I think it's good practice to mention the people that made your work possible. It's a bit unfair to perform like it's completely your work.
The well-kept repos from AICP (thanks @SpiritCroc and a lot of others before) first enabled us to build other android 'flavours' so quickly and with so less effort.
Open source isn't just taking - it's also giving. And even if it's only some credits.
By the way: It would be just fair to give something back if you fix some problems by submitting it to https://gerrit.aicp-rom.com
Good luck.

You're right! All this is possible thanks to @SpiritCroc and the team AICP

Tested and working fine. Thanks all involved people for their effort to keep phone up to date.

Thanks for building RR7! Is anyone running this as a daily driver? If so, can you confirm that bluetooth is working? Thanx again

Tried since yesterday as daily driver. Bluetooth working, at least with my car. Wifi 2.4 and 5Ghz also working (not tested high channels). Camera works as in most other roms (lineageos camera), and GPS works fine, so, as far as I've tested, all is working (NFC not tested)
One annoying thing is that volume buttons only change multimedia volume, and an icon appears to switch ringer from vibration to sound or no sound. It's not an issue, as this behaviour comes directly from android 9 itself, who changed the way this works. Under RR setting you can make a full panel appear.
And may be due to this, Volume settings are a bit messed, with ring and notifications icons/sliders somehow swapped and a strange behaviour when moving them individually. Seems that there is something wrong there.
Otherwise, nice ROM, very similar to AICP.

Hallo.
Very excelent ROM! Everthing works. Sound setings must set on ROM setings, i set slider for bell, ring, multimediaand phone. Up the slider is button to switch to silent mode.

I flash another kernel- RZ . XRen kernel litlle batery drain in my Z1C. RZ kernel i set in Kernel Adiutor and now very good energi optimization and batery saver!
With RZ kernel fully work double tap to sleep and double tap to wake - wau!
Good work! Now my Z1C have 2019 facelift

Hallo.
AnTuTu:
Mark

Flashed this ROM today; didn't do much in it, just tested a few things. What I tried was working very well. Got extremely fast GPS fixes.
Many thanks to everyone involved for your efforts! :good::good:
There's only one thing I couldn't get to work: I tried to flash rashad's RZ Kernel V 3.0.2 with the result that my phone wouldn't boot anymore, neither into system nor into recovery. I tried several options but none worked. After each failed attempt I had to re-flash twrp through fastboot as it is described here
1.: flashed ROM + kernel + openGapps 9 pico + Magisk V 18 (in that order) >> no boot into system possible, didn't get past some initial background illumination (no bootlogo or whatever, no LED)
2a: flashed ROM + openGapps 9 pico + Magisk, then booted into system >> OK
2b: booted back into recovery, flashed kernel from zip + Magisk (in that order) >> no boot into system, see #1
3a: repeated 2a >> OK
3b: repeated 2b, but without flashing Magisk >> no boot into system, see #1
While flashing the kernel there aren't any error messages etc.
I admit that it's been quite a while that I last flashed a custom kernel, and that's been a completely different device. So I assume that I'm doing something wrong here.

Hallo.
Unlock bootloader, instal TWRP 3.2.1, wipe, instal ROM, Gaps, kernel and Magisk. No problem.
After reflash Xren kernel to RZ kernel must wipe.
Mark

that's how I did it: bootloader is unlocked since 18 months or so, currently am running LOS 15.1 unofficial; TWRP 3.2.3 is installed to FOTAKernel already.
I always wipe cache, Dalvik/Art, System and Data before I flash a different ROM.
Did the rest as you wrote.

Question is: what should I wipe if I flash a different kernel only onto an existing ROM without destroying vital parts of the ROM?

Hallo.
I am reflash more times from Xren to RZ kernel and RZ to Xren for testing. I am flash new kernel and wipe cache and dalvik. After restart, phone normal boot to system.
I have litlle problem with recovery. It is diferent two bootkoader on xperia Z1C and more then two TWRP.

Strange! Tried again one hour ago, and again no chance to boot into system. After waiting for 5 minutes I gave up, now I'm back at LineageOS 15.1 with standard kernel and twrp installed in FOTAKernel (at least that's what I think)

Hy!
I set government CPU and GPU to Perfomance and now here is final test. Phone is not hot. Again, thank you for this ROM.
Mark

Hi @raschad,
first of all, thank you for your effort spent in this ROM.
I've tested it for three days on my device and - wow - this is very promising! Slick and responsive UI, overall performance is great. All phone features working like a charm.
Nevertheless, I encountered following issues:
Same as for user @lm089, I cannot boot with RZ kernel installed (thank you for your hint using fastboot to get back into recovery). Thus, I tested the ROM with the kernel it originally ships.
I use my phone as alarm clock. At night it is turned into flight mode. But while in flight mode, scheduled alarms won't wake the phone and play sound. Instead, when manually waking the phone after the scheduled alarm, there is a notification stating a "missed wakeup call". Not very helpful
Without flight mode, alarms are firing fine. Maybe this is some kind of "do not disturb" feature automatically activated within flight mode?
One morning, when manually waking the phone, it showed a quick "shutting down" message and turned off. Battery was >50% the night before, but now the phone was 'dead'. Needed 20 minutes charging prior willing to boot.
This battery drop issue occurred just once.
Two times, after waking the phone, display was completely unresponsive for touch input. Hardware buttons still working, but even putting the phone back in standby and waking again doesn't get the touch input back working -> hard reboot needed.
When configuring the camera app to store images onto external SD card, it stores pictures into /sdcard/Android/data/org.lineageos.snap/files. Pictures won't show up in gallery afterwards, as there is a .nomedia file present.
For now I'm back at Oreo which is very stable for me. But I'm eager for this great ROM. Feels great on a five years old device to have bleeding edge software running that smooth.
Please let me know if you need any further information or other support in order to track these issues down.
Looking forward to test any future releases!
Kind regards,
Simon

Hi again,
I've tested the RZ3.5 kernel with this rom (just installing it under TWRP), and I've to say that it worth the improvements. The overall feeling of performance is similar or better, but the real improvement is in battery duration. Actually I've a quite old battery installed, that gives me about 16h of working time. With RZ I'm getting consistently more than 24h. Tested during some days and it's an improvement of more than 50% in battery life, some days even about 100% improvement. Impressive.
So, the overall impression is quite nice. Phone is very responsive, and battery lasts enough... seems almost a new phone. Thanks all involved

Would you mind posting some of your kernel adjustments? Or do you just go with the kernel's standard settings?

O-oh, nice! What a treat to try on my tablet
So, a couple of questions prior to installation
1) Right now I have an Android 5.1.1 stock pre-rooted firmware. If I install this - does it overwrite the recovery in the process or does it only touch the system and the kernel partitions? I wouldn't want to lose my XZDualRecovery setup with TWRP
2) by Video not working - do you mean the recording or playing a video? I.E. does it affect apps like Twitch and YouTube video playback?

1) first you need to unlock your boot loader but anyway you will lose xz dual recovery. Recovery will be overwritten and a complete New kernel is needed ( Linux kernel 3.1). The boot.img from aosp build includes this.
2) Sorry i mean video playback, but if you play Videos with MX player or vlc it will work correct if not you will have confuesed colours
Video recording will not work due the camera.
Hmm, okay. So I should be able to get TWRP back via NUT's kernel builder on his website
Another question - you said that optionally I can use the boot.img you linked in the Optional section (instead of the one that comes with the ROM) - does that mean that the ROM-included boot.img does not allow the device to be rooted? (due to SELinux, I suppose)

This could be possible that it work with his kernel builder i haven't test it
Edit: Kernel build with nuts builder is successfull but you won't have recovery. I tested it
Don't use the optinal boot.img. your device will not Boot. The first image is an old Boot.img Form kit kat which has recovery included. First flash the first image than Boot to recovery than flash Boot.img from rom again
No the kernel supports root but the Problem is that you don't have a recovery. You need it to flash super su.
hey @rcstar6696, Installed the ROM just a few moments ago. Enjoying it so far! Some feedback:
1) The installation went through very smoothly, like I have a Nexus device
The "Flash ROM -> flash KK kernel -> Flash SuperuSU -> Flash MM kernel" went okay as well, no issues, just a little extra step to gain root until we have XZDR for Android 6.0
2) The ROM booted up SUPER FAST for the first time. Sony's firmware usually takes at least 2-3 minutes to boot up fully from a shutdown state, while this ROM booted up in less than like 30 seconds. Very refreshing to see such short booting times!
3) The backup restoration process seemed to not have gone through fully. Only about half of the apps I had were restored. Not really much of an issue, just a personal observation
Also after confirming what apps I wanted to restore, the setup wizard stayed at the "Please wait..." screen, so I had to manually quit to the homescreen via the Home button. Seems like a bug to me? Or maybe it's the built-in GAPPS that's the issue (haven't tried flashing a GAPS package manually though)
4) The system seems to not recognize my SIM-card for some reason. It just tells me "No SIM card installed", which is weird considering that the ROM is for the LTE version. Tried turning on and off the Airplane mode to reset the modem - no result. Tried rebooting the device - also n result.
Maybe try to look at Sony's official binaries for Tab Z2? http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/tool/software-binaries-for-aosp-m-android-6-0/
5) Like you said, the video playback is all green/purple artifacted. Wonder if it's the drivers/libraries issue, as I have a Marshmallow based ROM on my Nexus 4 and it doesn't seem to have such issues. Too bad, but hopefully this can be fixed in the future builds! (as I often watch YouTube videos). Any app that uses it's own internal player seems to work fine, though, such as Twitch
6) The multiwindow... kinda works. If you have two apps side by side - seems to function well. Anything beyond that - turns the screen into a mess. Dunno if it's because of the ROM itself or because of the feature, but at least it's kinda available here. Besides, can't really complain about an unfinished feature
Also, the Play Store app looks pretty awful using the Multiwindow, maybe it's not adapted accordingly by Google
7) The sound in this ROM is SUPER LOUD. It's nowhere near this level of volume on the stock ROM. I dunno if the audio balancing is wrong here or if it's supposed to be this way, but it's definitely at least twice as loud as official Sony's 5.1.1 firmware
8) Merging the SD card with the internal storage of the tablet went fine, and I seemed to have no issues transferring the data
9) Minor things:
- The "About this tablet" screen still says "Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet WiFi" despite flashing the ROM on the LTE version
- The text in Bluetooth screen when it's off seems to be aligned to the left, looks weird
10) The SuperSU works fine, apps have no issues requesting permissions nor does SuperSU have any issues granting said permissions to the apps on its own
And I that's it. If anything else surfaces - I'll let you know
Thanks for continuing to build 6.0 AOSP roms for castor_windy ! My computer died so I can't compile anymore atm, I'm glad someone else is doing it !

Excellent, pulling now, will report anything interesting found. Is there anything in particular you want battle tested?
NOTE: Mega is pretty slow atm, so it may take awhile..160k over vpn on a 350Mb connection. AFH for future updates maybe? 2hr download to get the 1.2gb file. If not maybe consider zipping up the sparse image files to cut the upload/download times.
Do you think this can work on a z3 tablet? according to gsmarena they have kind of the same specs: same resolution, same cpu (MSM8974AB), 3gb ram, even the cameras (8.1 and 2.2mpx)

i think i will make a flashable zip for it
Lightsensor fix
Link to flashable zip https://mega.nz/#!LdBzHaQC!uiZIrU-eoI3Lriczk_em2vCXNNZVQ-tX17kcw5F7LWQ
This package includes older sensor moduls and some files but this will fix light sensor
Next build will include the patch but for now use the fix.
Installation is like super su or root
Flash old kernel
Reboot to recovery
Flash lightsensor fix.zip
Reboot to bootloader
Flash M-Kernel ( boot.im)
Reboot and enjoy
Have you noticed the battery drain during deep sleep ? It's called Miscellaneous in the battery stats, I wonder what it could be ?

How long have you been on RevengeOS? A few days? I'm sure you know this but I don't pay any attention to battery stats until 3-4 complete cycles after I install a new setup. Wait for everything to settle and stats to become accurate.. My battery on my chiron is definitely overdue for a swap. Sometimes I get average decent battery and other times it's half that. Picked up my device used off swappa about a year ago and i had it a few weeks and battery started to deteriorate more and more.
This rom is great btw op!! At the stage RevengeOS is currently at, being just upgraded to Android 11 it sort of reminds me of Decendants UI wise. Awesome work though thanks for bringing some A11 love to chiron.

That's right, this rom is great, however I've found probably a bug, after instal gcam, back camera starts buzzing and the photos which were take are shaked, but not all the time, when it's start buzzing on gcam, I found that every app using camera had this problem, it's looks like hardware issue, but on miui I haven't experienced something like this. Today I'm flashed miui because not only low sot I've got, battery charging slower than usual in miui, next thing is notification led, it's to bright for me, and camera flashlight is to yellowish and to low in my opinion, for now I've wait for next versions
What gapps have you got guys? I've tried nikgapps but I couldn't get the rom to boot with omni and higher, it went straight to the recovery. (core & basic worked)

I actually used the NikGApps Omni package. I wiped data, vendor, system, and cache in Orange Fox recovery v11 beta then flashed RevengeOS 4.0 , flashed NikGApps-Android 11-Omni 10/10/2020 package, reboot system. Booted right up for me.. Attached a screenshot of gapps I used.

Hmm, I've tried the 25.10 only, and I'm still using somewhat old twrp so maybe that's the problem.

When I saw your post about the NikGApps omni I was like I swear that's what I used when I installed... I keep all my zips on USB thumb drives so I was able to confirm that I did use the Omni NikGApps_11-gapps. Weird. Maybe something in the app packages, who knows but my phone booted afterwards like it normally does... If you try Orange Fox recovery, if you don't want to install recovery there's a recovery.img inside the v11 beta installer zip that you can use and just do fastboot boot recovery.img from your PC and it'll boot recovery. I assumed that's what it was after unpacking the zip after another user asked if it could be booted and not installed using the recovery.img and I sent the command and it booted fine.
Really cool that we have an Android 11 rom for chiron!! :good:

That is hardware issue (most likely due to the dirty lenses) like you said My Mix 2 had this from the beginning, didn't matter what ROM i was using, but as I'm not really guy who takes a lot of pictures it didn't really bother me

Thanks a ton for letting this device have a fresh breath with Android 12. Hoping to see stable builds in the future with updated crdroid versions. Keep up the great work. Appreciate your efforts. @rajatsinghsp (spideygoku)
In my ZUK Z2, RoarTheGapps_20211207 which you provided in G apps link in crDroid v8.2, is installed in twrp but after boot there is no any apps related to Gapps only stock apps showing
Pretty much awesome and cool. Thanks a ton for bringing 12 to this lovely device
好家伙!爱了爱了!
Great to see the crdroid 8.4 (android 12.1) build for Lenovo Zuk Z2Plus. Appreciate your efforts.
Can you add 'disable U Touch' or all the customisation for U Touch? I mean I like the touch disabled and button working.
Also Bluetooth calling is bugged, cannot hear audio while in call. Audio FX is not working at all. Please use Fixy 4.4 vendor kernel, its working much better than stock, battery life and temperatures are under control.
Hello,
Thank you for your work.
Android Auto doesn't work I tried different gapps, crDroid 8.4, 8.2.
Now I installed crDroid 7.17 and It work fine.

Have you done the installation based on the 1st post (please see below)? On the other hand, you tried to do update from a different OS, or does your Zuk have had at least a Zui 3.5 installed before you try to install this OS? To be honest, I prefer clean installation any time I try an OS, to avoid problems, doesn`t mean I`ll not encounter any problem, but it`s reduced. On the other hand, if I know well then older Zui versions are not suitable to use newer OS`s (newer than Android 9 or Android 10).
First time installation:
Backup your data to PC // If Something Goes Wrong

What version does call recording work in?
mine is constantly rebooting (boot loop). recovery could be accessed but somehow i cant get it to boot. it was working fine until I installed gcam and now it is not. any help
Thanks for the rom. I am having issues. My phone is heating and restarting often. When not in use nothing happens, but the battery goes down faster even when not in use.Hope you can help me out. I flashed the rom exactly according to the instructions given.
Reverted back to crdroid version 11 and works well without any restarts or massive battery drain. Hope you can look into this issue. Thanks
is this build having any bugs ?
audio effects broken(no dsp will work); drain seems ok; heating normal for this phone
BTW on 8.5 2022-05-15 build
1) Audio is dead in any type of Call (Phone call, Discord, WhatsApp Call) over bluetooth. Also there is a bug when I connect to discord call while using earphones over audio jack, the audio has super heavy bass and left sided, it can be fixed when you disconnect call and play video and while it plays you connect to the call.
2) FlameGapps installs Wallpaper & Styles app and when you open it to change wallpapers from the launcher or any other options it crashes. Forced to use from settings.
3) Builds would get better if integrated Google apps so that we don't need alternatives like Miui trash apps. Or make seperate non-gapps variant of builds.
4) CPU is set to Interactive which makes it run hot. A better kernel governor is needed for better battery as this phone is so old I can't keep replacing battery every 3 months.

I faced no issue with my z2 plus so far with this rom, my z2 plus is 5 years old and I've not done any battery replacement yet
I was on Android 12 Xtended rom then first I flashed latest twrp available officially here for z2 plus
Download twrp-3.6.2_9-0-z2_plus.img
Download page for twrp-3.6.2_9-0-z2_plus.img
dl.twrp.me
Then wiped dalvik, system, data and cache then within install zip menu first I selected latest crdroid rom zip downloaded from here
https://sourceforge.net/projects/crdroid/files/z2_plus/8.x/crDroidAndroid-12.1-20220613-z2_plus-v8.6.zip/download
then I've added latest opengapps zip as well in batch downloaded from here
open_gapps-arm64-12L-nano-20220705-UNOFFICIAL_MOD.zip
drive.google.com
then I swiped flash button and after completion clicked on reboot button and phone booted properly and working fine now and as compare to other android 12 rom this rom runs phone cooler
Just facing one issue which I also faced in last rom as well is that sometime when phone call is coming and phone rings then phone shutdowns very quickly during ringing but after starting phone works normally
Hi, This OS works really great having some minor issues but It's managable. It runs really smooth but not optimized for battery. If we can have a feature like background app manager, It would be great.
One issue is related to the vibration setting, where it won't work for vibrate and ring gradully, Or if I turned of vibration for ring. Then phone vibration setting works as silent. It's should vibrate I think, Please help if possible.
Thanks
Replaced the battery and the draining part vanished, but there are random reboots when the phone is in sleep mode, also the heating is still present and more so if wifi or mobile data is active. I guess this is because of the cpu governor which is more aggressive towards performance than battery saving. Despite some minor bugs which needs to be fixed the rom works very well. I flashed magisk for root but it caused random reboots and sluggishness even though i had not installed any module, so i uninstalled it completely and wiped system, data, dalvik art cache/cache, internal storage and format data as well and did a clean flash which worked of course without root, but still random reboots remain. Hope you can look into it. I am at the latest version crdroid v8.7 android 12. Also i would like to ask if the rom is EOL or updates are going to continue.

RELEASE
This is an alternative ROM for the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, offering several privacy features.
Please report any issues you observe apart from the ones listed below. Logs are needed for me to fix anything (preferably dmesg and logcat). I can't test NFC very thoroughly, to please report your findings.
FEATURES
Signed with dev keys
Up-to-date kernel
WireGuard kernel support
Real vendor partition
FBE instead of FDE encryption
DOWNLOAD
You can download the latest releases and TWRP here:
https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=333825
Check the ChangeLog below for firmware requirements!
INSTALLATION
This build uses a real vendor partition in place for the (now) useless oem partition. You will therefore need the modified TWRP with vendor/FBE support linked above.
Before first install: flash and boot into TWRP, format data, reboot to recovery and wipe all internal partitions.
After above step / any subsequent dirty flashes: Boot into recovery, put the ROM, GApps and root (if needed) on sdcard and flash.
Note: There is not going to be a LOS su addon anymore. If you need root, flash a root manager of your choice. No guaranteed support from LOS for this.
When updating from previous builds, simply dirty flash the ROM, together with any GApps and/or other modifications - addon.d will not work due to currently unavailable TWRP decryption.
Recommended GApps: MindTheGapps-12.1.0
KNOWN ISSUES
Stock camera is not working anymore due to incompatibility of stock library (libimageprocessorjni.so) with new libgui

f2fs is enabled in the kernel ( https://github.com/whatawurst/andro...8998-yoshino-maple_dsds_defconfig#L4632-L4636 ), but that doesn't mean you can use it as is. You would have to adjust the fstab's. No that I would recommend it, seeing as f2fs hasn't really received a lot of updates/(security) fixes for 4.4 kernels in recent times.
And no, you cannot update the gpu drivers. The Sony stock camera blobs are quite dependent on a specific tag.

so we can use f2fs on data & cache
is signature spoofing (for microg) enabled?
and as i already have installed the ArrowOS build of avl.callista which is based on your work: flash Stock ROM and then install your twrp+rom? or is stock rom step not necessary and it's enough to flash twrp+rom?

no, spoofing is not enabled. I have made builds for 19 before with spoofing enabled, so it works. but rebuilding with spoofing enabled takes a while every time, since it includes changes in fw/b and that's a hefty compile.
as for flashing over another rom: it may or may not work. upgrading from los 18 should work by flashing rom together with 12.1 microg, but no idea about migrating from one rom to another.

hi,
thx for your answer. i was just curious, as the arrowos build is based on your work and has signature spoofing enabled. But if, as you write, that's a lot of work then ... no problem. the arrowos version is stable
And, without signature spoofing, the part with "howto best migrate from rom A to rom B" is obsolete Self-building doesn't seem to be an option, as the hardware requirements seem a bit ... ambitious
Thanks for the great ROM.
I did a few tests today and I couldn't find anything broken.
The only issue I have found so far is when I take a picture or video with Open Camera and try to open it for preview inside the app. It does not work.
Thanks for your working on the ROM.
I found that LOS installed on my G8142 seems to have screen always on when charging, both on 18.1 and 19.1 (which is this one). How to turn it off?
Very nice, THANK YOU for great rom, i am testing it rn, so far so good.

Great, yes it needs the twrp I uploaded because of vendor partition and change from fde to fbe.
But just for reference, pulling the battery should not be necessary if it gets stuck. it should be enough to press and hold vol up (or down, I forget because I haven't needed it in a while) + power. it'll vibrate once, but keep holding it until it vibrates twice in quick succession. that should power it off. you can then enter fastboot to flash twrp or flash mode to flash stock.

I agree, but i have faulty vol+ key so i was having a hard part sadlly.
Can i ask you something i see this problem 1+ years on all Lineage roms and i am not a developer:
SETTINGS / DISPLAY / LIVE DISPLAY / COLOR PROFILE / VIVID
If i choose this profile i get like 8 bit colors after a while of use, but realy like this profile... i adjusted it manualy now its good looking and stable but wondering if it is XZ P specific or all lineage
short message: my SIM card isn't working with this ROM.
long message: today i installed this ROM. I first flashed stock ROM, booted into it once, and then flashed this ROM. But, as with the ArrowOS ROM, my SIM card isn't working.
More Details: after fresh install of this ROM and during boot i enter the SIM PIN (so that works), but after boot it says: "service not available" (Dienst nicht verfügbar). I'm unable to get it working.
Provider: congstar (telekom daughter). The SIM worked with stock ROM, and it works in an older Samsung S5. Just for curiosity i flashed stock ROM again and
Yeah, i know, no warranty, but... someone had such a problem before?
thx
geee... getting crazy here... after the next (test) flash of this ROM the SIM suddenly works, as well as phone calls, SMS, ...
what's the difference to the first flash? after latest stock ROM flash i left the SIM inside, and the stock ROM (or the telekom software) did some settings, rebooted, and then i started the last flash. Is there something magic that is happening here?
if i had more hair all of it would be bright gray...
OK, after almost a week... no SIM card problems anymore. ROM is running stable.
Just some apps that somehow rely on Google Play Services (or microg maybe) don't run: apps that warn regarding severe weather conditions or catastrophes, like 'DWD Warnwetter', 'NINA KatWarn' etc.. Push notifications...
ROM is stable, and i finally managed the signature spoofing + microg stuff. Thx to @Yokurt815 and his little list in the XZ1C thread - going step by step, writing it all down, finally succeeded.
Am i right that the magisk/lygisk stuff has to be done again after flashing an possibly upcoming ROM update?
Big thanks to @derf elot for this rom
A couple of things though . . .
Anyone got this setting to turn on?
All languages set to English AU
Mind the gapps 12.1 installed
Google set to default assistant
Also, trying to search in settings causes a crash.

You need to set Ok Google/Hey Google at first boot; otherwise, it won't work.

INSTALLATION
Before first install: flash and boot into the TWRP provided in this thread, format data, reboot to recovery and wipe all internal partitions, then flash the ROM, GApps and root (if needed).
Or if you are coming from Lineage 19.x, dirty flash to 20.0 is possible too: flash the new TWRP, ROM, and GApps, su addons (if needed).
Note: There is not going to be a LOS su addon anymore. If you need root, flash a root manager of your choice. No guaranteed support from LOS for this.
When updating from previous builds, simply dirty flash the ROM is enough, decryption in new TWRP works now
Recommended GApps: MindTheGapps provided in this thread. (Important to flash with rom)

SECURITY ADVICE
Don't flash ROMs or Magisk modules which set SELinux to permissive or you welcome malware on your device!
How to get root?
As mentioned before, there will not be an official su addon from LOS anymore. If you need root, flash an unofficial solution.

CHANGELOG
2023-05-10 | 1.2 | 47.2.A.10.107
Updated to T QPR2 release (LineageOS upstream)
Updated to May 2023 Security updates (both ROM and kernel)
Our kernel now includes updates by CIP and is up-to-date with tag st40 - thanks also to Flamefire for help with some of these (1)
Reduced zram size to 25% (1gb) of out total RAM to have more to use freely
Updated BT stuff for QPR2 (maybe offloading is working again? needs confirmation)
Added the option to reflash the mbn via OpenCS (see Xperia Parts) - thanks also to shank03 & Flamefire (2)
Fully enabled IMS on Congstar Germany via overlay on lilac
Possibly some battery/performance optimizations here and there
Fixed Android Auto support
Added new LineageOS "Charging control hal" for battery charging care (3)
Maybe more I forgot...
(1) The CIP kernel includes fixes for issues and security vulnerabilities from 4.14 kernel (see https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/cip/linux-cip.git)
(2) A somehwat lengthy explanation: This option is off by default on fresh installs. When upgrading, this should be enabled because we enforced this for everybody previously. However, this option is only required for certain carrier mbns that enable IMS. Personally, I know that the O2/Telefonica Germany mbn needs this, otherwise you get a crashing modem at every boot (unless you switch to 3g before rebooting and back to LTE after boot). I generally recommend playing with this option, and if you don't need it (e.g. modem doesn't crash on boot), just keep it off - like mentioned before, this is now the default behavior of OpenCS on fresh installs anyway.
(3) This is not finalized or merged upstream in LineageOS yet, but seems like a nice feature to have and test drive already. Some bugs may be possible.
2023-01-08 | 1.1 | 47.2.A.10.107
Updated to T QPR1 release (LineageOS upstream)
New default camera app (LineageOS upstream) - yes, we cannot change video fps currently (thanks Sony!)
Any other updates by LineageOS upstream
Kernel security updates (also thanks to Flamefire)
Dropped keyprovd service - it is useless on unlocked BL anyway
Show 4G instead of LTE icon - saves some space too
Enable IMS by default - this still only works if carrier is supported
Fix some selinux denials (also thanks to Flamefire)
Fixup ViLTE dependencies - this might in theory work again, but it's not enabled yet
2022-10-03 | 1.0 | 47.2.A.10.107
Initial release
Is it the same procedure as always?
first flash latest available Stock ROM(47.2.A.10.107) and boot into it once.
Then flash the twrp,
then flash the rom?

You should not wipe those partitions. They are not wipeable in the GUI for a reason.
You should be bale to recovery this by going into flash mode and re-flashing stock.

I'm sorry that this happened to your device.
As other friends mentioned in other posts you can recover from this by flashing the stock firmware IF you can get it to flash mode.
Hi, do not worry, the battery in this phone is the end of your life, more rom has been flashed.
The problem is that i can not put phone in flash mode, only the last posibility is to wait tha the phone discharge battery and i can enter in flash mode.

Have Fun
Hello,
This is the first rom I installed on my phone ever. I took me all day to figure it out how to unlock bootloader, install TWRP and then ROMS. I tried three roms: crDroid, Nusantara, and this one. I like this one best. It is amazing that one person can make such an OS and a whole sony corporation can not make an update
P.S. It works very well, but on my phone icons do not have bubbles when for example a message arrives. Maybe that is a bug or simply I do not know how to enable them (Notification dot on app icon is enabled).
At first I thought that there is a bug then I could not access files on a phone from a computer, but later I find out that it is a new security feature of newer android OS (I changed it to file transfer always on in Developers options)
Thank you
