I have video issues in Google photos, instagram and tumblr. It plays maybe 1 or 2 seconds then there is a unlimited loading or a skip to the end to time index 27:xx:xx. Video Playback in Youtube or Chrome is just fine. Local videos in Google photos also working fine. Anyone else with this problem?

Same with Youtube but when i'm logged into my account, if i log off, then is working ok. If i log in with another account it works.
Same here with 4.6.6.1 in instagram, i use now CM11 by ggow and works fine!
Any solutions? And in fire os 4.6.6.1 i don't receive notification from sideloaded apps like whats'app, facebook messenger, clash of clans

I just installed the updated 2.1 of lazyworm youtube,new logo is ok, But they filtered all music videos, does everybody run into this problem? They even filtered subscription, favorites, most viewed all music videos,I can’t accept that. Finally uninstall it.
Anybody have this problem and a solution? I uploaded a 1920x1080 video to Facebook and can view it fine on the PC and my wife's Epic 4G. On my SG3 it loads a blank black screen in Facebook and a message pops up that says "play audio data only". Only the audio plays of course, but no video. I've tried logging out and back in, clearing cache and data of Facebook, restart phone, installed Adobe Air, but so far I'm stumped?
I'll add that I can view older non HD videos I've previously uploaded. Oh, and it is also blank if I load Facebook from the browser and don't use the app!

Just found a solution to this...downloaded another player called Vplayer and it works when I select it. Apparently a codec issue.

Hey!
When I try to play live videos on youtube I get a "there was a problem while playing" error after I click "play"... and that's it.
I cleared the YT data, uninstalled updates (when I try to play live videos w/o updates, YT app just crashes) and installed updates - didn't help. Then I cleared data, uninstalled updates, forced YT to stop, disabled it, rebooted my phone, installed updates... nothing works. I run Android 5.0 on LG G3.
What's funny is that I can watch live streams on youtube through the browser, but can't watch them directly through the youtube app.
2 of my friends have the same problem on G3. Is there any fix? Are there more people with the same issue?

I have two of these phones, both have the same problem. Youtube and Netflix and other apps that play video are out of sync slightly which makes everything look badly dubbed. If I play a Youtube video through chrome instead of the dedicated app, the audio sync is correct however, so its a hardware acceleration thing maybe? Is there a fix for this?

When attempting to play video, either locally or from the internet, it frequently buffers. I don't notice it on YouTube , but Twitter, Facebook and most galling of all - local storage - all suffer in the same way.
Is this a common complaint and more importantly, is there a fix? Phone is UK and fully up-to-date as at 18/9/2019.

I've noticed the same problem.
I'm on 9.1.0.237(C432E1R2P1). But the 'hick-up' is on as long as I can remember.
It's video's on twitter and in chrome webbrowser. Streaming media doesn't seem to have the trouble.
