And I need a step by step tutorial to install the ROM. I've read that can not be done like the old days, when I rooted my last S7 edge. It was in 3 minutes fixed. Can anybody help me please. The root is the main reason.

And i read that the Galaxy M30 is named Galaxy A40s in other country

Yes, A40s and M30 are almost identical but please do not follow those instructions.
Unlock and root and TWRP are not the same, will need specific builds.
