i got a huawei p10 (VTR-L09) with a retail app installed which kind of is pre-installed, is there a way to overwrite this with a (non-retail) vanilla Firmware?
Appreciate any help / advice to the right firmware to use.
The firmware will be uploaded on androidhost.ru,i have EML-L29 C432E7R1P11 who was on 9.1.0.328 and was no any updates,i bought easy-firmware silver package and download this service rom,i have flashed with usb stick and dload method on my p20 without any problems at all,device is certified and november securety patch....very soon it will be on androidhost.ru site:laugh:
i have updated my honor 8x from emui 8 to 10 step by step.
just uninstall all google apps and restart your phone, check update!
Note: till now cant insall google service on emui 10.0.0.157

Are you in China? Will global users also need to uninstall google play services before they can upgrade?
If yes, then that's just crazy pain in the ass upgrade process.
I'm using a global version JSN-L22, no need to uninstall Google, just wait for country's approval.. for example, I lived in Malaysia, the update will be send to a device as soon as the comm. ministry approved it.

Has anyone received the EMUI 10.1 Update for the Mate 20 X 5G EVR-N29 in Europe? I have tried updating via the support app, settings update and Hisuite with no updates available. If you have received it could you please indicate method used and which country option that you chose if you used the support app.
