The ZeroLemon Battery Case For The Pixel 3 Is Fantastic - Google Pixel 3 Accessories

I have been using it for weeks not and can say without a doubt that it is my favorite battery case I have used on a phone.
Sure it looks a bit bulky but nothing near what their older cases have been and I have used a few. Instead of something I take with me if I absolutely have to, it has become an almost daily carry for me. Fits in a pocket well and feels good in hand.
Check out my video for a clear look about what I'm talking about.
Best Pixel 3 Battery Case | Zerolemon Slim Power

Woops that does not work anymore I guess

I found it to be very bulky and interfere with the fingerprint sensor. I wish they made one half the size, 2000mAh would be perfect for daily use...

Seeking a case or bumper for extended battery pack

OK. The title says it...
I've become a huge fan of having an extended battery pack on my Note. The battery lasts almost all day with constant use. It's awesome.
My only problem is that I hate to roam around with a $700 phone that has NO case. I even used a razor blade and cut up a silicone case to "create" a bumper to protect the edges. However this hack isn't ideal.
I'm using the Hyperion Extended 5000 mah battery and I'm hoping to find a suitable case or bumper that will work with it. Has anyone tried using the Hyperion or another extended battery with a bumper on the market? Has it worked?
I've read in many other threads that people are looking for the same thing... However no one's made a thread about it.
Please post if you've found one or are also looking for one!
Mine should be here in 3 days. Also would like a good case for it. If not, I'll buy a sleeve for it
How u liking that massive battery? Feel like getting one since they are under 20 bucks.
Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk
I really like it. The size would probably bother most people, but I'm 6'5 and it doesn't bother me at all. Just wish I could find a quality case for it.
I'm sure Hyperion will make a case for the extended battery like they always do. But they're always ugly imo. No case is as pretty as my zenus capsule

Nex Fishbone Case Thoughts/Pics

Just thought I'd share some thoughts and pictures of a new case I got (I am a bit of a case junkie... usually end up with 10-15 cases per phone). Typically I either wouldn't be the first to post about a case (so I don't bother) or I don't feel strongly enough to share. I didn't see anything about this case, though... so here goes.
Link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0073YAAVK/ref=oh_o02_s00_i00_details
Various colors are available.
Notes: My device is the Verizon/LTE variant. This is a 2 piece case (black silicone base and red fishbone part).
Looks: I really think the case looks great, the pictures below won't do the colors justice but the black is a very nice matte black and the red is a very cool shade. The design is appealing, of course, or I wouldn't have purchased it... heh.
Fit: The fit is nearly perfect (might actually be perfect, this is the first time I'm ordering this style of case). One of the... ribs has a teeny tiny slight gap between it and the black base. It is not highly noticeable and I couldn't capture it well in a picture... but it's there.
I don't know if this is related to my phone being the VZW version.I don't know if this gap will go away as the case "settles in" since it is pressed down easily and doesn't feel too tight.I don't know if the case will fit with the extended battery, but since I have the extended battery at home I will test it out and report back.
Feel: I really like the feel of the red part on my hand when I'm holding it. It's not any extra grip or anything, but it is comfortable. The side grippyness is sufficient to not be slipping out of your hand, but it's not as grippy as many other cases that have a more textured design.
Function: The lip is sufficient to protect the screen when face down. The only thing I don't really like about the case is that the button parts aren't super noticeable by touch. Don't get me wrong, they work perfectly and you can feel them just fine when you are trying to, but when I am not paying attention I find myself not being certain where they are for a moment or two. I will probably get used to this, though.
Hope that gives everyone the info they're interested in... if you have questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks for the write up and pics. That case looks awesome. Curious if it would fit with the extended battery. Hope to hear back from you about it.

I tried it with the extended battery...
The silicone part fits perfectly, the fishbone part is a little close but does fit too.
The... spinal parts at the top on the back are slightly raised. Just a bit, only an issue if you are pretty nit picky... But it definitely fits and the clips/ribs and top/bottom fit perfectly.
Happy to confirm that the slight gap on one of the ribs has gone away over night. The case fits perfectly now (regular battery). Still fits good, but not great with the extended battery (might improve if left alone over time).
Thanks again. I might check into getting one of these on payday. The price isn't too bad even if I end up not liking it.

No problem... good luck if you decide to buy it, hope you enjoy it. I myself am a case junkie. I've only had the Galaxy Nexus for 2 weeks and have 6 cases and I still have 20 or so for my last phone (Epic 4G Touch).
How is the silicone? Is it a dust/lint magnet and is it a chore to get out of medium to snug fitted pants?

No issues getting it in and it of pockets (even the tighter "cell phone pockets" a couple of my pants have).
It does acquire a bit of dust like you'd expect, but FAR less than most silicone cases I've had (guessing because a lot of it is covered/broken up by the fishbone part).
I tend to be pretty nit picky and with this case I do not feel the constant urge to clean it.
How "protective" would you say it is?
Just ordered a nexus and am looking at cases my primary concern is protection, although I want a cool look too.
How do you think this would compare to come of the other cases in terms of protecting against drops? I figure a self-described "case junkie" might be the person to ask this sort of comparative question to
Ok, so this is all just my opinion... I'm not dropping my phone on the ground to support this, lol.
Both pieces (the silicone case and the red fishbone that locks it into place and secures it) are pretty secure and well made. The lip around the face is a good size (not so tiny that it is insignificant and not so big to cause usage issues).
I won't sit here and pretend I have a rating system for this stuff, but I have some cases that feel like they won't protect anything beyond it sliding around the desk or a gentle fall onto some clouds/carpeting and some cases that feel like they will do their drop and protect it from a moderate drop and fall. This case falls into the latter/better group.
I like the appearance, but not so much that I'd use it if it was a piece of crap. Thankfully, it seems well made to me.
Woah
what struck me on first glance is the design!
Its quite eye catching
I'm just not sure if it is durable...
This look good. I bought one

2 Cheap 99p Cases for the S2 - A Quick Review - Budget Friendly

As an ex user of the Galaxy S, I thought I would review 2 budget cases for my new S2 i91000.
Both cases were bought for 99p delivered with screen protectors.
Now I must admit I’m not a fan of cheapy cases but I needed something to protect my phone whilst in use.
Lets start with the:
BLACK SILICONE S-Line GEL CASE
Made using a combination of matte and glossy TPU material. You may have seen these for sale everywhere from ebay to amazon to phone stalls.
Vary in price from 99p to 3.50.
First impressions – 7/10 brings something different to the market.
Fit – 8/10 –Not super tight and not lose. It’s a good fit.
Looks – 8/10 – Ok it’s not going to set the world alight but someone has put some brains into designing this case. It has textured sides which aid grip; it’s not something that’s going to fall out of your hand. The back is 80% matte, 20% gloss in a “S” style design. Unique and sets it apart from other “plain” cases.
Grip – 8/10 – As above the textured griping on the sides really sets this case apart if you have butter fingers or are clumsy.
In use: 8/10 – I didn’t encounter any problems when using the phone for calls or texts.
Improvements – I think I’d give this case a solid 9/10 IF the back the case was also textured. It would further aid grip without sacrificing too much thickness.
Overall – 8/10
For those of you on a budget I think this case is ideal. For 99p it’s hardly breaking the bank and looks pretty nice too. Although it won’t protect much in the event of a drop the grip does reassure you in some way.
BLUE HYBRID SILICONE CASE COVER
A 2 piece case for those looking for extra durability and protection for their S2’s. Silicone & Plastic shell.
First impressions – 8/10 – A rival to a ToughCase.... errr Maybe not!
Fit – 5/10 – Loose, not particularity a good fit with button recess.
Looks – 8/10 – Looks good to me. Comes in different silicone colours but I think blue is the best. Pity the fit is horrible. Thick but not a brick!
Grip – 3/10 – Everytime i hold the phone with this case I fear it slipping out my hand. The plastic shell is too smooth for my liking. It’s a shame they didn’t put a texture backing on because they are clearly marketing this as giving the best protection for a case.
In use: 6/10 – I didn’t encounter any problems when using the phone for calls. Texting can be a little awkward at times due to the silicone getting in the way. Dust and fluff tend to stick to the silicone (as expected).
Improvements – As said if the plastic shell was textured and the case was more of a tighter fit then this would be a winner!
Overall – 6/10
Looks wise it’s great. Protection-wise, I think the case is too much of a loose fit to absorb impacts. It will still protect your phone in some capacity but don’t expect too much of it.
hi there, can you please tell me if you can buy gs2 cases that fit extended batteries. I've got a 3500mah Batt and i know it's a long shot - cases for extended Batts and all that!
i suspect there's none made for extended batteries. lol

I have the black silicone case and can highly recommend it, I keep buying additional ones like the 0.3mm one from eBay which actually damaged my phone a little, and a bumper (which is yet to arrive) but I keep going back to this one!

Mophie JuicePack battery case

Had a few of these when I had my iphones and always wanted them to start making android units. I sell my GS3 yesterday to get the Note 2 and the next day Mophie releases their first Android case for the GS3. Not that I regret my hardware upgrade, but my decision would've been harder if this was out.

I've had similar devices for the Vibrant and SGSII phones. They're alot like having a second battery without the hassle of changing it out. In the past I've applauded this idea but the more I've thought about it the more it makes more sense to me to purchase an extra battery with external charger (or not) for a fraction of the price.
The convenience of getting about 170% the battery life just doesn't offset the cost of the device. And you'll never get quite the life out of this and the internal battery as you would if you had a separate battery.
Just my .02
My Own Review
I purchased this when it came out. I think this is probably one of the best cases around.
CASE
As far as the casing itself goes it's extremely solid. What I love now is how it feels more....REAL than before. Anyone that has this phone knows that it feels like you are holding a very light phone, but feels like it will bust if you bump into a wall. The case gives it a solid feel. Has the weight and gives you somewhat of a better grip on the phone. It does not wiggle while it is in the case, but the top cap doesn't align absolutely perfect. Anyone that has OCD might find this somewhat annoying, but it's still only off by like half a millimeter.
BATTERY
The most important feature of this case is of course the battery. One nice feature is the case being able to be charged AND being able to charge the phone at the same time. Some people might think that the case's battery is feeding the phone, but I've charged it a couple of times now and 1 will always beat the other in charging time (the phone will charge first before the case if the case is almost empty and vice versa). The battery life of the case I would say give its about 50-60 percent more charge time in my opinion. It's cool, but of course if I would of preferred if it would of doubled the battery life instead. The lower section of the case does get somewhat warm when you flip the switch to charge the phone and it does it surprisingly quick. I can't say I've had a real moment where my S3 NEEDED the case's battery so far, but having witnessed how much it could charge in one flip of a switch is honestly a nice surprise should I ever NEED that extra boost.
LOOK
The case is sleek. I purchased the white model and it feels like it was an OEM product. The only hard part is when you have a sleek shiny case you dont want to scratch it ESPECIALLY when a battery is part of the case.
Great feedback... what I really want to know; is how much protection does the “case" actually give the phone. From the looks of our, is a gray battery pack, and mophie brand is top of the line when it comes to that stuff... but case wise... does it really protect? Or is it just a battery pack?

Honestly I would say the case is not built for protection. Does it give more protection than having no case? Yes of course. The thing is that it is a very rigid solid design. No features of it are for impact absorption. It fits very snug into the case (as all their packs do), and would lead me to think that any impact the case takes EASILY transfers to the phone. Mophie does have their line of impact cases, but of course they are for the iPhone. It's a case that will protect better from hip height, but anything higher will easily transfer the impact to your phone.
Thanks for the review of this case. I've considered buying this case as I too had one for iPhones in the past and really liked them. I don't make a habit of dropping my phone so I'm not overly concerned about the protection but I am kinda disappointed that it doesn't give that much more battery for as much as it costs.

Not really worth it for 100 bucks!
Would be nice at like 40...
Is it worth it?
Personally I like it. I'll have to state that it extends the battery more like 70%. I know 100 is steep for a case, but when it comes to quality they really went all out. The design of it hasn't flaked, scuffed, or scratched like most cases. Again the case is not really built for impact, and in my opinion that is a good thing because that would of added some extra bulk that it just wouldn't need. I know others feel that an extra battery / extended battery / charger are just as good, but I was going for ease of use and simplicity. The model I own is a Tmobile model without the FM Radio or Quadcore (cough* F U Tmobile *cough) so I can't say I suffer a lot from a low battery. It has gotten to points where I didn't have much battery and a wifi connection was necessary, but of course it would kill the battery as low as it was. So having this case helps in those inconvenient cases without have to have a fully charged spare, removing the cover, replacing the battery, powering the device back up, and continuing from where I left off. To each their own though. I have seen other models on ebay that are much less expensive (like $20) and over the same convenience, but IMO it's worth the money since it does provide the convenience with that touch of quality.
Your collection is great, I love Android

That's the one thing I like about it. Extended battery and battery covers are horrible looking and don't offer any protection either way. The Mophie case feels like a case, It fits well into your hand and doesn't get in the way. Yes it will increase the overall size of the phone, but in my opinion it's a good thing. The phone itself just doesn't feel like a real phone being built with so much plastic. When you add the case yes it's still plastic, but if feels like its easier to hold.

So, I'm really considering buying one but have just one concern .... does the new case feel slippery like the original S3 shell? I bought a vinyl protector and it REALLY helped with the feel of the phone ... took it from light and "plasticy" to a more solid feel. Felt like a skinny bar of wet soap without it ... I'd really like your opinion on the tactile feel of the Mophie case.
Many thanks.

So... I bought this when it came out.. I jumped on it.. It was such a mistake - first off there are not cut-outs for the buttons (power and volume rocker) ...they have "botton extenders" built into the case.. they SUCK to say the least - every time you TOUCH as in a hair touches the volume rocker external button, the rocker activates, permanently held down until your press the opposite rocker button. Pure **** if you ask me. For the size, well its makes your S3 FUGLY and BIG, weight difference is not so much... Build quality is terrible as the case is super slippery and feels like you're holding a bar of soap.
If this was 40 dollars, I would say its worth it for long trips, but 100? HELL-NO-WAY is worth it. I would not waste your time.

Thanks jkom.... positive or negative, opinions are what I'm after.
I bought one when they got them at my local Best Buy. Unfortunately, it is not worth the price. It makes the phone quite a bit longer and a little wider. I didn't think the buttons were that bad as others have mentioned. It really only charged up the phone to about 35% and that was it. I returned it and went on Amazon and bought the Hyperion 4200 extended battery and a Hyperion TPU case to go with it and spent half the price of the Juice Pack and get a ton more usage out of the phone.

I was wondering how the charge on one battery could be "pushed" into another. Without a significant differential it just can't happen so 35% makes sense. I figured it would be more like a piggyback idea.... use one then the other when you slide the red/green switch.
Hmmm.... more to think about
Thanks astarling.
I've been using it for a few days now. I bought the black one. It has a matte finish that I think makes the phone less slippery. It feels better in the hand too with the added weight. The only real problem I have are the light indicators not working properly. I guess I'm happy with the purchase. It really is one of those things you have to try to see if you like it. Best buy has a good return policy though and the case is 10$ off there right now. I would try it if your on the fence about. I don't think it offers much protection though even if it does make the phone feel very solid.
Just got this case today and my initial thought is i love it! Ive been wanting a mophie case for awile but not enough to get an i-crap. To me the case and phone feels like you bought an otterbox case.
It is about 3/8 inch longer and about 3/16" thicker then when i had my phone in the incipio sycrilic case. I Have slightly large hands so i love the extra meat.
It does have a matte finish and is a little easier to grip.
I dont have past experience with the case so i will see how the battery charge works and report back in a couple days.
Btw... I have been using it for 10 hours and the power/volume buttons have not been overly sensitive by any means. Coming from a case with a cut out for these areas, i welcome the pertruding buttons. My fat fingers love the ease of operation.
Edit... Today it took 2hrs 10 minutes to fully charge this case. Once charged, it took 1hr 45 minutes to charge phone from 10% to 89% before the case died.
= 70% more battery in less than 2hrs!!!
Ohh yeah, this case is a keeper!!!

ZeroLemon 5500mAh battery case $39.99 currently

Looks like a preorder to arrive early October.
https://www.zerolemon.com/product/5500mah-battery-case-samsung-galaxy-note-8-black/
I don't usually like bug bulky battery cases, but at that price it's i good investment to keep in my bag for those occasion where battery life might be a concern. Also the 10000mAh ZeroLemons are crazy big and bulky, as to be nearly unusable to me. This is large but manageable for occasional use. Went ahead and ordered one, as I have a trip in November where this will come in handy.
Just though other might be interested.
I already got mine from auction site for less. It looks exactly the same without the branding. It fits well and feels great in the hand, obviously with some added thickness.
Yes, don't like the bulk of these things generally. Definitely won't be using it on a day-to-day basis, but it will be helpful on those rare occasions or it's useful.
Don't get me wrong I love ZeroLemon for their reliable battery cases that have a huge capacity. But nowadays I just rock my Anker 10000mAh battery pack which doesn't add bulk to the phone and fits perfectly in my other pocket.
Just got mine and as expected it pretty big and not something I'd want to use on a day to day basis. I can't imagine how anyone can deal with the 10,000mAh battery cases', they must be MONSTROUS!
Also there isn't much of a lip on the case so no dropping it face down (as if you could control that). I wish it more of a lips to protect the screen. I'm just going to have to be careful.
You can get to the fingerprint scanner ok, it just a bit more odd than the already odd placement.

I understand, I have three different battery packs (20,100mAh, 10,400mAh and a 8,000mAh), but in certain circumstances where I know I will need the extra juice I can throw in the ZeroLemon case and then turn it on when needed. Especially when I need the extra use but will be needing to use my device for phone and pictures at an event, no cables needed and less risk of damaging the USB port while on the go. Honestly I will rarely have use for this, but when I do it will be a nice option. But I can't phantom those that use this or worse the larger version as a daily driver.
