I've tried resetting Network settings, also tried 'Clear Cache' and 'Clear Data' in Settings > Apps and Notification > Settings > Storage, but still the issue persists.
Does any one have this issue? How do i solve this issue?
Thanks

Hi,
try this: Go to "Settings" -> "Network & Internet" -> "SIM cards" and change the "Mobile data" SIM to "SIM 1".
Cheers,
Thomas

WIFI keeps turning on.

I'm on the FreeGS ROM with the Ktoons kernel, and my WIFI keeps turning on by itself. I have no radio controlling apps installed, anyone have an idea why this would be happening?
It's connections optimizer. Which h
Had a ghost that turns it on even if you turn it off.

As stated above, it's probably the Connections Optimizer (Settings > More settings > Mobile networks > Connections optimizer)
There is also an option to enable WiFi at set times as well as scan for open networks, which might be aiding this problem and can be disabled:
Settings > Wi-Fi > Menu button > Advanced > [ ] Network notification & [off] Wi-Fi timer.
Thanks for the replies guys! That was driving me crazy.

Situation Normal
Your Mobile Data is disconnected because your WiFi is connected.
Your Phone Number is unknown because most Sims do not have the number entered by the Phone Company. I had to set mine by putting my Sim in the wife's iPhone and enabling iMessages. I have also done it in the past with a Blackberry. No easy way to do it in Android.
You might want to hide your (VALID) IMIE number in that screenshot

Unable to register in 3G (HSPA+)

I've purchased Oppo Find 7a (x9000) from china market. After bringing the device to my country Bangladesh, I've been trying to use 3G service but could not be able to register to 3G network. However, 2G (voice and data both) is working fine.
Test cases -
1. My 3G SIM works well in other 3G devices
2. Other 3G SIM doesn't work in this device.
3. Set network mode as "WCDMA Only" and "WCDMA Preferred". None worked
4. Tried to register to 3G network forcefully (setting-->Geenral--->Mobile Networks---->Network Operators). It shows error message " Can't connect to this network, please try later"

The problem solved after software upgrade.

mobile network gone after updating to MIUI 10.4.4.0(PGGINXM) Today

I updated to MIUI 10.4.4.0(PGGINXM) after the reboot (update) mobile network is gone (I'm airtel user). i tried to restart but didn't work. i also tried to reinsert the sim card but didn't work.
Try add it a OMV in the APN settings.

Its generally a problem with the vpn
check your vpn configuration in network settings
if you dont konw the values, ask your operator they should have no problem to give them to you
also check if the authentifiation is set to default in the APN type field
Try it like in the image, I dont recomend changing MCC & MNC values

VoLTE and Moto

Hi everyone,
Has Moto g 5G plus got VoLTE? I can't find any item about it in the settings?
How can I make sure that it is working anyway?
Thanks
Try this in the dialer *#*#4636#*#* > Phone Information > click on "VoLTE Provisioned". If it let's you congrats! It should be working, make a call to another VoLTE capable device, you should see an "HD" icon in the dialer.
If it's greyed out but enabled congrats! It should be working, try my test above.
If it's greyed out and not enabled there isn't a way to enable it unless your carrier allows your device to use it.

it seems to be enabled, but greyed out.

Then you should have VoLTE enabled, if you don't have the status bar icon it might be disabled. Call another phone that is VoLTE capable (iPhone as well) and if you HD Voice in the dialer somewhere in the middle
If you have this icon you should have VoLTE working.
Thanks
