What is wrong with some of these people on here? If I work for them, why would I even bother to email them? And if worked for them,...I would have been on every device forum trying sell the product. Are you serious?
When I asked about the product before,...no one gave me info. Just more B.S. like this guy here. Wow,...life must be bad for this guy. Never try to be a detective. Cause you not going to make it.
Now,...I got the MIME glass installed. It is good. But,...it is not full adhesive. And has a dot matrix on it. The Heroshield has been out of stock for a while.

what you're referring to is an earlier issue when the One first came out, the screen wasn't calibrated properly but a firmware update fixed that, it was long ago so you'll be absolutely fine now.

im using this tempered glass screen protector at the moment. most people say theyre having bad senor issues when in a call but it doesnt bother me too much. feels just like the glass screen and fits well.
THIS might help a little bit, not sure any of the companies have anything ready for us.

Thank you! I'm actually waiting for the wood backs on the Motomaker to get one, I'll probably be getting a Moto X with either Rosewood or Ebony wood.
I ordered this Armour shield screen protector for my MOTO X so just waiting for it to be delivered...its a full body screen protector..dont have much reviews over it....but had ordered to give it a try.....so hopefully it would be a good one and wont prove my choice wrong.....

Same issue. I'm about to post a nice review of my experience on Amazon. They out-right lied to me.
I just called the company and they said they are no longer selling the product because of all the issues. I can't find any glass screen protectors for this phone now =\.

That's unfortunate. I think I'll use it and try to live with the issue for now. I've ordered another one from amazon because I returned my previous Moto X. MimeUSA has a landing page for the Moto X but it says coming soon. Unfortunately, they haven't replied to my emails.

They have replied to me before on their facebook page. They used to send hand written thank you notes and candy with orders. Hopefully they get the moto x protector out soon though.

Dbrand does them. I ordered them and should be expecting them soon. You have to email them and place a custom skin request.

You need to email them using the Contact us section. I'd advise not to buy now because they cancelled my order today because their machines are busy and they are trying to meet demand. Here's an email I got from them:
" Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately it looks like we dropped the ball on this. With the massive increase in orders over the past two weeks, we haven’t been able to fulfill this custom order. We’ve gone ahead and refunded the $10, but will still fulfill this for you as soon as the machinery isn’t being used for mass-production. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with and sorry again about the lack of delivery. "

I agree. Replace it man. It's a beautiful device in my opinion. And it's one thing if you end up scratching it. But to receive it scratched is a shame. Replace it. When you get the new one you will feel way happier despite the wait...

Totally! The phone must come without scratches. Anything out of the box different from perfection must be returned immediately.

Yes I am from India. I contacted amazon via customer service number and they said they need to see the crack so they gave me an email to which I sent pictures of the cracked location and they approved it and sent me an email that I am eligible for a replacement. They will collect my phone tomorrow.
