Possibly Bricked?

Can someone help? I think i may have "bricked" my phone. I start it up and the screen loads as normal, although the start icon and various ui elements dont load. After about a minute it comes up with:
"This device is unable to boot because either you have turned the phone off or tried to install and application from untrusted source, press SEND to reset your device or press any other button to cancel, This operation will reset delete all personal data and restore the device to its factory default settings."
I press the send key to start then the application has an error.
"A problem has occured with gwes.exe
etcetc."
Anyone? p.s. if i need a stock rom its an o2 rom i need.
Did you try the Hard Reset?

[solved] HTC Desire blocked : white screen HTC

I re-post the solution of my problem : it was lost yesterday due to server problem
My HTC Desire was blocked after I change 2 time the SIM card.
It was only for a GSM provider test, not for a HTC Desire problem...
2nd time I change the SIM card, the HTC stop to boot, blocked with the White screen with HTC logo.
Of course, I try to remove battery, retry... but always blocked.
I can go in the boot menu in holding the "Volume down" key during the boot process.
I try "Recovery", but blocked too with the Recovery logo /!\ in red
Yesterday, I post a question on this forum, and someboddy reply me to try to completly erease the configuration data and cache.
I try this solution : in the boot menu, I go to "Clear Storage" option
and IT WORKS !
After, the HTC reboot and the Cyanogen mod run correctly.
Of course I need to reconfigure my Google account, and reinstall the applications. But it's not too difficult, and my HTC Desire in Ok now !
Why I have this problem ?
I don't know...
Perhaps I remove the battery just to quickly after I change the SIM card for the 2nd time ?
Thanks for your help

HTC One M9 - Not booting properly after Factory Reset - Please Help!

Hi forum,
I have just reset my HTC One M9 back to factory settings and now when it starts it immediately gives me Google Play errors and will not boot. The errors repeatedly show on the screen and it will not boot normally rendering the phone useless. The messages I am getting are:
1: Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped
2. Unfortunatley, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped
I click OK and they just keep coming over and over.
I can't get onto the phone to change settings and would just like it to work again. I am not bothered about custom ROMS, just want it working however I can.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
Thanks for your help.

You can try starting your phone in safe mode by holding the vol down button when the HTC logo shows when you start up. *release power key and start pressing vol down when htc logo shows*
See if you can start properly with Safe Mode and if anything can be updated there. If it doesn't work, just wipe the phone once more using recovery mode and see if it works. If it fails again even after another wipe, you have to install the RUU for your phone again using the SD card method in the Readme thread.
hi,
shut down your phone
boot into bootloader mode - select boot to recovery
"WARNING - ALL DATA WILL BE LOST"
Next select from Recovery Mode menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation.
After that select option "reboot system now".
