And boot into recovery(volume up+home+power and when the screen turns on only release the power button and hold the first 2 until it successfully boots into recovery)

The Phone is SGH I747 ; the baseband version is NJ2, The Recovery, however , is the latest for this device (TWRP 3.1.1-0) With respect to your caution (**Note It is mandatory to install TWRP version 3.1.0-0 **note) would I seriously have to revert to the previous version? The Device is also running RR-N-v5.8.2 by @Lonelyskatter12.

I would follow the ROM developer's recommendations.

I think it'll be fine if you have a version 3.1.1-0 but beyond that will result in a installation failure. The ROM supposedly only can be run with TWRP version being 3.1.1-0 or lower. If it was to be higher than 3.1.1-0 it might cause a problem.
But if you failed to install it at ver 3.1.1-0, then I suggest that you go for the lower version as I stated in my caution warning.

works

Questions & Concerns
So I have been flashing & testing some different custom roms on my SGH-I747 with TWRP. No problems using 3.2.3-0. I didn't know if you post here
just simply came out before 3.2.3-0? Are you saying anything less than 3.1.0-0 would be a problem? That newer TWRP like I am using would be ok?
Or is there some odd reason the newer TWRP 3.2.3-0 would wreck my phone if I tried to install this Remix Rom with it???
Update:
Its been a week or so and not getting any response I decided to not risk it. I found another option. But first where i'm coming from. Not happy with AT&T 4.4.2. I was running Cyanogenmod 13 which is 6.0.1....... But that Custom ROM is buggy with the LTE not automatically connecting. Having to toggle Airplane mode just to connect is unacceptable behavior. Plus not to mention the worry that If I upgrade to a higher level of Android like 7.1 --- I may not be able to downgrade back to 6 later if necessary.
So to get to the point I came across SlimOS 6.0.1 AND WOW! I have to say I'm very satisfied with the results.. It runs well on the S3. I made some changes though... Mainly I did not like its Slim Launcher nor am I a fan of Google's Launcher So I changed to Trebuchet Launcher 6.0.1.6 found on APKMirror.. Also had to turn off SlimRecents in the Settings/Interface section. Doing This plus a New Battery, a Nice Case & Screen Protector Has breathed New Life into a Handmedown free Samsung Galaxy S3 SHG-I747.
I Highly Recommend anyone trying to fix up a Galaxy S3 to Try the above mentioned setup Its Definitely a Workable Solution. Without any connection issues & seems to improve my Signal Strength!

Unfortunately, the reference to SlimOS 6.0.1 does not work. deleted.

Dear joseph15two. How can you enter the engineering menu on this device? I tried all the ways - I can not go. Can you find a solution to this problem? Respectfully ...

HUH?
So I Dont understand what reference to SlimOS 6.0.1 you are referring too... Deleting??? I am running Slim0S 6.0.1 on a Galaxy SIII ATT version phone right now and it works perfectly well. Exactly as I described in my post. Which doesn't appear to be deleted. And Much better than any other Custom Rom I've tried? So what exactly "reference to SlimOS 6.0.1 doesn't work" are you talking about?

I wrote that there is no possibility to download from the site - slimr.....s.org...device...d2att, because there is no link to download. and not that this build doesn't work on the phone. This is probably the cost of translation.

O'IC
Wow I had not been back to their site in a few months. Oddly since then, they have updated to show a ver 7 rom for the I747 also, but your right there seems to be no link to click on now to download them. Don't know why they would produce a build 7 recently and add it to their site list but break the links to download either of them... That is the page I downloaded it from originally. I may try to contact them & let them know, it could be an oversite.
I still have the SlimOS 6 rom if needed. But I don't see a way to upload it on xda…
Edit: The files I used to setup my phone including that rom are here till June 15th.

Thank you so much for the link to SlimOS 6. Download at once. And interestingly SlimOS 7 will it be possible to download? But this is after, I still have a problem with the phone battery. In my opinion the battery is dead. The phone does not even boot. Sometimes you can download the recovery and at a charge of 100% perform the download into the system. But in 99% of cases, the phone turns off and shows the battery with a circle inside on a black screen and only works vibro once and that's it. And further along the cycle. Nowhere did I find information about the charge controller - it is in the phone, or in the battery. I would be very grateful for the answer. Respectfully ....

Battery
Well in my experience its likely the battery. Problem is getting a genuine battery. as most are knockoff counterfeit labeled SAMSUNG. Don't be fooled by them they are not. There's a company in Canada I think, that claims to sell Real Genuine batteries for the SIII. I cant remember the name of the Co. though. But a little googling about fake vs genuine Samsung battery for SIII and you will find what I did. I now have a working battery/phone!

Update::
I Have been in contact w/ Jean-Pierre Rasquin with SlimOS.. He has found a developer(Android Andi) that has as recently as March 2019 been keeping v6.0 Updated! Security & Such... They are in the process of getting me the Mar19 edition of SlimOS 6 for D2ATT....
Jean has also stated there was never a version 7 in the works for SIII AT&T Model.

Hello!
And you can contact this Jean-Pierre Rasquin and ask how you can go to the engineering menu. It is necessary to include 3 bands on LTE. I would really appreciate it.

Well I've asked some Questions as of recent ~in the last couple weeks and haven't got a response so I doubt I will get one. Googling your 3 band thing I take it you are in Europe?

DLing now to try out. thank you for your time and this build @joseph15two

So I installed the jailbreak a few months back and have been waiting eagerly for a ROM and searching around... but from what I have read, the sch-i925 version note 10.1 doesn't have the same partitions as other 10.1's, so I haven't found a ROM for it.
What confuses me is that people seem to be returning back to stock... and in the first line of the instructions of this ROM I find:

So... what other ROM?? How did I miss that?
I'm super happy that I finally find a ROM for this tablet, but why now a few day's after the first post of this great news... why I'm the first posting here?? Nobody else jumping out of their seats in joy??
Also, I'm curious... does the CM include phone capabilities? I'm in Iceland and the Icelandic version of this tablet is basically just a very large phone, I'm hoping this ROM will get me there since now I cant even use the mobile networks at all because I have no Verizon SIM and even if I did - it would be ridiculously expensive
I'm looking forward to testing this out, will post my results

Do you mean it includes the phone app, but somehow is still limited to Verizon?? If its a new ROM, why is it still locked to a certain carrier??
So I was about to install CWM when I got into trouble connecting detecting the tablet with both heimdall and odin. Adb detects the device... perhaps a driver issue because of ADB... perhaps it doesnt matter
I booted into recovery only to find the TWRP that I haven't used yet, it came when I installed adams jailbreak. Im not familiar with TWRP but it looks pretty good. Do I need to install CWM or is TWRP good enough??
*edit: No problem connecting to ODIN on a different computer, so now I can install CWM if needed.
Could you let me know if I can use the TWRP recovery instead of the CWM?
Also, did you mean that this ROM is locked to Verizon mobile network?

I also believe that this rom is specifically for the verizon version of the n8020 (the sch-i925). I have the Verizon SCH-i925 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 which is a LTE version. So this rom should fit pretty well I dont believe I can use the n8020 ROM's because of some different partitions from what I have read.
Can I install this rom with TWRP recovery or is CWM a prerequisite?
I didn't quite understand your reply, even if the Rom is designed specifically for this tablet, that does not mean it is still locked to the network provider. Is it still locked?
Thanks again, cant wait to try it

cwm is just recommended for official cm builds but twrp should work. and no its not locked onto verizon it is just designed for it. moving it to another carrier would require slight modification

So the install went great - No problems with TWRP, ROM or Gapps... smooth sailing!
The only changes to the tablet prior to this install was following Adams guide on how to unlock the bootloader. I also had not installed any updates from Verizon.
The ROM I installed was the cm-10.2-20130904-NIGHTLY-i925.
I also didn't install CWM, the TWRP that i got from unlocking the bootloader worked just fine.
Here is the bug list:
The Bug List:
1. GPS is working just fine.
2. I haven't tried the BT voice search.
3. 5ghz WIFI not working - I also needed to reboot to get 2.4ghz working again
4. No graphical issues yet, I test played raging thunder racing game and no problems there at least.
Other Bugs:
Camera:
No camera app found. I installed Nexus camera from market but it gave an error: "Can't connect to the camera". Also, my flashlight app can not use the camera flash.
I noticed that in folder /root/sys/class/camera/ there is only two documents "front" and "rear" which are both empty 0.00B files. Was looking for the cause, perhaps this helps?
Mobile network *Edit: Not a problem anymore:
In order to search for networks, the APN needs to be configured first! I am using my normal phone Icelandic SIM now and can use 3G in here in Iceland, send texts and after downloading a dialer I can now make phone calls also
Besides that, the OS is working great... 4.3 is pretty cool Its a real bust that the camera isn't working, I hope that gets fixed since its the only downside of this upgrade.
I'll keep a watch on this forum, so let me know if I can send you any info about my install. I'll also keep an eye on the upgrades and report if my problems get solved
Thanks for this ROM

Good question, I'm glad I downloaded all of them, I suspected they might only have space for 5 there! Just wait a second, I'll google this for you.
Sorry for the wait, it was only a minute though... but I found this for you:
http://goo.im/devs/cm/i925/nightly
I guess I didn't need to download all of them after all. By the way, September 2 worked better than September 1 so Im using that now.
Im going to check the 8th of sept ROM tonight... perhaps its all fixed there, will report
I've got the latest 9/9 nightly flashed on my i925 and don't see an option to add APN's nor make calls.
Can I just download any Dialer from the market and calling will work?
My intention is to test it with the AT&T $35 month prepaid plan, but I hear already that supposedly Medianet Internet doesn't work.
If that doesn't pan out, I'm going to be trying a Staight Talk AT&T sim.
*EDIT* I downloaded Dialer One and that seems to work
@Snarlster, how did you edit the APN for data?
TBH I think so far the features of stock are more rich

You need to create an APN in "Access Point Names". (press + sign at top right)
You should only needed to set the Name (You create name) + APN (supplied by provider), here in Iceland they provide this information on their webpage.. can be fine to add more settings but this is the minimum (at least here).
*remember to save, I missed it at least the first time but you got to press the 3 dots in top right and press save.
After that, search for networks, if error then restart and search for networks again.

[Discontinued][ROM][4.2.2][G Pro] ColorOS 2.0 Based on CM10.1 [F240x/F220K/E980/E988]

ColorOS 2.0 for G Pro by WS008
Based on CM10.1 (4.2.2) and ColorOS Patchrom
Please take note that although this ROM is based on CM10.1, it is not merely a modification to the CyanogenMod. It uses a similar method to MIUI in building the ROM. You will get a ColorOS experience instead of a CM one by flashing it.
About ColorOS
ColorOS is a firmware based on Android with intensive modifications. It was created by Oppo and originally ran only on Oppo devices such as the Oppo Find 7. In 2014, Oppo started its Patchrom Open Source Project and allowed the ROM to be ported to other Android devices.
The ROM is ported by the Chinese developer WS008. The development of the ROM has stopped (for a long time...)

FAQs
1. Why 4.2.2?
The ColorOS Patchrom currently only supports Android 4.2.2. The update can only made by Oppo. We will try to update to KitKat as quickly as we can once Oppo releases the KitKat update to the Patchrom.
2. Why Chinese?
The ROM is in Chinese by default (Sorry, we cannot change it unless Oppo does something.) You may switch to English in Settings (设置).
If you like this ROM, please click the "Thanks" button. We will also appreciate a lot if you connect to the Internet at least once after flashing for statistical purposes.

Thank you very much @JTJTJ.
Eventhough you are not the developer, but your action helps us very much as we do not have that great assortment of roms.
Cheers.

Sorry, but i've tried to install it several times on F220K, the installation process completes well and then it does'nt boot, then i tried F240k variant and it installed and booted well, but it had some graphics glitches on F220k, any help would be appriciated,
It doesn't boot on my phone
Flashed the E988 variant
ROM installed fine but everything is in Chinese. Color OS looks beautiful. I wish they added more steps in English for initial set up. This thread will be hard to maintain in English unless we are able to install in English.

I have just installed the rom. It works pretty well. NFC seems to work (didn't try with another phone though).
You can flash it with CWM in Freegee.
There is a tutorial to get english on Youtube:
Thanks to let us try ColorOs
UPDATE: It's not too bad, I'm not 100% sure what the OTA does but I'm on the 06/16 build. I'll try and see if I can get the double-tap wake to work in a bit. Just seeing if I can change the Chinese keyboard to an English one since installing Google Keyboard from the Playstore FC's. Overall: not bad at all.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, the speaker sounds noticeably better on here. I'm not sure what's different but the quality is great.
May I know how to disable NFC function? I click disable but it still keeping enable. Is it a bug?
So, I tried this before, and I loved the features. I couldnt however get wifi and stuff to work. I want to try it again, but the zip wont download correctly :/ It is "invalid"
EDIT: If anyone has the same problem, download and use DAp. It downloaded it without making it invalid, lol.

Anyone else have problems with getting stuck a LG logo upon first booting after install? I found that it can be fixed by copying 'wcd9310_mbhc.bin' and 'wcd9310_anc.bin' into '/system/etc/firmware/wcd9310/' (files available from here). I packed them into the ZIP, reinstalled, and am now having a colorful os.
The non-existence of those files causes this error upon install, though it wasn't reported by the installer--it claimed success!:
Code:
symlink: failed to symlink /system/etc/firmware/wcd9310/wcd9310_mbhc.bin to /data/misc/audio/mbhc.bin: No such file or directory
symlink: failed to symlink /system/etc/firmware/wcd9310/wcd9310_anc.bin to /data/misc/audio/wcd9310_anc.bin: No such file or directory
Which, I think, caused a nasty loop of '[CAM/E][ERR] ce1702_i2c_rxdata failed!' errors upon first boot, keeping me from advancing past that mocking LG logo.

When this happened to me it was because I didn't know to downgrade the radio to ZV8. Once I did that the ROM booted OK.
CAUTION backup your modem and EFS before you downgrade so you can restore them if you want to go back to a newer stock ROM- EFS might not change but modem for sure. I spent a whole day with "no service" trying to get back to ZVE which has been all round best for me.
Ok after some extensive research I finally got it working with the latest nightly jan 20th. I wiped everything except internal.. Flashed the cm12 then zv8 radio.. Wiped cache and dalvic and it booted fine.. I then proceeded to install the appropriate gapps..

Sooo- I'm no developer but I can tell you what worked for me. We're starting from different working roms and, except maybe for the recovery, can't imagine this matters. I am on stock ZVE, Dorimanx bumped kernel V9.55KK and bumped TWRP 2.8.3.1
1. nandroid backup and modem backup
2. wipe standard wipe and system
3. flash ZV8 radio from here- http://downloads.codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G2/G2_modems
4. wipe dalvik
5. flash CM nightly (works with 20150120 didn't try older ones)
6. wipe dalvik and reboot
Probably a couple of extra wipes in there but can't hurt. Hope this works for you.
I expect good things from this rom- Shelnutt2 always did a nice things for the Optimus G my last phone.
Thank you
Just wanted to start of saying thanks to @Shelnutt2 for posting up the thread. I'm not sure if you are just going keep the thread up as a place for discussion around the official build for our device OR the CM maintainer that pulled the lucky LS980 number, but either way, thanks!
I came from the December 26th dated alpha build that @Rashed97 did for all the G2 variants and it ran good, few things here and there, but it had been my daily driver since Dec 28th and I've been happy since then. Was apprehensive about flashing the nightly builds because it's usually a regression at first BUT I have to say, so far, so good. My good friend and teammate @thoughtlesskyle and his themes pushed me over the edge, I just had to get the Theme Engine so I could try them on my own device so here I am, on CM12 Official nightly 20150128 and love using the THEMES! :good::good:
All, CM's built in SU control doesn't play nice with Titanium Backup AT ALL (ie, your apps will not restore) so you'll need to either just install SuperSU from the Play Store and update binaries as OR flash it when you flash rom.
Things that did not work in the Unofficial CM12 build that I noticed myself were:
1. No SIM Card warning on lock screen
2. CM Messenger app *send button did not work so app was useless
2a. MMS were not able to be received (not even through Google Messenger app)
3. GPS (well, not like that really worked on stock anyway.....
4. Sometimes system volume would just go to zero requiring reboot to restore
5. VERY hard to get the device to connect to Spark B41 networks (but had SOLID B25/B26 performance)
5a. Mobile networks setting would change on it's on
6. Theme Engine missing
7. Speaker phone didn't work, would turn sound from caller/video chat into very garbled unrecognizable output
8. NFC was SOOOO broken that it required manually deleting the NFC folder from system to keep from 100% wakelock
9. I'm sure other odds and ends but all in all, no show stoppers and I've been quite impressed with the CM12 start for our device
Now, I'm about 1hr fresh on the official build and can confirm that of my list 9 items from unofficial, 2a and 6 are fixed. I'll update as I spend more time with the rom but I'm looking forward to more good things here.
Finding Lollipop for my phone thoroughly made my day. Truly. Thousands of thanks to shel and whomever else got this here.
Flashed 1/28 clean with ZV8 radios via TWRP 2.7.0.0. Way quicker and better-looking and -feeling than stock.
GPS , MMS (with Google Messenger) and speaker work for me.
I've had no trouble with the built-in SU (I dig it), but I restore with ROM Toolbox Pro, not Titanium.
Send button on stock Messaging doesn't work for me either.
It does read "No SIM card - Sprint" on lock screen (as well as during the CM setup process).
Bluetooth works, but texts cannot be read by my car (as they could with stock and most, if not all ROMS on my N5).
Haven't touched NFC. Cheers and thanks again.
If you want the remote from lg, here is the thread for the remote to work on AOSP.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2929146
I've been using it in resurrection ROM for a while now. Since it is from the g3, it has a newer look.
I may come back to cm12, but haven't taken the dive yet.
May wait to see what else Mr Rogers finds. I know cm messenger has been unable to send since the beginning of alphas. Would think they could get that fixed. Also, for a limited data guy, not being able to shut off sprint data has been a issue for me.
Especially since I've heard d802, can shut their off with the toggle.
Looks like using any system profile mutes notifications. Can't get 'em to come back without a reboot.
I'm on the 26th version and just about everything seems to work fine. Sending messages works, sim shows up fine (using consumer cellular [att]), etc. Only thing that I'm curious about is UMS (usb mass storage). My car will not read an mtp device but did read usb mass storage when I was using my motorola atrix (using its internal sdcard, no external card required). Anybody know how to make it work in this rom or should I give that tmobile kk rom a shot (not sure how well it'd work on att)?

Scratch that. GPS isn't working. It can locate me when I'm connected to Wi-Fi, but not otherwise.
Screen is stuck in portrait orientation.
I can't get back to my stock backup. Same thing happened on my LG Optimus G: can't get back to AOSP without a total format.
i apologize for posting here, but i came across this thread looking for cyanogenmod 12 for d803. I saw on github you are a contributor. Got it. Had to clean-flash 2/1 to get screen rotation working, though.
Tried wiping caches and flashing 1/28, then wiping caches and system. Neither worked.
Still, I'm the happiest camper I've been since I've had the G2.

Here you can find stock firmware for the Amazon Fire Phone (Kodiak) which are safestrap flashable.
This can be useful when you come to install another ROM, but find yourself wanting to return to stock for some reason.
Please note the following:
- These images do NOT block OTA updates from Amazon so be careful with connecting to Mobile and WiFi networks. An accidental Amazon OTA can spoil your day.
- These images do NOT flash a new kernel or recovery - only a new /system image
- You must be running Safestrap V4.0.1 with a stock base software version 4.6.1
- Do NOT use these images to downgrade or upgrade your base firmware.
Installation:
- Copy file to your phone
- Flash the ROM image in Safestrap
- Flash the latest SuperSU package if you want root
- Still within Safestrap from the Main menu select Wipe
- Then Swipe at the bottom to Factory Reset.
- Finally Reboot.

Hello.
First thanks for all your hard work allowing us to install CM11 via safe strap. Quick question as it's been years since I've used a safe strap install. Once installed and CM11 is installed is it possible to boot back into Fire OS? Or is the Fire OS system over written since we're using the stock spot in SS.

The short answer is yes you can. There are two options:
- You can do a backup in safestrap of your stock ROM.
- Or you can discard FireOS for now, install CM-11. If you need to go back I have provided a Safestrap flashable 4.6.1 zip in the OP of this thread.

To be honest I don't know what will happen. It wouldn't normally brick but I haven't had much experience with this device. Certainly on the kindle hdx's we have seen many bricks due to OTA updates.

Thanks @Bingo Bronson, he is going to make US and German variants as flashable zips
Update
@Bingo Bronson has kindly created Safestrap Flashable US and GER versions of amazon stock 4.6.1.
The File links are in the OP now.
This question was already asked but I didn't quite get what I was looking for...we can make a backup to restore to later OR use the one in the op. But is there a difference as to which one is safer? For instance would a backup be as prone to potential bricks from otas? Or does it not matter?
I have no important data I want to preserve, just that I'm ready to flash cm11 and want an opinion on whether I should backup stock Rom. I guess it doesn't hurt to have but still curious. Thanks.

Updated OP with country codes against updates.
Is it ok to flash this US - ss_update-fire-phone-35.4.6.1_user_461013820.zip )(820 = unlocked) with ATT locked FP version but unlocked with a code with Fire OS 4.6.1 (461013320) updated from 3.5.1 OTA ? Will it break the unlocked sim or worse the phone?
Is there really any big difference between the unlocked FP versus ATT locked version? Or are they pretty much the same except att just wanted their phone locked to their network.

The version of the OS has no effect on the netlock. If your phone is unlocked, it will stay unlocked. Just imagine if it was that easy to manipulate a netlock with changing the OS...
I tested every version on my device in the beginning just to see the difference in behavior when it comes to installing GAPPS, third party apps, etc.
If you don't have much apps & stuff saved on your phone already, I would recommend a clean install with the US factory image (see link in my signature "Fire Phone stock recovery...").
Also, you can't use those ZIP files with stock FireOS recovery, you would need to use the safestrap recovery.
I suggest installing the safestrap recovery and also flashing these GAPPS mentioned in ggow's thread, since they are more suitable than the ones you used.
Since your device is unlocked, keeping the "US 320" version (and its flaws regarding GAPPS) is unnecessary. You may consider switching to CM11 in the future, once it's finished.
OK thanks. I had enough of constanly resetting the FP whenever PlayStore breaks trying every options available that I can find so I will try to flash the file then.
I actually have safestrap installed and made a backup of the FP OS with my settings and minimum apps that I prefer before attempting other options but I just found out that when I tried to restore my backup it fails every time. I tried making a new backup and restore right away with the same result. Hopefully this will solve that problem too or is there a something else I should look in to?
Update:
It solved my problems! Thanks!:good:

Hello my fellow SM-T560NU (gtelwifiue) owning friends, I thought I'd share with you my build of LineageOS 15.1.
This build contains the July 5 2019 security patch level. Please leave a thumbs up if this is useful to you.
If you need root, flash Magisk from recovery and install Magisk Manager.
I you wish to install the Google apps, flash opengapps from recovery after first boot (you need to get the ARM version for Android 8.1 nano package is recommended).

I have one of these tablets and would love to use it but the custom rom seems to slow it down. It's Android 7. I have TWRP in it but I cannot seem to find a lighter rom to help speed things up. Any thoughts, suggestions?

Hello, I don't know if you can. This ROM is for devices codenamed gtelwifiue. You should search the forum and find out if the SM-T560 falls under that category.

Anything older than Nougat will probably suffer from multiple security vulnerabilities. Lineage 15.1 is the only ROM I found that works bug free on my tablet (14.1 has camera issues and 16.0 doesn't wake up when pushing the home button).

Hi @tc3500. If you have a previous build of lineage os 15.1 installed you can just flash the new zip in twrp and then reboot. If your tablet is stock, then you need to first root it and then install twrp recovery for the gtelwifiue first. The procedure for doing this is explained in another post on the forum. Please ensure that your model is SM T560NU or else this ROM might not work.

From memory, I rooted my tablet by flashing CF-Auto-Root-gtelwifiue-gtelwifiue-smt560nu.zip using Odin (PDA button)on Windows. Can't remember if that gave me twrp or if I had to install it seperately. Hope this helps a bit.
Note: Enable Developer Options: go to Settings -> About device. Tap 7 times on Build number to enable Developer options. Enable OEM unlock and USB debugging options ( Settings -> Developer options )
Note: you will need to have the Samsung USB drivers installed, you can get those by installing the Samsung Kyes software.
Note: Make sure your device is in ODIN download mode (usually you can get there by holding VolDown+Home+Power when the device is turned off)
Backup of my twrp recovery in case you need it.

You're welcome. I hope you succeed at installing LineageOS 15.1 on your tablet. If anything goes wrong, you can download the original firmware for your device from the sammobile.com website and flash using 0din.

I have all of the files downloaded to my laptop.
And that took some time. I got a Note 9 last year and I rarely even turn my PC on anymore. So there were many updates and and misc things to attend. Also it is frustratingly slow compared to my phone, haha.
I do need to get CF Root.
But my concern is that my Tab E is a Wifi model. And I am not sure how to verify if it will accept this modification.
It is definitely an SM-T560NU. Specifically an
SM-T560NUUEU1CQK2. I think it's an A3L, not a
gtlewifiue. So I am trying to figure that out. I backed up the device and don't mind trying to move forward if there is more of a chance that I can at least recover it to oem rather than brick it. Any advice on verification of model or recovery if install fails?
Only a guess or opinion, I know that there are no guarantees, lol. But it is very slow and I do need to make my best attempt to improve it.
Thanks.

From what I gather the letters and digits that follow SM-T560NU describe the carrier or the country of origin but I could be wrong.
I can't advise you to try or not to try flashing this ROM but there is near certainty that you can restore your original firmware from this site using the Odin method if anything goes wrong as I've mentioned in my previous post. If what you're after is speed you could even flash an older firmware (lollipop or marshmallow) and disable auto-update but you'd be left exposed to multiple android security vulnerabilities that aren't present in this updated ROM.

I keep the tablet pretty clean. It's an 'extra' device.
Don't really store anything on it. Use if for the web and take it on the boat or guests can use it. I will gl with 15.1 and see what happens. Thanks so much.
I did get the Firmware downloaded, that site is SLOW if you're cheap like me, haha. Hope your day is a good one.

Does this look correct?
Is it the 0:[com5] that let's it know to flash the tablet and not my laptop? Lol......

@upyisfar....
Did I need to install Lineage or TWRP to the tablet before rooting?
I used the cf-auto root file from the XDA Thread on rooting the sm-t569nu.

When I did mine almost a year ago, I rooted first, then I flashed the TWRP img from an app such as rashr or flashify (might have to install the SuperSU app first to get the permission dialogs). Then rebooted into recovery and flashed lineage from there. But now I'm wondering if you might be able to flash TWRP directly from Odin without needing to root first. I wish someone with a fresh experience could chime in here.
Anyhow here's a video I came across that might be helpful to you:
Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 Root & Install TWRP Recovery 100% Working
And yes the SamMobile site is painfully slow but it is a lifesaver if you brick your device. Once you have obtained the firmware, it is really easy to recover your device with Odin.
