[Q] No Bluetooth Playback Controls on Pioneer DEH-P8400BH and Android 6.0 Galaxy s5 - Connected Car

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 Andoird 6.0 and would like to have bluetooth playback controls working on my aftermarket Pioneer DEH-P8400BH.
My Pioneer system can connect with my old Galaxy s5 (Android 4.4.4 - Cyanogen), and Nexus 4 (Android 6.0.1 - Cyanogen) and bluetooth playback controls work flawlessly.
My Galaxy s5 (Android 6.0 - stock/Touchwiz) can bluetooth connect with usable bluetooth playback controls on my old Motorola bluetooth headset, as well as to two built-in bluetooth car units (Prius C and Prius), but for some reason on the pioneer, calls and audio can be streamed, but the music must first be played on the phone.
I think the reason may be that the Phone doesn't allow the "AVRCP" profile for my pioneer specifically for some reason, but I lack other aftermarket pioneer car dashes to test with. Does anyone out there have any advice for me?

[Q] SGH-I927 Bluetooth A2DP not working ?

So I just purchased my second Jabra Wave thinking I had a problem with the first one. I can connect my Captivate Glide with Android 4.0.4 version I927UCLJ3. It pairs and does work with a phone call however, the "A2DP" doesn't seam to work or I cannot find the correct place for settings. I want to stream my audio out to my mono Jabra Wave Bluetooth from music and things like my Pandora. I know both of the Jabra Wave headsets now do support it by using my wifes phone, pairing them and they play audio just fine and they both listed and both Jabra Wave part numbers I have say they support A2DP but no where in the phones menu settings can I find how to send the "music" audio to the bluetooth. I was also hoping the bluetooth mic would be able to be used for my voice to text engine. Has anyone gotten their audio routed to a mono bluetooth and if so, how did you send the audio to it?

[Q] Bluetooth Headset?

I want to use a bluetooth headset to listen to music and watch movies with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8013. Basically looking for the wireless headset capability. I have used bluetooth to connect my cell phone to my tablet, but I cannot connect a bluetooth headset to my tablet. I know bluetooth is working, but I just can't get the tablet to recognize any headset. So far I have tried Plantronics and Jabra. Anyone know of a headset that is proven to work?
That's strange....I've tried 4 different BT Headset+1 Portable BT Speaker & all working fine.
Motorola ROKR S605
Sony VH-310
Sony MW600
Sony Smart Wireless Headset MW1 Pro
Creative D100 Bluetooth Portable Speaker
What ROM are you using?
Make sure there is no BT streaming bug in your ROM.

Bluetooth Audio Passthrough Phone to Tablet to Car Audio

Hello,
I'm currently configuring my Nexus 7 (2013) to be my car audio device. It will serve as a multi function device that can play music, gps, etc.
my question is there any app or android function out there that allows me to use my tablet as an audio passthrough device like if I connected my phone to my car deck for bluetooth audio? tablet talk allows for phone calls through the tablet, but i'd like a similar function to also support bluetooth audio into the tablet.
thanks!
If you want the tablet to act like a Bluetooth headset, the answer is no.
It would require a very specialized ROM to be built and is apparently hard enough to do that no such ROMs for any device can be found.
i see...thanks for help.
it won't
It won't work as u wish

Audio still on speaker with connected Bluetooth A2DP sink

Hi All,
Even though I have a Bluetooth A2DP sink (a DAC) connected for media audio, my SM-320FL running current Android 8 Oreo stock ROM (XEU) still uses built-in loudspeaker, e.g. when using Youtube or Youtube music. Enabling the Samsung Separate Sound App feature and configuring Youtube app to send its audio to that sink there is the only way I've managed to force the audio there so far. So the feeling is that the OS won't treat connected sink as a higher priority audio destination. What might be the reasons? I have another 2 such phones (all 3 bought used in the UK), one at the current BTU and the other one at a rather old EVR as it's rooted and so won't autoupdate, and neither of them has such issue.
Many thanks in anticipation!
