magisk module adding slow motin 240 fps - HTC U11 Themes, Apps, and Mods

Edited the library of the camera that allowed to add 240 fps + there will be no loss of frames in poor lighting at 1080 60fps, slow motion also works in gcam. I apologize for the themes I can not draw up but I really wanted to share the achievement

Hey there, I'm having trouble with this mod. I have flashed the module from op, then bought the snap her camera app, loaded your settings and when I try to start a video in p2, the camera app just crashes. I've tried manually replacing the media profiles with the "corrected one" and it seems to not work either. What am I missing?? Thanks

Thanks for the reply but still no luck. Any chance you could screenshot or write out all you exact settings?

Hi, I want to ask about camera fps setting.
If I want to change my stock camera to 25 fps intead 30 fps. Can this be done by changing the framerate inside media_profiles_vendor.xml file.
I have problem with 30 fps setting, for it sometimes flickering with 50 Hz indoor lamp.

the link seems to be down. Can someone please contribute the download file? Thanks a bunch.

The link was down. There is no file anymore. Someone who downloaded this module, can you upload it and share new link in this thread please?

I'm personally not sure if this still works on PIE but give it a go and let us know....

[Q]LG G3 Slow-Motion Camera Quality

Hi, I tried the G3's camera and I'm really impressed by the splendid quality, untill I tried out the slow-motion feature. I know that there's this camera tweak that you have to flash or manually move the apk and stuff
(For those who are looking for a mod that improves 4k bitrate as well as the 1080p fps count: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2778570) (Credit for this goes to the developer). But I'm wondering wether there is a camera mod that enables a higher resolution video/camera and bitrate for the slow-mo mode of the G3, right now it's set at 720p at 120fps, but when saved, the file seems only 120p, the fps is great but there's so many pixels and it's a shame for the awesome 4k screen that the G3 is packed with! (I'm not sure about the exact numbers though, could be false) Any help is greatly appreciated!:good:

I figured out that you need to enable Camera2 Api. The app does open and gives you the opportunity to take '60 FPS' videos, however the videos aren't really 60 FPS.

Did you guys made sure to set VideoFrameRate=60 in the videoprofile for 1080p inside freedcam?
If that's not helping you might consider asking the freedcam devs if they can make it possible over here?
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/camera-freedcam-4-0-3-t3115548
I did also find this, but it's for Mi4 not sure if it works on the Mi6, thought.
http://en.miui.com/thread-477750-1-1.html
Also there seems to be some changes about the camera in MIUI 9 (at least for longer exposure times for photos)
None of these apps work. It really sucks, they all crash or don't record at 60fps.

You can try with Bacon camera as well, it seems to have some support for Xiaomi Mi6, but I don't know if it allows you to record 60FPS.
If not you can always try to ask the freedcam or Bacon Camera developers if they can add support for it.
However it might be that the camera drivers doesn't provide support for it, if that's the case I don't think it is possible at all.
Freedcam thread is over here:

No. Literally no app can record at 60fps.

Moto g4 plus camera mod [email protected]

Improved 1080p recording and picture quality
root required
Open media.zip and find media profile xml file extract it and then you can replace.
steps
1) open es file explorer go to device>system>etc
2) find media_profile.xml in etc folder
3) replace it with this media_profile.xml
4) save and reboot.
1) Increased photo compression quality to 100%.
2) Increased video bitrate from 17mbps to 24 mbps can go upto 30mbps but fps drops so 24 is best.
3) Increased audio bitrate to 14000.
4) Increased front camera video bitrate to 20mbps.
5) Increased memcap to twice .
pros
1) Better 1080p video recording from both front and back camera.
2) Image quality of front is improved marginally.
3) In daylight video from rear camera are best .
4) More clear audio .
5) In low light pictures are better than stock.
6 ) sharp and clear video.
cons
1) In low light because of high bitrate video look more contrasted.
2 ) Very small change in picture quality in daylight.
This is screenshot of front camera video bitrate
Does it work in roms too?
Yes any rom

This tweak requires hardware support, e.g. Snapdragon 200/400 can't work with 4K video.
That's why doesn't work on 520....

Hi, strange user @Akki_X. JFYI, 4K video requires, first of all, camera with > 8Mp matrix (3840 pixels × 2160 pixels = 8.3 megapixels, aspect ratio 16:9). So, don't waste your (and others) time for posting this kind of useless and stupid hacks!
@sensboston
I agree. But it is not a stupid post, just one lacking needed research. Plus why open a seperate thread to discuss something that has already been posted...
On a side note. I thought you were upset at how W10M is turning out, interestingly you are still around adding to posts...

I was just asking about this trick because I wasn't sure about this and I thought some of users may could help about this so that I posted. My intention isn't wasting Your time to read this post. Let people try to ho forward, don't push Them behind. E.g- Project Astoria was dead... Now many users are keep focusing on that.
Thanks! ??
@nate0, did you get my point? To shoot 4K video, registry change is not enough (absolutely). First, you must have a 4K capable camera, second - your handset hardware must have enough performance and power to handle 4K video stream. There is no point to "research"; Nokia/MS engineers aren't stupid and nonprofessional. If your phone's camera not marked as "4K capable", you can't (physically) shoot 4K videos. Period.
Changing the registry value to 4 doesn't make your device shoot at 4k, the registry value 4 means the highest your camera support.
i.e. If your device shows maximum capture as 720p but, your camera can shoot 1080p because it supports it, for example 5MP camera, then the value 4 will enable 1080, not 2160(4k).

Question GCAM FOR REDMI NOTE 12 TURBO

Hi Guys! Is there any GCam that working for Redmi Note 12 Turbo?
Or any compatible Gcam for Redmi Note 12 Turbo
use AGC8.4 by Bigkaka. And you will need a config for Mi12S ultra(yeah thats weird) to make it working
Using AGC8.4 will still FC when you use the front cam. You can fix it (make front cam stable) by changing the Lens settings of the front cam (System ID = 1). For now, avoid using the front cam. If it FCs, just open the app again and quickly use any rear facing cam or switch to video.

Hi, if you are interested I have a partial config that I hope to complete sometime soon. You should be able to use all camera modules in normal mode. The front cam has portrait mode. You also can shoot 4K 60fps without any issue using the rear main cam.
Just rename the file (jerbau-marble-partial.agc.xml) to have a .agc file extension (remove .xml at the end).
Just let me know if you have any concerns.

Hi @jerbau ,
thx a lot. The configuration works, until now I got no FCs.
But a few concerns.
The main camera looks like it is always some kind of zoomed in comparison to the original camera app even though the selection is set to 1x.
And the second one, the frontcam produces some kind of really wired images when taking a selfie and HDR or HDR+ is activated. It looks almost like some kind of "comic filter" gets put over the pictures .
Is there any chance to sort this out?
This is a more stable config. Please evaluate and check if this works out for you. Remember to rename file extension to .agc
Tested to work on AGC v8.4.

Changelog:
Fixed the Watermark
Disabled focus tracking as it becomes buggy and messes up focusing sometimes
Added awb to all lenses (not needed in most cases but you can try enabling at times stock awb is giving a yellow/green tint, it might fix it)
Experimental config (version 7)
Changelog:
Changes mostly in colour and white balance and front camera
Share your feedback. Thanks!
Remember to import these configs after renaming the filename with the extension .agc first.

Is it better to use the AGC_8.4.300_V9.7 or use AGC_8.4.300.18_V9.2 ?
