Good and light rom.....but i missed some important tweaks like:-
1) Volume awake button to turn the screen on.
2) Restart to the recovery tweak also missed.
how to get these tweaks?

go to about phone and build number an tap it 7 times it will enable the developer options an tweaks pretty awesome

wwaaaaaaawww....even access to developer options is by tweak......but i didn't find where to enable volume key to wake screen.
I'm downloading it now. How often are you going update it? Is it on kernal 3.0?

Cool. I just flashed a gb ROM so I could type my sim unlock code in. I'll see if my dad wants my phone.

I have been using the global CM10 from November. I try others and keep going back to it. actually just restored to it today, as I realized the new batch of !0.1 does not support wifi tether. Would that be true of this as well? I needs my Barnacle.

Good One with minor issues
I love this rom... the problem I am facing was EDGE wont activate immediately and my CAM works fine but VideoCAM issue is there. I need to restart my phone to take a video... do you have any fix for this...

I tried your rom today and found there is a data connection problem same like the old rom... It's not getting enabled immediately.. .

APN was 100% correct, I don't know why data is not getting enabled sometimes... sometimes starting problem is there for video camera.... rest of them is perfect.... nice ROM...

Just spent a week in London with this ROM. It worked perfectly for me with a Pay-as-you-go Vodafone SIM.
The only issue I had was with Vodafone. Their online system does not take US credit cards to pay for SIM plans, so I had to buy a voucher at a Vodafone store (credit card accepted for this type of transaction) and then apply the voucher to a SIM plan.

i installed 4.2.2 update on my grand
everything is fine but i am not receiving calls sometimes
People will call me and get a busy signal.
i dont know whats wrong.

Seems u r using two sims...check ur dual sim settings....if u r using data network on sim 1n caller calls u on sim 2 then its possible.. u will not receive calls on sim2 or will get busy tone(sometimes)....

Yes I think so I checked that under sim management but when data enabled sim 1 calls forwarding to sim 2

Hey guys, I'm sorry if this topic has already been addressed but I flashed a cyanogenmod ROM off of ROM Manager and the phone app isn't working. Everything else on the phone works but whenever I try to make a call or answer one I can't hear anything and the person on the other end can't hear me as well. Right now I just flashed back to a backup of a stock Rom. Is anyone else encountering the same issues? If so is there a way to fix it?

I'm impressed with the stability of this rom, its characteristics are exceptional customization, awesome job!
Ok, first 12 hours of testing:
- On the first boot device failed to connect with the telephone network, BUT I believe that is not a problem of the ROM, because I had the same problem with stock before the test (telephony in Brazil is disappointing). But the problem disappeared when I connected manually;
- I could not enable the pie, do not know if I'm doing something wrong;
For now it is, I have more praise to report that bug.
Same issue with network connection, but had it with Epsilon stock ROM too.
Pie work fine here, maybe you are missing something in the setting or launcher issue.
I'm still testing, I will give feedback for BT and GPS, for me that it's fundamental!
Until know i'm loving it, hope that liquid could upgrade to KitKat soon!....
Tested the GPS a few hours ago, everything works fine.
Tested only transfer files by BT and is ok. Do not know about headsets.
I'll try pie again, I must have missed something.
Edit: Pie works fine...my bad
update on my tests:
GPS works ok with maps, despite WAZE it's freezing (even after a data clear).
BT was working with my Logitec speakers but has only pair once with my parrot minikit.
LGOG was paired but showing "no phone", i've switch on/off BT and reboot phone but no luck in reconnecting again.
There is a bug on the battery graphic, wifi shows always on.
Last I had dialer FC's (when scrolling last calls) but in this case I believe that it's a problem with my call logs restore process.
Battery graphic and wifi issues looks fine for me

Well for the LiquidSmooth, I didn't have to do anything, Wi-fi was working. However with the Pac-Man rom, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all but I restarted into recovery, did a system wipe and restarted. The Wi-fi was working fine after that but I don't know if that is an actual solution :|

Vibration on My Galaxy Grand Duo has suddenly stopped working. I tried checking using code *#0842#, but it gives msg "Connection Problem or invalid MMI Code". Please help.
have you reviewed your vibration settings and restarted your phone.. grand have a bug that its vibration stops working at times.. try restarting ur device. also check d settings
and i think you are on official stock firmware.. right?

I recently flashed some custom ROMs but the vibration is not working....currently i tried with cm11 ROM even then vibration is not working and all settings have been checked and enabled vibration but i failed.....HELP ME PLEASE
same problem with my brother Grand duos (Non-rooted)
I need help in this question too, My brother Grand is Non-rooted too and he told me one day that his Phone has same problem you told. vibration stop sometime.

@DMJoh I think its related to Vibration motor maybe. Mine doesn't work 98% of times.

But it was too simple..... While playing with MA friends.... I hit one of my friend with my mobile and from next sec.....it stated working awesomely...... lolz

mine , on Stock ROM , the vibrator is working , but on Custom ROM , it doesn't work .

Actually this problem happens alot to our device when flashing custom ROM. I'll let you know if found any solution on this.

Problem is in samsungs hardware...i have noticed that in most cases.. The connecting chord that came with charger also get worse...i have2-3 samsung cord in my house and all of them have same prob.... And this vibration issue might be also for same hardware made by samsung....the sensor has stopped working internally..so no need for vibration test..when we bang the phone on something...the sensor (hardware) actually starts working..but after some time.. It stops...
The best advice is to change your phone...or if its under warrenty..go to Samsung sstore...otherwise just keep your volume to max..:laugh::good:
