It is better for you to choose "powersave", or at least other balance-oriented CPUFreq governor.
This phone, or other hi6250 devices, or even other multicore CPUs powered phone (ARM), may apply ARM big.LITTLE technology: High-performance CPU (big), and High-efficiency CPU (LITTLE). You can choose same or different governor for each group. AFAIK, the defaults (manufacture/vendor settings) are "ondemand" for big CPU, and "interactive" for the LITTLE one. It could be a good reference for choosing the governors on your own.
By the way, thanks to @sunny_deed and other devs as well, for bringing this up.

I tried to change max CPU freq but i can do It. After closing kernel adiutor, The freq value return to default

Is this stable enough to not let the phone crash and is it good enough to get a bit more battery life or performance? Im sorry but I haven't used any custom kernels.

[Kernel][Apr 26] Perseus

This is a direct port of my kernel on the international I9300 Galaxy S3 and sidekick to the international N7100/5 Note 2 kernels.
Recap of features:
CPU overclocking up to 1.8GHz and undervolting from 600mV to 1400mV.
GPU overclocking and undervolting.
GPU scaling reworked.
Screen sharpness and colour modifications.
Extended Pegasusq and improved Performance governors.
Removed Touch Booster and replaced with custom Flexrate mechanic.
Improved scheduler power management for improved idle residencies on auxiliary CPUs.
USB charging rate limit increased to 900mA.
This is supposed to be merely a proxy thread. Please refer to the N7100/5 thread for full changelogs, explanations, bug-reports and other issues. Kernel for specific device versions will be posted here.
This kernel is for the North American T-Mobile variant SCH-T889. Versions for other variants are found in their respective forums.
So we flash the tar with odin???

Agreed.Performance is Already Screaming fast in MY Opinion, and to reach even more battery life would be cool And Something I an personally interested in. Please let Us know if this increases battery life even more so than Stock, I really don't care about Overlooking at all. SO FAST already!
Perseus are custom and Kennel T889 are stock ? Thank for support us.

No, because they're useless. If you want to change the scaling logics then pegasusq has all the variable knobs configurable to tweak or emulate other governors at disposition.
I'd also prefer if people stop posting Quadrant scores as it's a completely outdated and non representative benchmark.
This kernel seems pretty solid....flashed on Xquizit v2 and running great....
running good thanks first screen shot(left) is you kernel. 2nd without. its at the bottom from spot 2729 to 789 id call that great improvement .

I'm on stock MDB with root. Used CWM to flash. So far no issues. I don't see frequencies higher than the 1.9 for OC at this time. I also have a triangle in notification bar telling me the device has some modification and saying to reboot, coming from SEAndroid. But I doesn't bother me really. Overall still works. I suppose I could freeze the SEAndroid and the notification would go away.

Hi, i'll end my alpha version of my ROM for the p6 probably tomorrow and i want some bros that want to test a little beta to get an idea about ROM performance and make a nice feedbak. Send me a pm if you are interested (you will need to do a factory reset and cache wipe, so, don't ask for test it if you're not going to do it)

I don't think that it is mine opinion only that simplicity is always the best in everywhere possible.
Huawei's EMUI is some kind of addition on the top of the jelly bean and it actually blocking quite a lot of its feautures.
It is like having a car with six speed gearbox and using four of them only...
Do You want to have that? Me not.
I think theres a reason why the processor doesnt exceed 1.0ghz and that'll be because of the thin metal body of the phone, itd get too hot surely?
Maybe 1.2ghz at a max, but that really is enough anyway
Shoot me a massage and I'll test it
I haven't seen it from inside, CPU might use metal body to help cooling it down, perhaps.
Surely someone will smash screen so tutorial how to open it will be on YouTube soon.
anyway, just finished light edit of 116 ROM and I'm quite happy with it.
I've took all the Chinese crap off it added all the g.aps and deleted emui launcher.
Now I'm finally happy with phone.
Only considering now if I should keep it or iPhone. But that's kind of out of topic.

Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for [KERNEL][GT-I9195][CM-12.1][5.1.1] Chaco. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!

Well I've already added cpu oc in my first realease but I've not enabled it because I don't use oc, but i could enable it if you want to.
I would also like to try other feautures of lombartz. It sounds intresting

It could be related with freq tables of lombartz, which are the only changes i made in the kernel, the rest i've just modified ramdisk

I am playing with L2 voltages to see if they are the cause of random reboots

It could be, I am testing some changes in L2 voltages and I think L2 frequencies are also too high.. But for now only with changes made in voltages is working good. I have left undervolt in low frequencies and i put ov in high frequencies

I See
Is it stable?
I would like to UV/OV an OC l2 Cache by my own
But its impossible without recompiling the kernel :/

It seems to be stable for now. I haven't had any random reboot for now and look at this results with Max freq. 1998Mhz and performance governor

I am not going to release it for now, I would like to make more tests before do it, but what I can do is send you a prerelease in a private message if you are agree. That would help me to know how stable is the kernel before to post it.
