I just received my phone about an hour ago so I have fair bit of milage ahea of me getting used to it.
my phone has nothing but a black screen.no fastboot,no recovery,no logo
usb still working but msn download tool is a NO DEVICES

We know the miui13 changed logo partition,logo.img is an empty file,so we can't see custom logo which had be flashed.

if you want to change the splash image in miui 13, you have to flash it together with uefisecapp.img, xbl.img, and xbl_config.img
I have created flash zip recovery installer so you need only replace logo in zip. Its rog splash if you didn't replace. Flash through recovery
