I've tried Honami(Z1) framework and Z Ultra framework but both are the same. Could anyone show me how to fix this glitch?

The setting I want to mod is under Settings>Device/Call settings (you know, the setting tab to setup things like voicemail, call forwarding), is SemcPhone.apk the correct one? Because I can't seems to find the styles I want to mod.

Hmm.. I'm not have knowledge about Quick Settings & Notification, i just change icon position in Status Bar.. You can swipe in notification bar too! But You only can swipe in the top Notif Bar..
OK I will change Alarm position to right with Battery & Clock

You can use the Xposed Module Android N-fy to get only the Notifications style, if you active others options will cause bootloop or System UI FC.
I want this theme on AOSP, I'm using RR.
