Big thanx @Deepflex

Is it the same firmware......

If basic functionality isn't working its best not to label it as a beta ? I'm too busy to test this out but I hope it goes well!

i have a question:
can i flash this firmware in "firmware mode" but disable userdata and so i don't lose my installed apps?
Thanks i want to try this but saturday i have to go out for job and .....

Recovery version Will Be available??

Is it rootable?

Using it now, my findings:
LED not working
Having troubles with my data connection on O2 Germany, mostly Internet isn't working
Zip file which removes those ugly big data icons isn't working anymore, any idea how to remove them now?
Other than that, it's smooth. Didn't have any FC yet. Substratum isn't working. Yes it's rootable. Froze many apps with Titanium Backup.

yes, I could root using SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115
http://techxat.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115.zip

I also am trying it. Led not working. Finger print not working. Once phone goes to sleep. All background applications stop working as well.

Thanx. That totally worked. Not sure how I missed that. Thanx again

Upgraded and now my SIM card isn't recognized.
I think I'll go back to Marshmallow...

Initial Feedback:
Colours are extremely saturated and unnatural
function of disabling navbar is removed
lots of apps crashing
apps are really blurry in recent apps menu
no fingerprint function
no pump express support
gps is worse
positive: snapchat does not lag when video recording
please add pump express and fingerprint

Flashable zip
Can anybody create a flashable zip. Please

Or you could think about what partitions you are flashing beforehand and untick userdata... Same if you want to keep TWRP, just untick recovery.
Bit of thought goes a long way

Working pretty well for me - no app crashes so far.
LED notifications don't seem to work. Known issues e.g. fingerprint scanner are there.
Haven't tested GPS yet.

Hi,
Here is my second version of iniro_mxp_rom based on XT1562 MPD24.107-70 (Android 6.0.1).
It is debloated but it has Google Apps, moto display and miracast working. FMRadio too and more stuff.
It has xposed installed.
Bootanimation and logo are changed to simplest one.
This rom is rooted.
The kernel is Phoenix Kernel to have notification led enabled by default.
Also it has more ringtones.

So Dual SIM?
I installed the ROM on my Indian version of x play 1562 ds. But my phone didn't boot. It did not proceed beyond the android screen. So I had to revert back to my backup. I am on the same version of stock firmware.
I will install this rom, Thanks!
It is Asia dual sim version. Please check link again, it is working for me. Thx.

Do you wipe before flash? When it boots, boots two times, one for splash and one more for the rom. First rom boots takes some time.
Thanks a lot, that's what I'm looking for.
Just flashed it a few hours back, and it works like a charm on my Middle Eastern XT1562 dual sim.
Performance is smoother than stock, no doubt. Gonna use it and see how it goes with the battery backup.
A little issue happens here (no big deal to me) is Moto Display. It is ON by default and I couldn't find any options in app drawer as an app, nor in device settings. I looked into files and I found it in priv-app, copied it to storage and reinstall it, then I got it FC twice, I rebooted then again I got it FC twice.
Booted into recovery and deleted the Moto Display folder, reboot into system then got FC twice, eventually its not working anymore (that's what I want), so the Moto Display and FC are no biggies.
Good job bud, I'll feedback soon.

Yes,I wipe as mentioned in the op.But at the end of wiping process a red error message is displayed 'unable to mount storage'.Is it the issue or is it normal?
Also, how much time it should take for the initial booting?
Edit: Problem solved.I wiped the phone from recovery and then it booted ok.But it seems the rom is not rooted. So I had to flash supersu 2.62 version. Now I shall try it for a couple of days and shall report here. Thanks for the rom.
Edit 1:Scrolling is not smooth as it should be.It is a bit laggy. Also led not working. How to enable it?
volte support?
is this rom having the update of volte ?
Two things I want to disable:
1/ LED notifications
2/ Moto Display

OK.Thanks.The led works for notifications only, not for charging. Can it be enabled? After some time the rom is running smoothly. I think it took time to optimize.
This version of Indian firmware has inbuilt VoLTE.By dialing *#*#4636#*#* we can enter to settings menu. There is an entry named TURN OFF VOLTE PROVISION FLAG.Since VoLTE is mentioned,I think it is present.
thanks for building this rom. fast and smooth.
i wanted to get supersu updated to 2.76, but after flash it in TWRP, the older version supersu disappeared and new version not installed,
any idea, please.

[G800F/M/Y][ROM][7.1][NDE63P] CyanogenMod 14.1 for G800F/M/Y [Test 07/11/2016][eol]

CyanogenMod is discontinued.
This ROM is continued as a LineageOS ROM.
Check the G800F LineageOS ROM for more info.
This is a CyanogenMod 14.1 ROM for the Exynos3470 based Samsung Galaxy S5 mini (G800F/G800M/G800Y).
DO NOT USE IT FOR G800H OR YOU WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE
Although G800F and G800H share the same name they are not related in terms of hardware due to the different SoCs used (Exynos vs. Snapdragon).
Hence please do not ask for support or ROMs for the G800H.
Important note: It is possible that flashing this ROM can cause efs partition issues. Therefore it is strongly recommended to make a backup of your efs partition before flashing this ROM. This can be done via TWRP.

Known issues:
See the Bug Report section of this thread
Disclaimer:
You flash this image at your own responsibility. I am not responsible for any damage that might be caused by flashing this image (bricked device, lost data, ...)
Flashing this kernel image will trigger the KNOX counter, so your warranty will be void.
Applications that use KNOX (e.g. "Private Mode") might not work anymore when returning to the stock ROM, as the device is regarded as compromised. Do not flash this ROM if you need those applications.
The image is only for Exynos3470 based S5 Mini variants SM-G800F/M/Y.
It might be instable, crash your device, drain your battery, or even might damage your smartphone (e.g. if an USB-OTG device drains too much power)
Some users reported that their touch-screen stopped working permanently after some weeks of usage. For some user's (two at the moment including me) NFC stopped working permanently. Probably this issues are not related to this ROM as also many stock user's complain about hardware issues (random reboots, black screens, unresponsive touchscreen) but you have been warned.
Backup your data before flashing and check if the original firmware is present (e.g. at SamMobile)
Click to collapse
Before you start:
Backup your data, like call history, contacts, sms, WhatsApp messages, favourite app settings that are on internal and external sd (by using Titanium Backup or other apps available on PlayStore). At least all internal data will be lost in any case. If you have bad luck you might also loose data from your external sd card.
Download:
Odin3-v3.07 (it is contained in CF-Auto-Root)
TWRP 3.0.0 recovery image [25/03/2016] (AndroidFileHost Mirror)
CM 14.1 ROM for G800F/M/Y (Android File Host)
Google Apps (contains Google Play, ...) for Android 7.1. The following is recommended:
Open GApps Project, Platform:ARM, Android:7.1, Variant: whatever you prefer (e.g. "mini" or "nano")
Install recovery:
Reboot your device into Odin mode: turn off your device, then press Volume-Down + Home + Power button at the same time and release them.
Confirm the following warning message with the Volume-Up button.
Connect your device to your PC via USB
Make sure the device driver's are installed on your PC
Start Odin
In Odin select PDA and select the recovery image (recovery.tar.md5)
Check that only "Auto Reboot" and "F. Reset Time" is set
Click on "Start": the kernel image should be flashed now and the device should reboot afterwards. By flashing the recovery, your warranty will be void.
After the recovery flashing process was successful, power of your device. If not restart into Download mode and flash again or flash the stock rom.
Before you flash:
You need the latest TWRP recovery (see above). Otherwise TWRP might not be able to flash the ROM. This is because TWRP checks now if the device is "supported".
Wipe the device to avoid problems with remaining files from the old installation (see instructions below). This also applies if you already installed an older version of CM 14.1.
Flash CyanogenMod:
Reboot into recovery mode (Press Volume-Up + Home + Power button)
If you come from a stock ROM, this is your opportunity to make a Backup of your phone(Backup, then select Boot, System, Data, then swipe to backup). Note that the recovery might fail to restore the backup when you want to go back to the stock ROM (for me it got stuck after a restore during boot. But the backup was made with a different version of TWRP, so it might work in general) - simply do not expect too much of it at the moment.
If you haven't copied the installation files yet, you can now copy the GApps and CyanogenMod zip to your internal sd or external sd (be careful not to put the files into the data directory of the internal sd card as this will be deleted in the next step). Be sure that MTP is enabled (inside Mounts, click on Enable MTP), then, from your pc, copy the files. If MTP does not work from recovery, try it directly from Android or remove the external sd card from the phone and put it into your PC.
Wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, System and Data (inside Wipe -> Advanced Wipe). Do not report problems if you did not wipe those partitions as the problems are most probably related to this!
Install the CM ROM zip-package
Install the GApps zip-package
How to root:
No SuperSu is needed as CyanogenMod already comes with integrated root support. Root access is disabled by default.
You normally do not need root access. If you want to activate root access for apps, do the following:
Open the Settings menu, select "About Phone"
Tap on the "Build number" entry seven times. You should be notified, that the developer settings are now active.
Open the Settings menu, select "Developer options". Enable root access by selecting "Apps" in the "Root-Access" setting.
In case you want to go back to the stock ROM:
lf you do not have the latest ROM for the G800F you can download it from SamMobile
Reboot your phone into Odin mode
Open Odin on your PC and connect your smartphone with your PC via USB
If you have a zip-file unzip it so that you have a .tar.md5 file
In Odin click on the PDA button and select the .tar.md5 file. Then press "Start".
Normally the stock rom fails to boot as the data from CM is still on the data partition. So after flashing the stock rom, reboot into recovery mode (it looks a bit different now). First wipe the data partition, then wipe the cache.
Reboot

Developers welcome
At the moment the G800F/M/Y specific port of this ROM is only done by two persons (CTXz and hennymcc). Although Unjustified Dev also works on this ROM he does not own an Galaxy S5 Mini but a Galaxy Light which has a similar base but is different when it comes to camera, nfc and other components (maybe even slightly when it comes to audio and radio).
Help from other developers is always welcome. See the bug/feature section and this thread to see what is missing. Just give some short info (here in this thread or PM) that you want to work on some issue or feature so that work can be synchronized. Maybe there are also other devs that want to work with you on the same issue.
Knowledge in how the kernel works and good programming skills in C, C++ and Java would be nice but not necessary for all problems. At least you should be able to build the ROM and test your changes yourself but you do not need experience in porting ROMs.
Thanks to CTXz, Psyafter, spookcity138 and ayke for working on this ROM.

This is just a test build. CM 14.1 is not released yet and still instable. There are lots of known issues.
Here a short list of known problems:
First incoming call has no sound
Camera app crashes when you try to switch between camera and video recording mode (in this case: restart the app and recording will work)
Messages with "Browser crashed" will occur from time to time
The default browser does not always display all the text that was typed into a text field.
This was an awesome ROM but now I propose LineageOS 14.1
It works perfect (at least until now) for me ? great job
I hope @ayke brings OTA updates here to make everything easier

Hey !
Thanks for your amazing job (all of you), I don't have any browser crashes since I use chrome and I remove the stock browser, I also don't have any crash with my camera. I use Google Camera for that. Here is a list of bugs I've noticed:
- Chrome (stable) has crashed the first time I've opened it (only one time, that's why I did say that I don't have any browser crashes)
- Sometimes, something like "MTP Host" crashes..
- In Allo, while sending a message, there's a little sound, that's not a bug since it's in the app... But that sound is garbled (I don't know if that word is correct, I've used Google Translate for it)
I guess that's all..
Also, I don't have robotic voice... Good bye ! And thanks again
EDIT: About the "MTP Host" app.. it's the download app :/
Bugs
Hi there, thanks for your work on the rom really enjoying it and love Android 7.
Throughout my use I have discovered a bug with YouTube (not sure if it's the app or rom, but reporting anyway as did not happen on Mm) where changing into 720p causes the app to zoom into the upper left corner of the video. It can be remedied buy only using 360p but is rather annoying.
Again thanks for the work on the rom and all the best in the future. ?
Anyone have the link for xposed framework of this version?

Having this installed for a few weeks now, very usable and stable.
Some remarks even so Blue tooth normal operation OK (Parrot headphone ans so on), BLE seems to get closed when phone is of, connecting with my watch, but stops working after a couple off minutes..
Some app's won't go(Sygic is working on solution), can bee due the 7.0 and is not Elephone related.
FP,LED as stated not working (missing it)
Wireless loading ok, fast loading have one at home and looks to work, but not top speed loading.
So to put in perspective, still ahead of a lot other phones, htc 10, galaxy s7, LG, Oneplus, sony experia Z5, so not to bad.
on my telephone GPS doesn't work to beta2 version, only to beta1
Had some problems with Blue tooth BLE and my smart watch, but in battery settings turned off stand-by energy saving, looks that it stays connected with screen off.
I have access to a laptop now, which bin file do I flash with Flash tools? None of them are accepted when I select them.
I tried using Flashify and it put my phone in a bootloop.
I only have the following options
AdcInitAddr.bin
GpioAddr.bin
lk.bin
logo.bin
preloader_c239v55_dx.bin
trustzone.bin

You have to set the scatter file first, also please try not to post it twice, we can see it in just one post... If more that's just spam....

I posted it in the wrong thread, hence the 2nd post.
I've set the scatter file, but I always get this error "brom error s invalid da file 0x138a"
It seems they got the fingerprint sensor sorted in the next BETA

[ROM][7.1.2] AOSP For The Huawei P10 Lite [METICULUS]

REMOVED PROJECT
XDA:DevDB Information
AOSP For The Huawei P10 Lite, ROM for the Huawei P10 Lite
Contributors
Meticulus
Source Code: http://github.com/Meticulus/android_kernel_huawei_hi6250_4.1
ROM OS Version: 7.x Nougat
ROM Kernel: Linux 4.x
ROM Firmware Required: Unlocked Bootloader/ My TWRP / Knowlege of dload method.
Based On: AOSP
Version Information
Status: Testing
Created 2017-12-10
Last Updated 2018-01-18
My device is WAS-LX1A , 4 GB , Dual sim.
My experience till now :
After full wipe and format /data in TWRP, ROM booted normally. (surprisingly fast, took only few minutes)
Flashed the latest supersu from chainfire, root is working.
As suggested by dev, rear video camera recording with Open camera works. With fps set at 25.
Finger print is working, GPS too.
Didn't encounter problems with "Tap and pay" NFC payments.
Titanium backup restored my apps+data backups from MIUI 5.1 without any issues.
Flashed xposed and installed gravitybox and APM+.
Using this ROM for 2 days now. Can't say much yet about battery usage.
I have some issues with delayed whatsapp messages. But had this with other phones and rom's too.
Untill now had only 1 random reboot.
In TWRP made backup. Selected everything except /cache.
With 3 button dload method i was able to go back to stock rom :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10-lite/help/original-service-rom-huawei-p10-lite-t3688097 - WAS-LX1C432B182
After booting stock rom, unlocked bootloader again, flashed TWRP and then tried to restore the backup.
Got a 255 error. So i did a full wipe and formatted /data.
After this succesfully restored the backup and phone booted normally with everything intact.
So, internal storage is not encrypted in TWRP.
Rom is pretty smooth. Didn't encouter any issues. Except the known bugs.
Looks like someone is doing some kernel work: https://github.com/RRM5/P10Lite

On RR the Sim Card is not working and on AOSP the Sound is not working :/
Any ideas how to fix this?
I'm using a WAS-LX1
And on AOSP for me, sound works though Using WAS-LX1A
EDIT: Got SIM working by disabling dual sim under "Extra"

I noticed that when you scan a QR code in landscape mode, the screen stays in landscape. Untill you close the new window.
Thanks for your work! I just buy my phone about 2 weeks ago, just waiting a while to be sure everithing is ok before void warranty and start trying your rom.

But i think there are no hardware differences between WAS-LX1 and WAS-LX1A except the RAM, so it should work for me too :/
Does it work on WAS-TL10?
Installed on my LX1C, every function seems to work just fine, only thing is the framerates for the animations are ussualy really low (in the 20-ish)
Otherwise quite a good ROM.
This is great, I just traded my Xiaomi redmi pro for p10 lite and although is has a slower CPU and GPU, its way better optimized. Can't wait for stable aosp. Great job
If P10 Lite gets treble with Android O (The mate 9 does have it) we will have a much stable ROM
I've got a problem. Touchscreen is unresponsive with developer's twrp (was-lx1). I've tried to reboot recovery and reflash but no success
working great for me on WAS-LX3 with exception for connecting to bluetooth took forever the first time and I thought the phone was locked up, it eventually loaded and works fine.
Steps to restore to your STOCK ROM
Guys in case If you annoyed with the bugs in the Custom ROM which is uder development Stage and if you can't wait still the stable version, then cool you can always restore your sock ROM at any stage and try the Custom ROM after a stable release .

Thanks
Thanks for porting this ROM to our old OP5!
I'm on the 10.0 version of Pixel Experience, can I dirty flash on top of it ? Or do I need to erase everything before flashing this version ?

Clean flash please, you don't have to wipe internal storage if you do that btw.
Ok clean flash done! Everything seems to be working great!
Everything is fast and smooth! I have not spend enough time for now to see if there is any unusual battery drain.
There is only one minor thing: I can't activate gesture navigation and disable hardware keys (I got used to it with the previous Pixel Experiment version ) Is there something I am missing here ? or should I just be patient and maybe hope for it in a future release ?
Thanks again for the work you have done!

I noticed that isn't present also in Pixel Experience Android 11. Maybe it's a feature not implemented yet and we should wait. Because the Android 10 versions worked fine.
This one is a keeper
Being lazy I tried dirty flashing over YAAP since they come from the same family tree. All worked well and things are looking great. If I find something odd, I'll do a clean flash.
Thank you, Dev's, for all your work
Face unlock works like a charm!
Are you people trying to Kill XDA (that actually enabled all this) by posting only on Telegram?
Everything seems to work fine, as in rock solid. Ive enabled Face unlock and have a couple of feature request for upcoming builds. Assistive light for Face un-lock, and while you're at it, traffic indicator in taskbar (plenty apps for it just a nice to have) and lastly, I like battery to show % in taskbar without the Icon (text only).
This is Like OOS 10.0.1 BUT MUCH BETTER
does it support face unlock

Hi,
I am on Resurrection Remix rom (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-official-op5-5t-10-resurrection-remix-11-nov-2020.4165947/) and I would like to try this rom. Can you tell what are the best step to go from RR rom to this one ?
Thanks in advance.
P.s. my phone is encrypted
Thanks developer. I have a question
1) Is there a recent app menu like Oreo and previous versions?
2) Is there a smartbar navbar option within the navigation buttons
3) Will the two features I mentioned above be added in future versions even if they are not now?

Ok thanks, do I need to flash no_verity_op5.zip also ? I am on TWRP recovery do I need to change for orangefox ?
The New XDA app is up and working.
Sent from my phone
I decided to do a clean install (dirtyflashed over YAAP before with everything working) just to make sure there was no issues with settings.
Two things came up after restoring all apps.
Android Auto has gone missing, it's installed on the phone but does not show up in the launcher (Nova or Pixel) I actually downloaded again from apk mirror and reinstalled but no difference.
Also, Nova no longer finds backups on the device storage? It does find backups on document storage.
All and any suggestions would be welcome, both of the above issues where not present after dirtyflash over YAAP???
