1) Put the zip file in your SD Card
2) Reboot in Recovery Mode (use Twrp or Philz Recovery)
3) Wipe Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache and format /System (If running Philz Recovery use the "Clean before install a new rom" option)
4) Install the ROM
5) Reboot.
Note: First boot may take a while, that's normal. Once it booted setup your device and reboot again to ensure the full performance of the rom.

you can chose in aroma for wipe. but is better to wipe it for not have any fcs since rom is deodexed

Just tried to flash it bro but it wont work. Got an zip file is corrupt error. Downloaded it 2 times. My recovere also keeps sayins something about netflix mediaclient error that the acces is denied when whiping data :s

thanks for your reply. with my N9208, flashing ROMS for the 920 resulted in only 1 SIM working. if it's the same for the 955FD, may give it a try at some point since i'll use the other slot for a microSD.

Same as on the S7 and note 7...the roms worked but no 2nd sim function.
Which for most isnt an issue

As I remember when I first installed color os it was a two step procedure.
Install and then root it.
Maybe there lies the problem.

We are havnt camera libs for 5.1 mtk aosp. its impossible now. only 5.02
I am update my rom. many fixes. Look at my original post on 4pda.

Ok, first bug i've found myself. New fingerprint settings are missing for now. Until i've found a way to decompile Settings.apk i can not change it. Ideas how Huawei decompile security works?

Let me know if find that out. I've got a fix in the works for notifications but need to figure out how exactly to decompile it. I've already tested the fix and its working but it breaks the ui because it wasn't properly done.
BTW, by deodexing the ROM you were able to add KTools?

If you deodex the ROM xposed Framework works and well, kangvip, if you use some more framework files and systemui from the KangVip ROM, too. If you find a way to decompile the Huawei files we could take a closer look how it works. For now that is the only way to make it work.

Adding HwCallRecorder from a ROM where it is included should make it work. It's in the system/app folder. Maybe could try that and give feadback.

There's a modified xposed out there for an odexed ROM as for kang I replaced those files last week, prevents the ROM from booting.
Should I flash the two roms or only the kang or the b170 deox, because I don't find this very clear?

I don't know which files you've replaced. I've tested a bunch of different combos to find the right one. If you want, just use this as base for your ROM and if new OTAs are out we maybe could work together.

The rom works great, but I have a little problem with titanium backup, I don't succeed to install my backup.

I've restored all my apps, around 300, with tb without any problems from external sd.
What is the problem? Be a little more specific please.

Try to skip the app show on your screenshot or istall it from playstore during titanium restore is running. This step you're repeat with any app it stops. After playstore installed this app titanium proceeds. I've seen titanium behave like this on many devices and different ROMs, but not on Mate 8 with this or any other ROM i've flashed. Why it behaves sometimes like this you've to ask titanium dev guys

Are your backups on internal or external sd? If on external sd, do you've pointed tb your backup folder using document provider? That's the way how it should be done on marshmallow.

Working smooth here for the, great work buddy.
For my backups, l have installed manually the missing apps, but I have a biggest problem ; I can't update Google maps and the app is missing !
I have reflashed the ROM after making a factory data , and I have the same problem again.
How can I fix this ?

I don't get this. I came from eXistens 2.0 and did -> Factory reset -> eXistens v5.0 -> Addon For v5 -> SuperSu. Rebooted, didn't see the addon. Did flash the addon again and wiped cache and dalvik. Rebooted again and can't still see the addon. I guess I have done a misstake somewhere on the way. Any suggestions?

Press my thanks to thank me buddy and moddd camera have unlocked scenes/mp modus in superiour mode and for icons long press on homescreen, go to settings of it and select yoir icon pack under icons options

ISO value? on my other friend who have latest stock have 3200 iso on 23MP. thanks
