And today i've got it, so Bluetooth 4.1 aptx and 6.0CVC it's very good specs for only 39 bucks headphone !
Sound is very nice specialy use with blackplayer ex and some settings .The multifonction Button is very clever and work so good .

Regarding to the sound quallity, I need SRS WOW HD for my diamond more than air now.
I tried installing the SRS_WOW_121,but it didn't work no matter which rom I used,it made sounds,but ,the volume could not be adjusted,even when I use silent mode,it still made a maximum sound.
And I also tried tuning the Audio Booster,but the sound was not so good,and it would made your ears tired easily,when I turn it off,the sound of WMP is much better.But I need more bass and treble and more stereo effect if possible,because I'm using Sennheiser MX760 for music,I don't want to waste it,that why I need the SRS rom more than air now!!
Anyone can suggest one rom with the SRS WOW HD? I do really appreciated!!
i have used SRSWOW with almost all the ROM. the headfones which u r using have a 3.5 mm jack. It depends on the connector which you are using for the quality of the music. most of the connectors / convertors for mini usb to 3.5mm jack, are not good. if not tried then use original HTC connector, and also try the original iPhone headfones. U will see the difference.

Anybody running an aftermarket eq or dsp pack? Looking to improve the audio. Tried a beats apk and it would only work intermittently, switched to player pro with the dsp plugin and audio is a little better. On my one x plus i had the viper rom with beats audio and it sounded great and had a bunch of different headphone profiles built in. Id like to get something like that again. Anybody found something that works. I am rooted on the at&t model if you need to kno.

Volume + works great for me .... has simple settings for speaker and headset ... also has eq. to customize ur audio

audio quality sucks on every Qualcom chipsets... that makes me to come back to my iphone
I just downloaded Equalizer from Smart Android Apps last night. BIG improvement to the sound quality, and the "Unlocked" version is only two bucks.

Just a few minutes ago I finished setting up the amazing ROM , KK BEAM KAT v.8.1 (21 January 2014) of Adi Aisiteru Reborn .
I also installed the ViPER4Android FX along with the Walkman app here , from XDA ... The only trouble is , whenever I connect any headphones and press play , the music keeps coming from the phone's speaker , instead of the headphones themselves which is damn annoying since I use my device to listen to music , among other things .
If any extra info is needed - I deleted the default music player and DSP Manager .
If anyone has any idea what is causing this ... I'd be forever grateful for a solution .

i think maybe cause LPA is true in build prop find it's two lines and make it false if it is true

I have got the Galaxy S4 and with the Headphone Volume Mod I am satisfied with the sound.
Without the Volume Mod it is OK, but we are at the beginning, the Oppo can be rooted without a problem so I think there will be a solution sometime..
At the beginning many people had problems with "crackling" sound with the galaxy.
My short question: How is the Oppo Find 7 volume compared to the Galaxy S4 (EU stock firmware)
There are some sound enhancers build in the Oppo.
If there is someone else using the Oppo and listening to music via headphones, please tell me what you think!!
I ordered it anyway, but a first hand info would be nice.

Audio is very good & loud using the MaxxAudio plugin on stock music player - using with Bose IE2 audio headphones (This is on a Find 7a but probably same on the 7)

I have facing problems with my new Mi max 32GB.
The Rom version of my new device is Miui global 8.2 | stable 8.2.1.0
Everything is right without the Sound.
I m very much disappointed with the sound on headphone.
Actually i have another Mi max which i brought 3 months earlier. And Rom is Miui global 7.3 | Stable 7.3.15.0.0
and sound is pretty awesome.
What to do . Please give me a complete proper solution.

Sound quality is rather good but loudness isn't.
You can get a trade of on that in many ways for music & video it actually depends on your choice. One of the ways is that you for instance disable Mi sound enhancer & use Google play music but it's not a best one. Other method is to use apps (VLC, foobar2000...) that suport OpenSL audio output & enable it this isn't bad but still not the best practice. The best practice is to use sound-volume amplification (gain) in apps (most MMC apps suport it in dB form) & along with Mi sound enhancer & remember if you cross the line with amplification the sound quality falls exponentially 1.8~2.2dB is usually used in studio's as hire volume is actually loo you can go up to 3.8dB not hearing much of distortion after that it is present but no one is stopping you to get it up as much as you like. Xiaomi purposely lowered the volumes in mixer patches as it whose afraid someone will get its hearing damage & lawsuit them. I use Kodi for movies (with 93dB set for a music and 3.8dB amplification set for a movies & pass true) and foobar2000 with DSP resasampler set to 96000 for music & quality is actually really good at least with solid quality budget over the ear headphones that I use (Panasonic HTF295, Superlux HD-668B).

Well it works very good in Kodi, not so good in foobar2000.
In foobar2000 you can enable the OpenSL output (warning before doing this revert reply-gain to at least 0db), this way you gain a lot on loudness but lose some quality (as always). I prefer quality & with good headphones & decent quality sources it's good enough for me as I described before & a real pleasure with HiFi lossless flac (I have cuple 24bit 96000Hz ones) one's.
OpenSL is also hardware accelerated so it's not much power hungry.
