Unlocking & rooting doesn't void warrenty according to Xiaomi policy.
If you install custom recovery and custom ROM it will void warrenty.
And pls clarify your questions next time.and you should ask these type of questions in miui forum.

[Q] Gingerbread RUU Update - Warranty

Hi,
Does anyone know what the warranty implications are from using this update?
T-Mobile have tweeted that they will not support any warranty claims from users of this update.

Same as debranding your device, you will lose your warranty mate.

[Q] So ¿im lost?

Hi guys, first of all sorry for my english, i know isnt good.
This is my first post in this section (i came from a Moto X).
I buyed a Note 2 because i need a big screen but this N2 came whit 4.3 MK4 (obviously whit disgusting knox).
The problem is that im a compulsive flasher (i wast informed about the knox security before purchase), so... after hours reading im suspecting im f*cked up .
Resuming this: ¿i cant do nothing about knox? I really NEED to be root guys, have a custom recovery and flash customs again, and again, and again.
I miss greenify, xposed, wanam, adaway, browsing in my own files whit super user permissions, etc.
In advance thank you very much brothers.
If i cant do anything about all of this, i will sell it tomorrow.
I haven't installed the update so no knox issue for me to deal with, but I think some people still root with it and don't care if it voids the warranty (that's up to you)... but I did find a webpage that has some different solutions **also read their comments in case you run into some problem - as they have alternate solutions too.
LINK HERE
Good luck!
I dont care about warranty..
In fact this note doesn't have warranty because its used.
So ¿the only problem whit Knox its the counter? ¿can i flash things like crazy whithout problems?

Yes, if you don't mind the counter it is ok. Then there is also flash counter - but that can be reset with Triangle away.

Oneplus 3 community build

I wanted to ask if flashing the oneplus 3 community builds would void your accidental damage protection and warranty or not. Also if it needs unlocked bootloader, if so will unlocking erase your data.

They offer warranty but RMA takes a lot of time ...
But mos of the problems are software issues. A user is able to fix them.

i tried everything and it did not work.
some people got theirs bricked after trying to flash some rom found on forums
3.5.2 is not bugged at all. Just needs new firmware updates and a modified twrp which you can find on these forums before you install the new community build.
I'm on 3.5.2 and went back to orionos and then back to 3.5.2. It just requires more steps...

No warranty when flashing custom ROMs - Support says?

Hi,
i contacted support because of random reboots, which are not ROM related.
When asking for what to do, the support recommends me this:
Since you have manually flash your phone this will be automatically Out of Warranty once it gets to our service center. What we can do is to prevent or save your device from sending it for a repair. I would suggest to take advantage in doing a remote session and try to fix your device.

So ? Now im Out of Warranty because of using a custom ROM? I dont understand it. I thought Oneplus is fine when using a custom ROM. Anyone can explain?
Thanks
UPDATE FROM SUPPORT: Looks like everything OK when flashing custom OS on Oneplus devices:
I understand that there's a confusion regarding the warranty of the phone. I would just like to clarify to you that as long as there is no physical damage on the device, it will still be covered by our warranty. However, if a certain process like flashing an unofficial OS which triggers an issue in the hardware, it will actually cause the phone to fall out of warranty. But, again it will depend on the result of the investigation once the phone is sent for repair.

Reload the newest stock rom and see if it still does it. Then send in for repair?
Not sure how you'd know it wasn't the rom causing the problem?

Easy solution:
Flash the stock firmware and send it to the service center for warranty repair. Random reboots are a typical bug found in custom rom nightlies. I would refuse to repair it too Be smart and set it back to stock before sending it to the service center. You'll be fine And you'll have no trouble.
Flash stock Rom nd recovery and Relock bootloader then go Service centre...???
Update from Support, so everything looks fine now:

Makes sense, I highly doubt this has to do with flashing different roms and kernels.

Returning to stock to send back for warranty repair

Hi guys,
I have a warranty repair booked in with aliexpress.
Just wondering if I need to return to stock ROM? The problem is that it charges slowly and the screen has some burn on it.
Mi flash doesn't detect the phone now that I've put custom ROM on so really struggling to install stock global rom on it.
Cheers,
Andy
