Panda Skin ? - Google Pixel 2 Accessories

I'm in the UK and couldn't get a Panda coloured Pixel 2 anywhere, so i got a black one...
What i would like to source now is a white skin that only covers the back panel not the glass (if that makes sense) so i can get that black and white contrast...
I can see loads of skins available but can't find one that only covers the aluminium back panel not the glass...
Anyone aware of one ?
Cheers

I have been looking to the same solution to get the panda look on my pixel 2. Search for Slickwraps on Google.
There is also an installation video on Youtube where they say it comes with 2 versions of the skin. One that fully covers the back, and one that only covers the lower part and not the glass.

I've got a small Pixel 2 and ordered a set from Dbrand with a matt white back skin and a matt black glass skin. The white skin covers the whole device and the glass skin only the glass section. You install the glass skin on top of the back skin. I've not found one that covers only the bottom section.
Example (not my image):

The slickwraps one sounds like it covers just the bottom and a separate piece for the glass, just ordered one see in a few days thanks for the replies

[Review] Mercury Screen Protector: Changing Black to White

Not many of us have the white SGS2, whilst not absolutely fond of it when I got my SGS2, the white is growing on me...
I saw the Mercury Screen Protector which would change the front face of the phone to white, I just had to get it...
I got it locally for about 10NZD (about $7USD), quite surprised for the price it also came with an extra all clear screen protector and cleaning cloth. On the package, it did not mention it was matte finish except it mentions being "fingerprint prevention"...
Overall, the quality is actually very good, the cut is very precise and accurate the front camera, ear piece and home buttons are cut correctly...
Things that I dont like is a small Mercury logo on the top right of the screen protector...It is not as thick as the similar SGP protector but doesnt have the touch sensitivity issue...as it is basically a coloured screen protector and that it does not come with white sticker to go over the home button, hence still black where as the SGP one does come with a sticker to go over the home...
Highly recommended to all looking to do some colour changing...I belive they also come in different colours...Some photos below...with the white Mercury Screen Protector and silver SGP Neo Hybrid...
Care to share where exactly you got this beauty from? I know naming the links would be an offence but "clues" ?

this is the link which I purchased mine off but I dont think the seller does international postage. Have a search for it on Ebay...lol
just a heads up, when applying these the backlights from the back and menu button become invisible/blocked - unlike the sgp glas which is clear over the buttons (and light is visible).
and yeah get em off ebay, search mercury galaxy i9100 and should find...usually you can win one with a bid of around $7aud

Any colored screen protectors besides Mercury ?

In my quest to turn my pebble blue phone black without adding any bulk I ordered a black colored screen protector from Mercury. I don't have any complaints about the coverage or quality of the protector, but the black isn't truly black. It has little white sparkles all over it that makes it look glittery. Does anyone know where I can get a truly black colored screen protector ?

Oh that's nice. I already have a carbon fiber skin on the back so that front and button sticker would be nice to match it.

yes, but the quality isn't as good as the mercury, it doesn't cover the edge, and the top and bottm of the home key and speaker are not covered.

sounds like a common plan. the advantage of the CF vinyl is that it doesn't have to EXACTLY match anything, due to the texture. now that i have a red draco bumper, i am considering going that route too.

They are nice, but they dont cover the entire screen. They just cover the bezel around the visible screen realestate.
If your fine with that, you might want to check out decalgirl aswell. Many different styles aswell as plain color options available in a gloss or matte finish. You can also contact to design your own custom print.

Thinking about getting one myself. You can pick them up on eBay and aliexpress. If you search for "remove back cover oneplus one" on YouTube you'll see how it's removed, doesn't look too hard.
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=171552348230&alt=web
I seen a friend's white oneplus one the other day and really liked the back. Felt very solid, the sandstone black is nice at first but mine has some small wear marks on the corners just from taking cases on and off. Fancy getting a white cover just for a change, not fussed on the bamboo cover though.

Tempered Glass Screen Protector

Has anyone found one that works with 3T? I just received my TruSheild Ultra Clear and it's a joke. I need to find another one that actually fits.

Ordered from American Amazon lol. Thanks for the heads up. Think I saw this one before but was weirded out by the blacked out top and bottom. Just want a decent Protector.
I have a similar protector to that orzley, black rim too, but sports a different brand.
It's what it you think, glass surface, covers the front of the phone, leaves just enough for a case. The only problem or non problem depending on how you look at it, is if you line up the home button with the top speaker and front camera, then it partially covers up the navigation buttons, and completely covers up the notification LED. I typically have these turned off anyway, but it bothers me a little that the cutouts aren't exact. If someone can tell me they are, then I'll buy me some as well.
Let us know how the orzly v2 protector is like, as I have heard it's the best out there for 3/3t
Orzly v2. Great screen protector. You can see the diference!
I got the one from OnePlus.

In a lot of revies people mention a rainbow effect with the v2, because the glue is only on the side of the tempered glass.
Do you have that issue as well?
No. The only think is the dot matrix in direct sunlight but i can leave with that
Have found the exact same problem from a few manufacturers.
Here is a quick image of one that I took, I believe this is an iTec 9H.
Not sure if you can see but it is laid over the top of the one that comes on the 1+3T as default.

Can anyone confirm if the Orzly v2 will fit/play nice with a Rhinoshield bumper?
I'm using the Orzly v2. It's the closest you will get to a perfect full screen tempered glass with no lift when using a case or changing cases. Yes it has dot matrix in certain angles, and the rainbow effect is very minimal. It's a lot better than the other ones I tried.
@charlieb620 Thanks, just received mine today. I can confirm that the fit is most excellent on phone and works well with Ringke Fusion Clear. I will also say that the rainbow effect is present and most visible with screen off. It is basically where I would swipe when browsing and swiping up and down(right side centerish) Seems like its a patch of Glass not sticking and swirls when I press down on it.
Am I the only one who hates screen protectors, which don't stick entirely?
It makes the screen look really really bad. Is there no screen protector, which doesn't have black bars, has epoxy all around and doesn't feature huge gaps on the sides?
To delete, tk

Does it have a dot matrix and rainbow effect?
Whats the side profile like?
I have a protector that looks similar, however somehow dust has managed to find itself under the screen, well after it was perfectly applied. I was a fool to remove the protector that came standard with the 3T

Case, dbrand skin, and tempered glass for 3T

Hi guys I bought the 3T since it was released in Europe and I love it. I come from having n every single Galaxy phone up until the Note 4. I received the Grip Pro for the 3T and its amazing. I also bought the clear case from Spigen which I like because anyway I bought dbrand skins which I will be applying this weekend (hopefully I dont mess up lol). My only lu concern its that from what I also read in many threads there is actually no tempered glass that we can say YEAH YOU SHOULD BUY THAT. I have always bought mine from Mime which I think make the best TG, but for some reason they didnt for the 3T. It's a big let down because even though I take care of my phone I dont want my screen getting messed up. Whats everyone opinion on this? Thanks.
I ordered my 3T just waiting for it to deliver, I'm also looking all over the place for decent screen protector and case.... also will get the dbrand skin, ive gone through lot of treads searching for the same thing u asking so everyone seems to be in the same boat.

I'm just using the cheaper of the two TG screen protectors from the OnePlus store. It seems decent. It doesn't cover over the entire screen, which is a little annoying at times, but I've gotten a little used to it. It's much better than having black bars on either side of my screen that partially cover the screen.

That's gorgeous! Great job!
Mine
Back: carbon fiber
Top and bottom: black matte
Logo: red fiber
Camera: black
Do the Dbrand skins leave the chamfered edges uncovered? I'm concerned they will become scratched up if it does?
Mine version. This all handmade. I used "armor" film based on polyurethane.
