Moto E4 cases for best grip? - Moto E4 Accessories

Anyone tried any Moto E4 cases that improve grip?
Thinking about trying this Spigen Moto E4 case on my Verizon XT1767 with a 2.5D screen protector.
Thanks!

I use a lovehandle, best grip ever
It's a finger grip, got one a year ago and haven't used a case since.
They are on Amazon for $10 with prime (here https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00NNZCVHO/)

I have that Spigen case for the ZTE Axon 7. It a good quality case. I don't think it provides good grip because of the matte finish. I find glossy finishes provide better grip. You can find Youtube reviews of that case for other phones. Search "spigen rugged armor".

[Q] Ballistic or Otterbox Cases for LG OGPro?

I saw the post regarding the Case-Mate for our phone. However, I see Ballistic also offers a protective case, but have not found a single review on it. Can anyone comment on this case or their experience with it? What about the Otterbox Commuter?
My current plan is to purchase the ZAGG full-body kit to protect the rear cover and sides of the LG OGPro. However, I want to use one of the tempered glass screen protectors and a protective case to reduce the rick of accidental damage.
Please advise.
2/4 - Installed the Ballistic case yesterday. It does fit wll, they claim it protects the phone from a ~8 drop. The reviews I found on Amazon were useful. For the time being this is what I have...

I have the Ballistic case for my optimus g pro and it works just fine. Buttons are easier to push than the other case I had and ports and cutouts are perfect. The wireless charging still works as well. I would highly recommend.
My parents have both the OtterBox and Ballistic for their OGPs. I haven't actually played with either of them since they live in Florida and me in Iowa, but they prefer the ballistic. I had both cases for my old Atrix HD and definitely preferred the ballistic. So much sturdier than the OtterBox and the buttons are definitely easier to push.

Good job.......totally agree with the Tudia and Diz reviews......
Great review, I've seen reviews saying that the Boxwave Blackout cracks and chips after little use or removing it from the phone a couple of times, can anyone confirm this? That's the one I like the most. Thanks.

I have the nillkin case, not in your review but it has cut outs for the power and volume. Great fit even with tempered glass it still has a small gap. I couldn't say its a dime distance since I'm in the uk but even with the glass there is still a 1 mm gap. Cheap and seems OK so far.
Also have a diztronic on the way and an official OnePlus tpu. Who knows may do another mini review once they all arrive.

None of the cases included in this video are PC, they are all TPU. The nillkin case is PC. All PC cases have cutout buttons because PC doesn't flex its made for abrasion protection. I have reviewed a couple of PC cases on my channel if you want to check them out, the BoxWave minimus, the official 1+ cover, and the nillkin PC case video will be live soon.
A PC case will be much much more friendly towards screen protectors. TPU cases will be more likely to push against the sides of the glass and cause bubbles.
The Nillkin PC case is surprisingly high quality. Like, really high quality ::cough:: better than the official case ::cough::
I'm lookin forward to your review. No matter how many accessories I own I always always read and watch other reviews too. I think we have a sickness
What was your favorite case amongst all the ones you tried, regardless of material?

hmmmmm ..... man that's tough. I'll answer it without answering it. Here's my personal thought process behind this question.
1) I don't drop my phone very often. One broken phone in 10+ years and I'm comfortable replacing parts on my own phone if need be, so impact resistance isn't too important to me. This means TPU cases and combination PC/silicone/TPU type cases ( think otterbox) are more than what i need.
Plus if i did blow up a phone beyond repair, I've got more phones.
2) I prefer a slim design case. Since all i need is abrasion protection, I don't want to add too much fat to my phone.
3) I like texture. I don't want to add a case which is slippery because that defeats point #1 cause i might drop my phone
So right now I'm really liking the Nillkin snap on PC case. It's what's currently on my phone. Ask me again in a week and it might be a different case but my logic above remains the same.
Hope that helps.

Very useful information, thanks. Just wondering, have you also tried the Pelosi case? It's what I'm thinking of getting and it seems like it would really satisfy your requirements.
Has anyone tried the Orzly TPU? Is there a lip on the TPU case? if so, how thick is the lip?

Actually the unique design of the OPO doesn't push the case against the screen so you're safe, I do have a TPU case(as I has to my previous Desire HD phone ..no issues)
P.S. I do have tempered glass in the OPO which is way better but still in my DHD I has matte film which was nice(there still didn't have any issues with bubbles and do mind I'm a perfectionist..)
Thanks for the vid, very useful!

Need a real protection case

Will be travelling to very remote sites in Africa in a couple of months and I will need some protection for the One.
I have the Pelosi, which I think is a fake and it adds 0.1% of protection if you know what I mean.
My wife still has the UAG for the S3, which used to belong to me, which has done a more than perfect job over the last 2 years. Phone and cover still look brand new despite having to be in harsh conditions.
So basically I am looking for a rubberish TPU type that protects corners in a fall.
there is no real case for the one.. the best you can get is some tpu case , i have the TUDIA case and its fine..
but its not Otterbox
the new TUDIA looks promising
TUDIA Slim-Fit CYGEN Dual Layer Protective Case for OnePlus One
The best I've found is the new tudia case ! I have it and love it !
I have the Cruzerlite Bugroid and I assure you that covers perfectly the phone.
I have the Diztronic tpu case and the Rearth Ringke Fusion case. Both cases are great but the Ringke Fusion provides more protection. I would highly recommend buying it.
ive got the tudia cygen dual layer.. the inner rubber part fits perfect, and the hardshell fits about 95% perfect. It bows a little at the bottom where it wraps so the corners dont wrap quite as snug on the bottom as it does on the top. Other than that, this is my favorite case so far. Ive got10 or so cases for my OPO and this one by far has stayed on the phone the longest.

Rugged Case Suggestion Help for the LG G4

Hi there ladies and gentlemen.
I have been looking around for a rugged case for the LG G4, and I'm wondering if anyone here has decent suggestions for such cases for the LG G4.
Currently, I'm looking at the Spigen Slim Armor case, the Case-Mate Naked Tough case, and the Tech21 Evo Tactical case, but if there are better suggestions, please do throw out some suggestions on here.
Thanks.
Hello, i have Spigen Slim Armor case. I was deciding between Slim Armor and Capsule Ultra Rugged also from Spigen. I bought Slim Armor in gunmetal, its very good, good looking, best quality and its tight, so phone have very good protection. But after maybe week it start scratching on the back, on the plastic. Its not visible in normal conditions because plastic is all in gunmetal color, not only color coating, but from some angles i can see it. And this case is bulky. I'm personally don't have problem with this but some people might have. So when you want slimmer case, go to Capsule Ultra Rugged, when you don't judge bulkness, slim armor is also very good.
+1 for the Spigen Armor. Used both Slim and Tough Armor on different phones for years now. Not the cheapest around but without any flaws, even after years.
A warning: Look out for clones. I received a fake Spigen for a Samsung S4 once, but it was total crap. Cheaper material that felt terrible and made the side buttons unusable. Ok, the button problem may not occur with the G4

Consider buying this item from FastTech (Chinese co.), PC + Silicone Protective Case Cover for LG G4: https://www.fasttech.com/products/1152/10025793/5608603 - it's thin and not that noticeable and rugged and durable - I've used my all black one for over a year and still looks great. At $2.55 US you can't lose, IMO.

Spigen case at Amazon/US

Spigen Rugged Armor Designed for Moto G7 Case/Designed for Moto G7 Plus Case (2019) - Matte Black
This is a great looking/fitting/feeling case, had same one on my Moto G5 Plus and it was the best case I found in two yrs. The Yiakeng case I reviewed was the first one I could grab when G7+ was released, it is definitely an ok case but thinner (good if you want that) and not as good materials or quality. Good price too on Amazon at $13.99 compared to $25 (too much) on Spigen's website.
