[PROBLEM][SOLVED!] CWM, TWRP and LEWA Recoveries not booting into system

I've been working around with my device. And created a custom ROM a while back. So I finally decided to test it and here's when the problem occured:
I was on v11 something, when I flashed CWM 6.0.28 and tested it. It booted alright, wiped things and then when I chose the option, reboot into system, it did so without any problems. Then I upgraded to v1.1.2.2 and reflashed CWM but this time the 6.0.48 version. It worked fine too. But then, when I chose to reboot into system, the screen froze. I had no choice but to pull out the battery and reboot it.
I tried and flashed Lewa Recovery as well as TWRP Recovery. Same thing happens. As soon as I choose Reboot--> System, the screen freezes.
I was hoping any of the professional devs look into this and find a cause,
FYI I'm on Null Kernel for 4.1.2, running Stock ROM with G-Apps.
Any help would be appreciated!
SOLUTION! :
Download the recovery in the attachments. It's Lewa Recovery. Flash it. It works like any other recovery.
Flash zips, create backups and when you are done, Just Click on Reboot. But DO NOT click on system. Instead choose Download. You will boot right back into system.
So no more pulling out covers. Cause it can seriously lose the cover. Enjoy devs.
all custom recovery currently got problem with freezing when choosing to reboot into system, reboot recovery or poweroff.
its a bug in the recoveries.

TWRP 3.3.1 for the Redmi Pro

Today I want to share with you the device tree I have made to compile TWRP for our Redmi Pro as well as the images of TWRP to install directly to the device.
What are the advantages of having the recovery compiled from source?
The main advantage of having the recovery compiled from source is the ease to get the recovery updated. Whenever TWRP updates their recovery we will have that version in our phones because we will only need to compile the recovery with the device tree that is already done and that should work perfectly and shouldn't take more than half an hour if everything goes well.
Then I will be updating the recovery when a new version is released

What I would recommend you is to format data from the recovery so that you will get a compatible data with the rest of recoveries. However you will lose everything you had in the phone
Did that, data was gone but still no partitions recognized...

Did you really choose format data? (Not wipe data or factory reset) if so try to do it with another recovery, for example with one of the incompatible ones

Not able to install any custom ROM in OnePlus 5T

Hello Guys,
I need help regarding the issue that I'm facing. What happens is ROM get installed properly without any error but not boots up. It get stuck at boot animation screen. I tried lots of ROMs including DOT OS, C droid, AICP, TOXYC OS. Facing the same issue to all of the ROMs. I followed the below steps to install.
1. Download the ROM file
2. Download the GApps.
3. Booted into TWRP Recovery Mode.
4. Backup done (optional)
5. Wipe all the 4 partitions except Internal Storage.
6. Then install the ROM file and followed by GApps
7. Installation successful for both ROM & GApps.
8. Reboot.
I tried installing the ROM only but result was same.
I'm currently running on Oxygen OS Open Beta 10.
PLEASE HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
Which TWRP do you use? Personally, I recommend this one by codeworkx: https://sourceforge.net/projects/ch....1-0-20180309-codeworkx-dumpling.img/download
Some roms require you to be decrypted; others don't. Most roms require the latest firmware (5.1.3) to be flashed before the rom, gapps, etc. Read the installation instructions carefully. Use the recommended firmware and gapps package linked to the rom. Before you start flashing roms, you should wipe your phone in fastboot mode: fastboot format userdata. This will wipe your phone clean; all your data will be gone. So, backup all your data to your PC before proceeding. After format, reboot directly to TWRP and move your firmware, rom, gapps, etc. to internal storage; follow the flash order and procedures exactly as outlined for the rom you want to try.
I tried installing latest TWRP (3.2.1-2) for my OnePlus 5T but no luck. Please suggest.

In twrp, when you go in the wipe tab, there is a "format data" button. It will wipe the data and internal storage partitions and remove encryption. But don't worry, depending of the ROM you flash it will encrypt again.

Did you check the module settings ? You can tweak some stuff.
Or maybe it didn't works because of Lineage (but it should, idk why not), but you can try aosp extended, which is closer to aosp.

I tried AOSP Extended before a week ago. Everything was working fine except headphone Jack. Sound was not coming in my earphones. Sound from speaker grill was coming, even I tried with connecting to Bluetooth speaker, that's also working fine. The only issue I had with that headphone Jack.
Please suggest if you have any solution for that then I'll surely try it again.
Thanks

The Magisk thing is a bug because magisk.apk is not included in the ROM, just install latest Magisk.apk and it works and for Samsung Cloud you must sign in first before you can use it as always. although i did not test it so please give logs if it continues to not work so i can fix it

Question [URGENT] CAN'T INSTALL GSI

well, i've follow every single tutorial on a32 4g's xda page, even tried some youtube ones, but my phone just WON'T boot GSIs
it is not an a325F like most people, it's an a325M (the difference is that a325M support more LTE frequencies),
Well, i install samsung stock firmware, then install TWRP, run multidisabler, then format data, then reboot again, then factory reset and then finally installing the GSI as an .img file applied to System Image
that was the first method i tested, i tested many others, with no sucess
what happens, you may ask? the phone starts, show samsung logo with the classic warning above it, and after 3 secs it restarts.... a literal bootloop
can you guys help me? im tired of samsung's stock ONE UI, it's sooooo laggy
i've tried CrDroid, RiceDroid, Lineage with no success
i will try using DSU, ill return here later
installed the GSI using DSU sideloader w/ magisk, lets see if it boots
HEH didn't boot..... wtf is wrong with this phone???
i even tested GOOGLE'S OFICIAL GSI and it DIDNT BOOT.... yeah this phone is ****ted

will try
doesn't work, even with no magisk it just bootloops
you know what, **** it, i had enough with this phone, guess ill just install normal ONE Ui and debloat it... the phone literally doesn't accept any GSI and bootloops, not even using android's own DSU system
Factory reset doesn't mean system wipe, it just means a data wipe. It goes back to Samsung's boot animation because OneUI is still installed.
Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Data and Cache and try again.
Have you also checked what kind of GSI your phone supports? Maybe it's A-Only, maybe it's AB.
