[Q] How long does it take to receive $25 play store credit?

I filled out the form over an hour ago and it said they would email me the code but I still haven't received it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I bought my N8 10 days ago and immeditely applied for the Google Play Store credit - I haven't received the confirmation email either. I have called 3 times and written to Samsung Support from their Facebook page several times. I was told that they are having issues with this process and that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago..... no call yet. They're really making us work for that $25.

Got I t pretty fast actually then I got a 10 dollar prepaid debit card because I participated in a survey for Samsung about screen sizes for the next note 3. I guess theyre real interested on what is too small too big and jussssst right. Thanks samsung. I didn't believe theyd send me anything but sure enough about a week later I got it in the mail.

Moral of the story. Read those emails Samsung sends you when you register because they offer you to take surveys sometimes and even thought they might take 20 minutes they actually do pay up.

Ugh, how frustrating! I would say it's comforting to know I'm not the only one, but not really.

I originally purchased my Note on June 8th but had to do a few exchanges during the week. I now have a perfect unit so I went online to register and received the email with the promotion code in minutes.

Here's proof that the squeeky wheel gets the grease - I finally got my confirmation email from Samsung with my Google Play promotion code. It showed up in my Spam folder.

Model # isn't listed on the form so I guess it's not eligible....Go figure!

I got the new black/brown one and you cant register it on the samsung site or select a model number from the perks site for the $25. That's frustrating

Pixel XL 128gb availability?

Does anyone know when they're going to be available to order again? I've been on Googles waitlist for awhile now, there's no ETA. and i sent them an email yesterday and they replied back with this..

The shipping is based on the location, area and the type of city you're in. We don't have information about the shipping of an order. It's based on the Estimated delivery date issued to you. As you've already got the information about the delivery, that is the best date we could give you at the moment.
I wish we had any additional facilities, however, as the company has its own policies, we wouldn't be able to deliver the product to you in short period of time.
I hope you understand our limitations.

I have a feeling I'm gonna run out of time with the note 7 and wanted to go with the xl, but i can't wait forever.
Anyone have any insight?

Check nowinstock website and run the page refresh extension with "out of stock" phrase alert.
They've had them available for ordering on and off every week. They had many last week, in stock lasted for days.

Good news, I did google chat with a product specialist and they checked the warehouse and said the Pixel XL will be back in stock at some point in time before this week ends (when it happens it will probably sell out again, so pay close attention to it)

Shouldn't i get a notification from them that they're back in Stock if I'm in the waiting list?

Hopefully that means Verizon will be getting an influx of XL's too. I'm starting to worry that I won't get my preorder before I go on vacation in December.

I take that back. Just got an email from nowinstock saying they had silver 128s back in stock. Finally got mine ordered

Gotcha. I got mine ordered. The way you posted it made me think you were copying and pasting it from somewhere

I order my pixel xl around November 5th~8th (can't remember when exactly) and google told me it would be delivered at around December 15th-19th. Today I got an email that they've already sent it and that it coming till the 22th. I signed for the accidental protection deal cuz I'm not a careful person :S I hope it pays off.

tried to register on that site (nowinstock) and it told me that they don't accept emails from that provider....It's a gmail!??? oh well...so much for setting an alert. looking for a Quite Black 128gb XL... manual refreshed it is...
EDIT: Got it figured out. col site, never knew it existed...

Does anyone have any idea why it takes so long to restock these phones? Why are not cargo ships full of them unloading every day? I would guess some component is in short supply?
And an observation, why did google make a useless 32G model with no expansion slot? If they made a 64G and 128G model there would be a lot less problems. Of course most people would probably buy the 64G model and they would not get to sell the $100 upgrade.

moto z2 force mod promo

Anyone get any confirmation on it yet. I'm having a lot of stupid obvious issues....like no IMEI #/no date.blah.blah stuff...and yes I submitted everything properly

It went through for me. I received a confirmation email from Motorola. I've had three Z2s but this is the only one I've submitted. I'm using the Sprint model purchased from Best Buy.

had the same thing i called and found out you have to wait till you have had the phone activated for 14 days before you can submit your application for the premotion

That makes sense, I submitted 8 days after purchase. Were you able to resubmit and get approved?

I can till next Tuesday they said that they would resubmit it for me but I don't trust them that much so I will do it myself

Update:
I got a your package has been shipped email with a tracking #. But when I checked the tracking # on the Fedex website it said that the shipment was cancelled by the shipper. Now waiting for a reply from Motorola.

I too am having issues. Free projector was what knocked off the fence on buying this phone. So I got rejected and the reason given was something to the effect of wrong item chosen. Called 800 number and they could not tell me why rebate was denied. Opened a ticket in the online help and received a quick reply. But he could not tell me why either. Luckily I had mentioned that I had not yet activated the phone to my number. His first reply to my inquiry said something about having to activate phone to receive rebate. Sent a reply (AND resubmitted exact same paperwork) in which I asked four questions INCLUDING WTH was up with being required to activate phone. It does not mention that at all in the terms. Never heard back. Sent several messages without any more responses. Finally a week later I called again. Really raised hell . She had no idea why I was rejected. But did tell me that the requirement to activate phone was a T Mobile one. I called BS. Ordered rebate from Motorola and it was their terms online. Never got a clear answer. Last thing she said was pretty much that my re-submittal would be processed when it was processed. Hung up pretty pissed off.
But she did give me an email address for corporate. Blasted them a message complaining about my experience. Got a reply that day telling me I was approved for the rebate. "Please wait the original 4-6 weeks". Pretty sad experience.
I did check link again and the reason for the denial had been changed to wrong paperwork submitted. Which was not at all the case.

I had no issues with mine, just hope it doesnt take the 4-6 weeks and comes sooner instead. that's a long time to wait...

My third attempt finally got approved(by email confirmation) after multiple calls to Moto.
Might make out on all the hassle because I now have 2 different tracking IDs that say mailed. I think they may have messed up my first attempt because I called and went off when it got declined and I made them manually fix it..but never got any type of confirmation and was told to resubmit by a different administrator.

T-Mobile told me getting the phone on JUMP was eligible for the promo. I get the phone, submit the paperwork, and don't hear anything until the denial came in the mail. It said the model wasn't eligible for promo. I was pissed. I contacted Moto and they said leased phones aren't eligible. Total BS! It shouldn't matter to Moto how I bought the phone. I will never fall for a Moto Promo again.

It makes no sense that leased phones wouldn't be eligible, because that's basically the only way to get a phone through Sprint, and we're advertising the promotion as well.

That is exactly what I told them. It is still a sale for Moto and it brings a new Moto customer. I bought a couple mods already and now I wish I would have waited. I have never been turned down for multiple Samsung promos. I might just give my Moto to my kid and grab the Note 8 with the 360 Camera instead.

Finally got a shipment tracking number!!

On 9/11 mine was received. Waiting for the validation. Might be a while I bought it on 9/11 so gotta wait those 14 days

I got mine today, it really heats the phone up, even with the brightness turned down

Just curious. When did you submit your claim? I submitted mine on 8/13 and my status still only states "Received".

Got mine today. My last submit was 9/11 and after validation it should be there within two weeks. FedEx delivery was pretty quick

Offline booking... You won't get any case for free... As it was Samsung exclusive deal only for 6 hours in "live sale"... With early delivery on 9th Sep.

i prebooked it on 11:56pm and when the payment is done it was 11:59:47 pm so i was not eligible for case and pen. so i cancelled the order

on samsung shop app when i click on exchange and put my s21+ 256gb it shows deffered exchange value of 62360.
The S21+ is in pristine condition,my question is will Samsung/cashify honour this exchange value or will they throw tantrums while paying the amount later.Attaching screenshot of the same.
I went to a samsung cafe and the offered me 57,000(including 7k exchange bonus).
Anyone else has experience with samsung deffered exchange programs?

I didn't realize there are 2 options....instant and deferred! But in my experience with cashify....they always stick to their promised value as long as your assessment is true!

Looks like india is not getting the early delivery surprise that was seen in some other countries! Now I'm hoping they don't delay they're current estimates!

My phone has shipped and should arrive in a couple days! Final leg of the wait!!

Picked up my pre-booked device last night from the Samsung store. Initially booked the black, but changed to the green colour, and it looks excellent. The phone has dual SIM slots plus esim support. Waiting for my Spigen Slim Armor Pro case, it will be delivered today. The phone is stuck on the July security update, probably will take a day or two for it to get the latest update.

Awesome!!! It's an 888 chip in there I hope (and no exynos surprises)

Yes, it has the snapdragon 888 chip…none of the z series have an exynos processor.

Just got a shipping notice on a 6 pro 512/black from verizon pre-order. At the "label created" stage, UPS overnight.

From VZW? Bootloader is gonna be locked

Just checked and the 512 is still showing for sale on my account. This is a verizon business account, btw.

I had originally ordered from Verizon but cancelled because of the locked bootloader, $35 activation fee, and no Pixel buds. I will have to wait an extra 2 weeks from Google but I'm saving money and getting a hopefully unlockable bootloader. As much as I like stock Android, it's missing a ton of features I love on Samsung devices.

You probably already know this, but if I remember correctly you still get the Verizon activation fee if you active your "Google Edition" Pixel 6 with a Verizon account. One reason I switched to AT&T. I can switch phones whenever I feel like it.

Huh, interesting! When I got my unlocked HTC 10 before I got the Pixel 1, I thought I still had to pay an activation fee to Verizon, before I switched to AT&T.

No, because when you order an unlocked one, all you have to do is throw your SIM in it. You don't even have to notify Verizon. When you purchase a VZW model, Google makes you log into your VZW account, and that's when they get you. BUT, if you're a long time Verizon customer, it doesn't hurt to call them and ask them to waive the fee.

Same here. I originally had a delivery date of 10/28, but now my order page on VZW says "Delivery Date Will Be Updated Soon." Hopefully it still shows up this week.
P6P, 512Gb Black is what I ordered.

Just got my shipping notice for a Stormy Black 128 gb 6 Pro. Being delivered by UPS. I have to check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date, but most likely Wednesday.

Same here. Showing the ship & delivery dates on the same day, 10/28/2021.
I spoke w/one of my local "Team of Experts" associates from T-Mobile earlier this evening.
I was concerned that, even though I'm showing the 10/28 date, the Pixel 6 Pro is now back-ordered until mid-November.
What I was told that the bulk shipment has not arrived at the regional distribution center, but, it was still showing an estimated ship date of 10/28. (No tracking information yet).
Good enough for me. I'd went elsewhere for a carrier-free model, but, no one is matching the trade-in offers. (the full purchase price @ $899 for my Note20)

Yeah, I asked 2 reps, 1 via phone then via T-Force and both assured me that I'll be having it by the 28th, so I guess will have to wait and see

But apparently if you just type in the confirmation , last name, and billing zip without logging in, it shows "running" with an estimated delivery date of 10/28.

Finally got an update:

Got my shipping notice yesterday and it says delivery the 26th or 27th by a company called OnTrac in San DIego. No status yet on the tracking info but it is only coming from Orange county. Still says waiting package- this is so frustraating
