Did you ever find a solution to your question? I recently got a hold of a 910t and want to replace the mobo with my old 910w8 one. Were the parts all compatible? Thanks in advance!

Hello the 910w8 mother board is diffrent than 910t.
Why are you trying to replace the motherbord?
You would need to replace all of the chips on the board and it is possible that it won't work. Usually if you replace the MD with a non compatable one the issue with that is that the board can't read it because of the chips are locked and you would need to do an physical unlock method via pin method.
I am not sure if you are still stuck on replacing this phone.
My brother has 910w8 that is working just replaced the battery too. He had it since 2014. lol.
Long story short. I can try to convince my brother to sell u his phone so you can do the chip swap if u needed to recover the data. Let me know tnx.

Hello not sure if your interested, I can sell you my brothers phone. It is from Fido carrier Canada Ontario. The model is N910W8. I am from Saint. Catharines , Ontario. I can do a reset on it to make it back to factory settings (if you wanna buy it). $150.00 I'd sell you the phone for. which is cheep
For me to understand your question more please give me more details on what you are trying to do. Are you replacing all of the chips on the motherboard from an N910T to an N910W8?
For carrier reasons you can call your carrier and have your phone geo-unlocked for free to work on all networks.
I am very experienced with phones.

Different Variants of Galaxy Note 3 Neo. Which one is better?

Samsung has launched Note 3 Neo's four variants so far and apparently only three of them are available to us, as of now.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 Model Question

Hi I am looking at buying a used Galaxy Tab S because I like the 10.5" screen and cant find any other tablets that size screen.
1) Which is the best chipset ? I hear that the snap dragon is the best ?
2) Does the snap dragon only appear in all LTE models or just some ?
3) Does the LTE model come in 32gb storage ? Because I cant seem to find it on ebay in 32gb.
My brother has the wifi 16gb version with the exynos and says it slows down quick after a factory reset and the 16gb storage is a pain its not large enough.
ebay seems to say all these come with the Exynos chipset hence my questions.
Thanks in advance guys.
I guess no one knows.
Is anyone with the following models willing to install CPU-Z from google play store and tell me what they have please ?
Galaxy Tab S SM-T805 ????
Galaxy Tab S SM-T807 ????
Galaxy Tab S SM-T800 I think this is Exynos ?
Appreciate it if any users can let me know.

the sm-t800 is the best one to look for. its 16gb but has sd card slot. also, theres more custom rom development on that one. i have the exynos one and seems fine. no slow downs. sm-t807p and 807v are snapdraggon. ii i think sm-t807a and sm-t807t are exynos..
Thanks for the reply.
It just seems to be inconsistent specs posted all over the internet because I messaged a guy selling the 807P and he ran the CPU-Z and said it was Exynos CPU but if you are saying there is better development on the T800 I may get the USA model T800 that has 32gb on board.
I just discovered that Huwawei M5 Pro will have 10.8" screen and the Galaxy Tab S4 will have 10.5" so I think I am going to wait for one of those when they appear this year.
Thanks for the advice.
T807A : AT&T version
T807P: Sprint version
T807R: US Cellular version
T807T : T-Mobile version
T807V: Verizon version
T807 : Factory Unlocked version
It should be the same hardware with several firmwares
32GB versions of the SM-T800, as I understand it, were only sold through Best Buy. I have one.

No, actually there are different LTE bands available per region. The difference is less significative than, for instance, on 1+7, but they're still there (and the reason why I need to get the NA version, in my case).

So did having read that, if there is a 256GB EU version, get that as it has the B66, according to the Connectivity section: Bands (EU) FDD-LTE:B1,2,3,4,5,7,8,12,13,17,18,19,20,25,26,28,29,32,66
but I don't think they did
No 256gb variant that was released has band 66.

Appreciate this insight man!!
I'm in the US, NYC/NJ. I was super torn. I wanted to upgrade my op5. I wasn't a big fan of the pop up camera or the curved edges of the 7 Pro...plus I wanted a T.
The MacLaren edition is really nice, but...popup camera and like 400 more than the Chinese 7T. I couldn't justify it. So I took a chance and ordered the HD1900 Chinese version of the 7T with 265gb. So far, after about two weeks, it's excellent. I have no issues with not having a fast connection

No issues with not having a connection. Maybe it's because I'm in an area with good coverage (t-mobile). But so far, for $500 - HD1900 has been excellent.

Yes. Compatible.

Got the 7T rooted...no problems. Not used to doing it without TWRP, but it all worked fine. Magisk, root all working flawlessly. For 500, the 256gb hd1900 has been excellent. I know it didn't have band 66 (or something) but in NYC and Quebec I haven't noticed any problems. I'm coming from an OP5 and mobile connectivity is at least as good with the OP7T HD1900.
For me, the decision came down to value. I wanted the 256gb, which ruled out the US OP7T. The OP7 Pro is nice and I came close to choosing it but I don't like the curved screen edges and I'm not a fan of the pop up camera. The notch doesn't bother me. So, no 7T pro either. The t-mobile McLaren edition was tempting...12gb ram, 5g. But at almost twice the price...not worth it. So far very happy with the hd1900 in the US with the 256gb.
Once I got it rooted, of course.

Is it possible to flash from an "F" DS to a "FN" DS ROM to enable NFC?
So I just realized my new A505 F/DS does not have NFC while I was setting up Google Pay. It's the one feature I used very often with my old phone at point of sales, so I am really depressed about it. Before I attempt to return the phone, is it possible to just flash the FN ROM? Assuming that the hardware exists?

There is a NFC chip in Samsung A50. The part number is GH42-06264A . So, even though the model number is same, they may manufacture with or without the hardware. If the hardware is there, they may have disabled it. For ex: All Non-US Mobile phone manufacturers were asked to disable NFC chip by the US government.
Also, You need DRM keys to enable the hardware. As far as I know, there are no such keys released by Samsung

Question Which model is sold where?

Hello, I am wondering which model goes to which countries....
Specifically I am wondering if the snapdragon version with dual Sim slot exist...
From gsmarena we have the different models:
SM-S901B, SM-S901B/DS, SM-S901U, SM-S901U1, SM-S901W, SM-S901N, SM-S9010, SM-S901E, SM-S901E/DS
I am guessing the DS = dual Sim (physical, and with or without esim)
But which one is snapdragon and which one is exynoss and which one is for what market...
Does anyone knows this?
Here in India we are getting the Snapdragon variant ! I believe in Europe and UK the Exynos Variant, in US, Asia and UAE the Snapdragon, not much sure about the model numbers though !

Correct, I've seen which variant is sold where... But I have not found any mention about the model number or the Sim options... :|
Based on the firmware page at sammobile, the
SM-S901E should be the Snapdragon version available at Asia, Pacific, Africa and Latin America;
and SM-S901B only lists countries from Europe, so should be the Exynos one.
we need to discover what are the W, U and N variants.
my guess that one is for North America, one for South Korea and one for China.

Aaa that would be good news as there is the SM-S901E/DS which would mean they do do a snapdragon with dual Sim card (not just esim)
They could do, and probably will do, but only for some specific markets. Here at Brazil all models being sold are 1 SIM + eSIM.
Edit: indeed they are 2 SIM + eSIM, so being the 901E/DS version. I didnt notice the double side tray until today.

Darn... So it's gonna be a bit more complicated to figure out what's going to which market...
In Serbia, our operators offer the Exynos model, which comes with 2 SIMs + 1 eSIM.
For the first time here in Brazil, we a getting snapdragon version, S901E DS. I may be wrong,, but I think B is the only Exynos version, S901B
Yeah I am getting the feeling that only the Exynos version has 2 SIMs + eSIM...
and that there is no snapdragon version with 2 SIMs (only 1 SIM + eSIM)

is S22 exinos 256gb white with 2 SIM + eSIM. However, you can either use 2 SIM or 1 SIM + eSIM.
The US version is SM-S901U and SM-S901U1 with Snapdragon.
Mine came with a single SIM card tray but has support for eSIM.
I wish I could add a second physical SIM card to it, especially since the SIM card slot in the phone has contacts on both sides of the tray.

Did you do anything to enable that "download eSIM" option?
I have the exact same model but I have no such option.
