Did you format data in twrp? You need to do this to remove encryption when going between Chinese and global otherwise it won't boot.
If you can find the global firmware files you can use miflash

Yes I formatted data in TWRP, but nothing... during install global.zip it stops with error.
I can't use MIflash tool because there is no Global fastboot rom

There are only two code names for redmi 6 pro which are sakura and sakura_india.
Sakura_india is the one which is global version. So, if you want to flash global stable, you should pick sakura_india's fastboot ROM.
Dont ever flash miui 9 on redmi 6 pro because of Anti Roll Back. Always flash latest fastboot ROM.

I don't like the customizations made for poco like poco launcher and some missing features and animations from the regular miui for mi devices.. it's just about small details but it's a bit annoying tbh
You're better off using a custom ROM. Personally I would never rebrand my device as rebranding is so easy to brick
