yet. My history with rooting and roms was that I could always change to the same version or higher, just never lower. I'm doing this in my case, but maybe that is changed with Oneplus where it wants to see higher only.
I will just wait till a link for 11.2.3 is available from OTA and go from there!
Thanks.
Hello all,
As the 11.2.3.3 OTA update came out for BA today, I tried to perform a local update to get it to BA.
Looks like everything went great. IEMI is still broken due to the COS to OS swap, but it isn't really concerning to me at the moment. I have backups of the original so I should be good.
Just posting to let anyone who reads know!

Do you mean going into fastboot, and entering these commands, and then subsequently rebooting into system, and then try and local upgrade? Please be clear with these steps and descriptions.

答:等待新版本,下载#Full软件包并对其进行本地更新。如果安装了Magisk,则可以在输入以下命令(需要ROOT访问权限)后尝试进行本地更新。

Hi, I have an OP9 Pro China version with Color OS and I also want to flash it to Oxygen OS. The Color OS version of my OP9 Pro was upgraded to A.04 version. Please advise if I can flash my phone to 11.2.2.2DA. I am not sure if 11.2.2.2DA is the higher version or not (compared with Color OS A.04). Please also advise if you followed the instructions from the post on OP Chinese forum to flash your 9 pro to 11.2.2.2DA, then use the same method to flash it to 11.2.2.3BA. Have you tried to flash your 9 pro to the AA global version? Sorry for so many questions. I haven't flash ROM since OP3T and I forget how it works. Thanks.

I basically followed this guide on getting COS to OOS. https://www.oneplusbbs.com/thread-5895784-1.html. I believe I was on version A.03 when I did the update, but I could have been on A.04. It was as easy as downloading the right firmware and applying it via a local update. It brought me right to 11.2.2.2DA. *This does seem to break IEMI*
I then used the 11.2.2.3BA version downloaded right from XDA, and applied it via a local update.
I have not gone to global as I need dual SIM. So I can't help you there....

Thanks for your detailed reply. Will try soon.

Question Has anyone got Android Auto working on Chinse version? Any way to go CN->Global?

It seems this is an issue with Chinse ROM - I found similar problem people are having with Realme GT.
There's an error that USB accessory doesn't support Andoir Auto, and in the app itself it says "Android Auto was not preinstalled on this device. Android Auto must be bundled with your operating system to work correctly".
It looks like AA should be baked into the OS, as it uses some kernel-level stuff.
So, has anyone got around this? Or is there any way to flash Global version on chinese phone?
Had the same issue. looking forward to any modified ROMs.
no rom for this pretty boy
sad

I do not think it works. That's why they are OS versions.
It worked.. using oxygen updater I'm advanced mode..and fiddling with a couple more things ..downloading a couple of apps to push the update through in ota and the oppo dialer .
Happy times

Glad you made it work.
Do you mind listing how you did this? I'm wanting to change my room from CPH2451 to CPH2447 aswell. Cheers.
Unlock bootloader
activate developer.
Change the OS With Fastboot Enhanced
(Flash at your own risk. The procedure is complicated. Yours risk to brick the phone if yours make a mistake during the procedure)
