Then it goes to connectivitycheck.gstatic.com
Then suddenly disappears and WiFi is connected then after sometime it gets disconnected I have to reconnect again and wait for the notification of sign into a WiFi network and click it again and above process continues

Could you please provide more information about the WiFi network you are using?
Like for me,
Home :- Router TP-Link/DLink/Tenda on 2.4 GHz. I simply search for network name from Wireless settings menu, put the password and I am singed it
Hotspot :- Same as above
Jio Net :- I have Jio net app installed with my credentials given. I simply search for public WiFi of Jio and app does the authentication for me.
Do you have any VPN configured?

Nothing like that my router is tenda 2.4 ghz
On bsnl WiFi
And it's not a notification of unlimited differential post certain usage top up plan or something kind of request notification its something else
Its not like I have to put my WiFi ssid and password again and again as it disconnects its more like I have described above
It's only shows sign in to this WiFi
Notification and after sometime connects automatically after pressing use this network

I haven't used BSNL in past couple of years but it seems this issue you are describing is due to BSNL connection and its plan limitations.
Earlier, last when I used BSNL, it used to give this landing or authentication page once the plan runs out of high speed allocated data and turns to more slower unlimited version. That authentication or landing page used to have a option to input to user authorisation for purchase of booster pack or continue as a slower but unlimited mode.
Try to switch to any other WiFi network to check. Even a hotspot from any other mobile would also give you an idea to understand the cause of this issue.

Issue is because of modem cache accumulation
But that never used to happen on zui
Only happens on aosp ROMs
Maybe firewall detection or something

[Q] Mobile network data connection issue

I have a strange problem with my Galaxy Nexus. When I connect to the internet using the mobile network, the connection is extremely slow. (And by slow I mean around 2-3 minutes to fully load the google mobile search page). I tried the "Speed Test" app to test the network speed, but it simply fails after a while mentioning "Network communication issues" (maybe it times out?).
The weird thing is that other devices can access the internet fine when connected to the internet through the Nexus by enabling its WiFi hotspot feature. So the other devices can use the Nexus's internet connection with acceptable speeds while the Nexus itself can't. Anybody got any ideas as to why this happens? One thing I could think of was that the DNS given to the Nexus by the mobile network being slow (whereas the other devices connected to it use the DNS in their WiFi settings). I tried to verify this by using the "DNS Changer" app, but it didn't solve the problem, although I'm not sure that it actually changed the DNS used by the Nexus.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Finally found the culprit! It wasn't DNS after all. My carrier's data settings include an IP and port for a proxy. When I configured the APN on the phone, I entered them simply because they were there. Turns out that keeping them empty solves the speed issues on the phone. So the bottleneck was the carrier's proxy server. I guess tethered clients don't use the proxy setting on the phone and therefore didn't experience the speed issue.
Inspiration fixed wifi hotspot not connecting to internet
I wanted to thank you because your solution helped me fix my problem. I couldn't connect my native wifi hotspot on my GSM Galaxy Nexus to my Nexus 7. The wifi indicator would come on to my N7 but it stayed gray (i.e. wasn't connected to the internet). Turns out that last month I set up an APN to connect to T-Mobile via IPv6. Well, apparently, this creates a problem with using the wifi hotspot. I switched back to regular T-Mo connection and...if works! My GNex/N7 combo is fully functional. Thanks again for the inspiration!

[Q] T-Mobile WIFI calling issue from behind corporate proxied-connection

I have no T-Mobile tower reception at work, and was looking forward to the wifi calling capability to come to the rescue with this new phone/service. Unfortunately, my work wifi requires a proxy-serverort for browser connection, and once I update the wireless connection with these settings - I am able to browse fine.
Regardless of the wireless signal strength, the WiFi Calling status states : Poor WiFi signal, before timing out with REG99 error - unable to connect. I have also noticed on this phone and the HTC EVO 4G, that while on wifi at work, my download speeds (via speednet) are high (>10mbps), but nothing shows up in the upload section.
Given the above, and knowledgeable of the fact that my corporate network does shut down access to other ports - is there any workaround to enable wifi calling behind a proxied network? I have even tried to add a new APN to include the proxyort to no avail.
wifi calling from the home network works without any issues, and yes i am rooted.
TIA for any help.
Found the solution. Turns out that accessing the proxied wireless network was the root cause of the issue. We also have access to a guest network, that interestingly does not require a proxy connection to the outside world, and that works perfectly fine!
Still unanswered then, is what ports does this phone require that are being blocked by the proxy server?
I would also like to know the answer to this. I do not have access to another wifi server to test this. What is weird though is that my Sensation that I just got rid of had no issues with wifi calling on the same network, explain that!

HTC One not saving some WiFi profiles

Recently, some of my saved WiFi profiles no longer seem to save. Certain networks are remembered and connected to when in range, and some require me to re-enter credentials and everything every single time. It's as if I've never been on the network.
The phone is bone-stock and I believe the issue started after the latest OTA update. If it matters, the main network I'm having trouble with is 802.1x / ttls / pap.
Wondering if something about the update or Verizon apps I've disabled in the settings is borking some permissions with a wifi conf.
Any ideas?

Just moved from Viper 5.7 to bonestock 3.02 and can't get it to remember home wif password after a reboot as well. Has anything changed for others affected? It happens with some ROMs for me. FWIW, wife's unrooted One has same issue. Luckily for us we have a dual radio router and thus can use the 5 GHz side.

WiFi not working on Pixel 2 XL

Any of you guys having the same issue? Mine started acting up earlier today, LTE works completely fine but can't seem to get WiFi to work at home. WiFi connects just fine, does not show there's no internet or anything. Works for the first 15 seconds I toggle on and off but then nothing afterwards. I have tinkered around with my router settings, including switching to IPv4 as well as activating the option to randomize MAC address on my phone under developer options but to no avail.
Please advise, thanks in advance!
If you are doing that much tinkering then I bet you have done way more tinkering than you have explained.
More than its worth actually unwinding.
If your phone works on all other wifi but yours it is probably your router
If your router works for all devices but your phone your router is fine.
Factory reset your phone.
Dont install try to use it fresh from install if it works then your fine.
Just watch what you tinker with.
If it works it is something you did after the fact.
I've had exactly the same thing start happening to me today. No problems with data over wifi before today, and I haven't made any changes on the router.
All other devices seem to be unaffected when connected to that router, and the phone has the issue whether it's connected to that router or a separate access point (connected back to the same router, so it doesn't completely rule out a router problem.
Edit: It seems that when the problem starts it's only internet traffic that's not getting through - I can still access servers on the local network.

That sounds like a DNS problem, are you using anything that changes dns servers?

It does seem to suggest a DNS problem. I just have Pie's "Private DNS" setting set to Automatic, but I would assume that applies to LTE networks as well as wifi, whereas LTE data is unaffected for me.
As a test, I've set Private DNS to Off now, and I'll see if that solves it.

"Android then sends all DNS queries over a secure channel to this server or marks the network as "No internet access" if it can't reach the server" sounds a bit like what you're experiencing

That's interesting. Setting Private DNS to Off has so far fixed the problem for me. I'm guessing that my mobile network's DNS servers don't support DNS over TLS, which is why LTE wasn't affected with it set to Automatic, and my wifi's DNS provider does support it but is currently broken.

I believe that's the case, I turned off Private DNS and it seems to be working fine now.

I'm using a local DNS server (Pi-hole) to block ads and I had to turn off Private DNS, otherwise my phone was also reporting that it had no Internet access.

Holy crap, thank you guys. This just started happening to me and my wife a few days ago and thought my router was going bad since it was multiple devices. Then I noticed today that my laptop and a few other wireless devices were having absolutely no problems.
On mine it's being caused by the Snapchat update from a few days ago. Avoid Snapchat and WiFi is flawless again, as soon as I open it the WiFi stops working and I have to turn WiFi on and off before it springs to life again. Exactly the same on my eldest's 2xl and youngest's P10 lite.

Since getting my OP8P, it doesn't seem like any of the radio issues have really been satisfactorily addressed. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done on our end to fix them, but I figured I'd create a thread to track them, and fix them if possible.
Please include your carrier, or any other differentiating factors:
MMS issues (T-Mobile): MMS messages do not come in reliably or at all with wifi enabled. SMS and RCS messages are not affected.
Fix: (Workaround) Disable VoWifi, which doesn't seem to work on as many APs as the OP7P and prior did. If that doesn't work, turn off wifi altogether to allow messages to send/receive.

Wifi calling issues (T-Mobile): Wifi calling will not stay activated. Icon appears for about 30 seconds after turning on wifi. Also seems to be affecting MMS messages not sending/receiving when connected to WiFi, and potentially outgoing calls not going through reliably.
Fix: (Workaround) Possibly affected by APs that allow TKIP encryption method. Reports of only allowing AES/CMAK helping. TKIP has known vulnerabilities, but older devices may still require it be enabled.

You can disable 5G in the SIM and Network settings ??*
With my old phone if I disable wifi it connects to Lte instantly and I can start surfing. With my 1+ now if I disable wifi it takes about 10sec until there's Lte but I can't start surfing. I have to switch from Lte to 2g and back to get it working. Same Sim in both phones

Good grief. I have no idea how I missed that. Thanks! I'll test and update the thread if LTE performance seems better than 5G. This very well could be a T-Mobile thing, since they just recently turned it on in my area.

I have noticed the exact same thing. I'm not sure why it takes so long... especially with dual-channel network acceleration enabled (and the fact that VoLTE is established before I shut wifi off).

My wife and I have similar problems with mobile data and wifi both occasionally showing strong signals but requiring a toggle off and back on before data passage resumes. Both OP8P and OP8. Verizon for carrier.

Seriously, this needs to be fixed. If it was just one carrier, I could see it getting out the door. But more than one (very different kinds) of carriers is pretty ridiculous.

Updated OP.
I've found that disabling Voice over Wifi altogether seems to help with the MMS while on wifi issues. I still get a few that don't go through and have to shut off wifi altogether, but it's much... much better.
I'm wondering if this is also connected to my outgoing call issues. I'll be testing that also.

While I still think disabling VoWiFi helps, it is still very much a crapshoot whether or not an MMS message will send or receive. Between this and the dual sim issues, I may need to see if OP will let me return this.
No idea if it's related but in comparison to EE, three is absolutely crap. Truly a horrific network, 50% of the coverage and 59% of the speed.
Have noticed that the phone aggressively tries to hand over to WiFi even when I'm not connected.
Removing 5G from the equation helps a lot, least in my instance.

Curious, how are you seeing it's trying to hand over to wifi?
I'm so upset over this stuff. It would be more tolerable if OP had some sort of official status on some of these issues. Ignoring them won't make them go away.

Are you talking about the "Scanning always available" setting? I already have that disabled. I seem to be ok with 5G lately. Pretty sure the bad upload speeds are just due to T-Mobile working out the bugs.

Then you're fine. Don't worry about it.
I thought I'd chime in a bit with T-Mobile 5G. Minus specialized cities featuring higher frequency 5G, T-Mobile nationwide works off of the 600Mhz band, AND REQUIRES the 1900Mhz or 2100Mhz 4G LTE band to properly function at this time. So if you experience poor 4G 1900 and 2100 frequency in your area, but strong 5G, it won't work well for you, and you are better off doing 4G LTE 600mhz instead.
Call your local rep and confirm the strength for those two frequencies for you. Just thought I'd chime in about the poor 5G performance nationwide for T-Mobile for some. Nothing to do with the phone exactly.
My OnePlus 8Pro sometimes disconnects several times a day the radio conection. It's hapend with LTE on Telekom. 5G is not available yet. It's happend also in places where I have very good LTE network coverage.
Restart the cell phone is the only option to reconnect.
Switching OFF/ON the Airplane-Mode, reset network settings or a Full Wipe bring no improvement.
I have already replaced the SIM card against a new one by my network provider (Telekom) to rule out a defect.
I also have no problems with my previous device.
So I'm currently using my old device in parallel with a Multi-Sim.
A network fault therefore can be ruled out 100%.
The latest software version has also been installed.
The crash normally occurs while surfing the LTE network and is noticeable that the Internet is unexpectedly no longer working. The Radio display on the phone show me a few minutes more that i have still connection to LTE and than it jump to "no network" as already described, "ONLY" restarting the device allows to log in to the network again.
It was also tried with intelligent network connection or two-channel download acceleration on and off.
With WiFi the internet works continuously.
The Device runs with Stock-Rom.
I also have contacted the OnePlus Support, but maybe someone here has a solution for me.

That is crazy. I think they may have fixed the wifi disconnects for me with the latest OTA, but when I did get them, toggling wifi worked for me. I never had to reboot over it. Your case definitely seems worse. Hopefully you don't have a hardware issue.

The Radio display on the phone show me a few minutes more that i have still connection to LTE and than it jump to "no network" as already described, "ONLY" restarting the device allows to log in to the network again.
It was also tried with intelligent network connection or two-channel download acceleration on and off.
With WiFi the internet works continuously.
The Device runs with Stock-Rom.
I also have contacted the OnePlus Support, but maybe someone here has a solution for me.

I have exactly the same issue with the same carrier (Telekom Germany) with 2 SIM cards tested. Gotten worse with the 10.5.9 so I rolled back to 10.5.8 where the issue isn't happening that often. I haven't got this issue when enabling data on my secondary SIM (O2 Germany). I have also tested the new Android 11 beta where I got shortly disconnected from the mobile network and then the LTE+ logo changed to "g" and everything was fine again. The phone was still connected to LTE with full DL speed (did the whole initialisation with mobile data + 20gb music download). However the beta is not usable at this stage. Since I have an unlimited data plan on that Telekom Sim I cloud test the **** out of it and it seems that the disconnect happens when the phone tries to change or adds the cell connection while using data. I have sent OP the required logs and after that they ignored me.. hope they going to fix this as it seems to be a software/compatibility issue with that certain carrier. Also 10.5.9 isn't really coming to German devices with ota so they might know about that issues.

Thanks for the feedback.
That the Problem with 10.5.9 got worse i can confirm. I loaded this Version in Germany by using the Oxygen Updater. But that gives hope to me that it is really just a software issue and no defekt on the device. So I will not send the device to OP for an unnecessary repair in the hope that there will be fixd with an update soon.
On the Facebook Oneplus page I have already heard from some people they have exactly the same problem, all of them use the German Telekom network.
Hopefully you get right, with that presumption, that 10.5.9 isn't really coming on German devices because they know the problem. So the fix will come very fast.

You guys haven't heard any buzz about 10.5.10 yet? I'm on 10.5.10 in the US, which I feel has been a lot more stable than the previous two versions (which had alternating issues for me).
The biggest issue affecting me remains the issues sending MMS while on wifi.
