yes it has. im using smart keyboard with cyanogenmod 7 alpha. its perfect for now. but if i use special characters in messages thats split my messages to 2-3 i cant fix that.

No such thing on my Z1C, but I'm running KitSlim_AMG EVO9 (which is stock-based, though), so that could have something to do with it.

Second:
No, afaik there is no such thing as a Sense ROM for Sony. Why would there be? If you like Sense you should buy a HTC phone.
Best thing you can search for is a theme which is based on Sense. Maybe you can find something like this for CyanogenMod.
Then you can install any CM-based ROM and theme it for your needs.
Since I never wanted anything like this I can only recommend you to do a web search (or XDA search) for it ("CM theme HTC sense" or something like that).

Is there anyway that I could make the launcher on the z5c look the same way?
Is there any launcher that will give that old android 4 look?
