did you guys get any mail confirmation about the shipment ?
my payment was processed 5 days ago, again no confirmation about it, but when i check my cards history is not longer in pending status but transaction completed. so clove has my $$$
no mail to confirm that the package is on the way.
also how long was it until it was received ?

They should have sent you an email and instructions on how to verify your purchase. A couple security questions.

I ordered mine from Clove on Sunday, February 16. I then got the email about the document they needed for security. I replied immediately. When I woke up on Monday, I had two emails from them saying that the order was completed and another one with the shipping information. I chose the more expensive shipping option from DHL and am able to track every single step of the transit.

For those who have recieved it, were you charged any customs/duties fees?
Has anyone shipped one out to Canada from Clove? Debating ordering today!!
I ordered mine on Sunday evening 2.16.14 from Clove.UK, they asked for verification in email, I replied right away and got my Z1C today 2.19.14 at noon in USA with DHL. Great service.
No additional custom fees or anything, just the price I paid on Clove web site.

I got mine from handtec I actually preordered it in January and it shipped the day they got them in stock, its the second phone I ordered from them with no problems

nothing about security documents or shipping info. ordered on 14, payment fully processed on 16th. i chose DHL on checkout too. i guess i need to mail them about it .. as you guys got it in few days.
i ordered black model, they report only the lime one to be out of stock.
I ordered my black one on the 12/13 got my email the next day had to juggle with the security part since my bank is a pain... Got clearance Tuesday shipped that evening and now its in the US with delivery of tomorrow =D

I got mine just fine after verification, and back and forth with my credit card company. Real pita, but got it shortly thereafter...
Happy so far, other than bugs found in the dual loader software, but good thing I use linux normally to work around it.

I preordered two from Clove back in Jan. My items shipped on Feb 4th and received both device in one package on Feb 7th. Clove and Handtec are very high reputable companies. Ive been using Clove for over 10 years and Hantec for about 5. No issues whatsoever.
Do handtec need the same verification as clove?
Im on the ping pong game with the authorization code with citi bank and clove.
the thing is, handtec says they will not charge me until it ships, while clove already charged my account and did not shop it yet .. they still require the check.
Clove is running a special that includes the DK32 dock free with purchase of the Z1 Compact. Got me to bite.

I sent an email asking clove for a free dock since I'm still within my return period let's see how they respond. Either way it's no biggie just a little miffed but I got to enjoy my phone for a week. Plus my dock I ordered already got here

So I been checking the site to see when they would be available to order and to my surprise they are now up for sale. i posted a screenshot of it. i ordered mine today and hopefully i can get it by monday. i thought they would cost a little more but they are only $30

yeah I just saw that but oh well if it works cool and if not then it's okay. my order is pending now and as we learned with the 10 launch that means it should ship soon. probably looking for Monday or Tuesday arrival since I paid for next business day.
Just to update. I just got my FedEx shipping notification just now. they are coming Monday. hopefully they start selling them everywhere soon.

There's no way to know unless you contact Google and ask them.

I chatted today with Support, regarding my trade in kit (I never received it). I was told that it would be coming with the phone, and that it would be good for 30 days after receiving the phone.

Not cancelled here but has not arrived yet. Preorderd from Google on the 7th.
Did you owe any money to the carrier of the phone for the phone? If so this could explain the cancellation.
I ordered on the 10th, got a notice my kit shipped on the 11th, phone is due on the 30th.

Mine came by USPS, along with a USPS priority shipping label to send in your trade in.

Is it available for sale already? Lot of reviews on Youtube, so I assume its available for sale in some countries already. Where from it can be imported to UK? On AliExpress its only pre-sale.
It is available from O2 in the UK.
There are a few Pop-Up store events on the 21st November from 2pm, where you can buy it first.
You can also pre-order for delivery or collection from the 22nd November.
It is not available anywhere else, and I believe the phones are sold unlocked, but if brought out-right require the purchase of a £15 sim, or available with a contract (which is what I pre-ordered today as I upgraded my contract)

Yes, me. Submitted buds claim on 25 August and still waiting for a result on my claim submission.
Filled in a contact us form yesterday asking what the hold up is.
