1.Turn Off your IDOL3
2.Press Volume up and Power and wait to Come TWRP 3.0.0!!!

First flash boot with SuperSU, then uninstall it in app. At least flash provided boot, then Magisk shouldn`t show you SuperSU as installed.

Have done this process?
It is still finding SupeSU.
@totalcmdext you can delete su manually tho, go to /su and delete the folder, then go to system/bin and system/xbin and delete su, and then go to system/app or data/app (or data/priv-app) and delete Superuser folder (or superuser apk)
then you proceed to install magisk (i did this but for install systemless super su, with system super su the phone doesn't boot)

Only wipe cache & dalvik, then flash
I tried its previous versions 2.6, 2.7 and guys it was full of bugs, don't know how is this version. But the interface was really nice. IT always give problems with gaaps, force closes every few mins.
have a full backup before trying this one.

I can tell you my experience with the latest versrion of the Rom.
When the device is locked and u want to unlock it, it takes time after u press the power button or the home button to actual screen on. (Very annoying)
I had fc's on gapps, youtube, contacts and other stuff, but it was until the system settle down and I update everything from playstore.
I didn't test the Rom fully yet but it seems fast and battery friendly. Can't really tell you as I'm about to flash other Rom to test.
P.S: * The dynamic status bar is a really cool thing and works good, I really liked it.

if you have Twrp you can flash it and if you directly updated from Ota update or Mobile q you will need to go back to Lolipop unlock bootloader and flash twrp....and after flashing rom you will need to flash unjustified hybrid to boot the rom and you will have fastboot and Rom??

What is Palm Project:

INSTALLATION
Clean installation is recommended!
Recommended Minimum GApps Package: Nano.
ALWAYS BACKUP FIRST!
Boot your device to TWRP - (Test Team prefers using TWRP-K3 by katinatez.. Other versions, including Official TWRP, may give undesirable results).
Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Tick 'Dalvik/Art Cache, Cache, System, and Data'... then Swipe To Wipe.
IF You Are Coming from Stock Rom OR another Firmware: Wipe > Format Data > Type "YES"... then Swipe To Wipe.
Go Back to Main Menu > Reboot > Recovery – (this step will set your internal sdcard file structure).
Plug in your cable to your Device and PC.
Move your downloaded Rom and GApps Package files to your internal storage.
Install > select Rom and GApps (they can install one right after the other with no problems).. then Swipe To Install.
Follow the prompts in Aroma Installer to Add or Remove items.
After installation, DO NOT Wipe Cache/Dalvik – (This Rom is Odexed and will actually make booting longer if you wipe).
Reboot and Enjoy the Rom!
*NOTE: During Initial Setup, Any Errors or Stop Messages will usually be corrected by Restarting your Phone!

Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on AOSP with some patches and fixes from LineageOS and various other projects. The idea is to bring custom features and some of the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of Making you feel like 家.
With an almost stable source, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpapers (available on ShishuWalls), ringtones, fonts, and themes to bring to your device into a more fresh look and give you always a good experience.

If you faced an issue with boot animation, you can delete the larger boot animation (bootanimation2.zip) from /system/media/ and copy/paste rename the 6mb or 11mb one to bootanimation2.zip.
Flashing instructions
--
First time installation :
1. Boot to TWRP
2. Wipe/Advanced Wipe : Dalvik / ART Cache, System and Data (all but internal storage)
3. Flash the ROM zip
4. Flash the TWRP install zip (in order to keep TWRP after reboot)
5. Reboot to System (You'll see "No OS Installed", this is normal, don't worry)
6. Enjoy the Bootleggers ROM.
If you want root, you need to setup your device first, then boot back to TWRP and flash magisk (the link is above in Downloads section)
If you want to update your bootloader, for whatever reason, you can do so after you have the device up and running.
Updating from a previous build (without loosing any data) :
Don't forget to remove any Substraum overlays before updating
1. Reboot to TWRP
2. Wipe Dalvik / ART Cache & System
3. Flash the ROM zip
4. Flash the TWRP install zip (in order to keep TWRP after reboot)
If you are not rooted, you just have to reboot system
If you are rooted using Magisk:
-> Reboot to recovery (TWRP)
-> Flash Magisk zip
-> Reboot system

Have you checked if the installation zip is ok? How did you flash it (clean/dirty)? What did you flash in which order? What's your device? Which TWRP do you use?

so I installed it in my l720t I gave it Dalvik cache, cache system and data and when you install it it does not go with gapps and I can not install the gapps because it gives me error

Unfortunately I don't have an i720t myself, so i can't help you. If we're lucky someone else with a device like yours can (also) confirm installation works or doesn't work. Until then, you could try to flash OptLos 16 from here

I've tried to use this rom yesterday. So fast and smooth, but don't have gapps into, and have no space in system partition, cause this error "70" for whatever gapps you try to install. Some issues like "long press" the left button don't work. I love It, and want to use It but without possibility of to use gapps turns impossible to me for now. Congrats for the great work

You can Resize the System Partition after flashing this Rom in TWRP itself, after that you have the full system size avaiable.

I had the same problem with gapps on i9505, clean install but couldn't get gapps working? Agree its a nice rom but that seems to be a bit of a problem. Tnx for the work anyway
