I noticed that after you click on "Start" the tool keep saying "Connected" / "N/A" and that during a few seconds it doesn't show up in device manager as well. Maybe your USB cable/port is defective?

Thank you for your reply.
It may be that, but strange that other people are the same problem.
and in version 3.0 test of 3t, it recognizes the device

Odd, because it runs fine on my machine. Just curious is your cpu an AMD one? Asking as I saw on other threads persons having issues with the tool on machines with AMD CPUs while it ran fine on machines with Intel ones.

my machine is intel, unbrick is working oneplus one, oneplus 3t, oneplus 6t my actual device, do you change usb flex.

You should see your device and click start to begin the process; if it gives you some error (like sahara or something else), unplug, power on, power off and the plug it again, now it should be fine.
And that's it, the tool will do all the work and, at the end, you will have like a brand new phone ready to a new setup.

G3 is not flashing any ROM

Guys, I am trying to flash a stock ROM (20A) on my G3 (D855P, 10C). I installed LG United Mobile Drivers, extracted the LG flash tool, downloaded the kdz file and tried to start flashing, but I keep having this error:
{

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
These lots of question marks and phone stays on 0% progress.
If I disconect the phone, I can remove the battery and the phone works well. I just wanted to update to Lollipop, because it didn't arrived at my carrier yet.
I tried in two different computers (Win 7 x64 and Win 8.1 x64), and I keep having the same error. Also, I tried to change DIAG to CS_Emergency, samething.
One thing that I noticed is that I can't select any different country when flashing. If I select "different country", nothing appears on the second box. Don't know if this is related to the error.
I also tried two different ROMs (20A from Poland and from Brazil), same error on both.
Does anyone know what's going on? I will put the Log file that I got from LGMobileUpgrade folder down below.
Thank you very much!
Have you tried the TOT way over KDZ? On my G2 this worked well, but the KDZ did not work (probably a user error here). I'd say it's worth a shot if the KDZ isn't working for you. Think there's a thread in general that discusses these two. Just my two cents. Hope you get it working for you!

Under no circumstances use TOT
You have a higher chance of something going horribly wrong with it
Did you run it as administrator? Check your drivers, usb cable as well and try using another usb port

Yes, I think I did everything right, in 2 computers, using 2 different cables, using win 7 x64 and win 8.1 x64... don't know what to do anymore

EDIT: I reinstaled everything and now it starts, but stuck on this error. Any solutions on that?
Thank you very much!

Bricked Zenfone2

I have wiped the phone since I want to flash custom rom.
I am using TWRP recovery but I cannot mount the MicroSD or OTG so that my phone is bricked.
When I go to the fastboot mode or adb sideload mode, the pc cannot recongnize my phone . It says Unknown USB Device (Device descriptor request failed)
Could anyone help ?
Try re-installing drivers. You can find it on Asus's website. If you are using Windows 8/8.1/10, for sure, install driver in "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement Mode". After that you can reflash your phone by any method you want
The pc can load the driver correctly for a few minute and it failed after a few minute
And I also cannot update when it is stuck

You mean it recognize your device as an adb/fastboot device and in minutes it doesn't recognize anymore? But remember to use Asus's driver, not other ones (link)

Finding a solution for Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 mode in Nexus 5X

I had a Nexus 5X and a while ago it went to bootloop issue. Currently the device does not turn ON, but when it connects to PC it's showing in the device manager as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 device.

I have done some search and found a guide to follow to fix this issue. Here the guide I followed https://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/fix-unbrick-nexus-5-stucked-qualcomm-hs-t3043301.
But when I'm doing the steps, it stuck in the step that finding a device and give me this error saying no response from device.
Then I searched some another way around and found another tool call QFIL. In that case my device is detected to that tool as a device.
My problem is when using this tool there should be a file in .mbn format and some other files in .XML etc. that matches with Nexus 5X. I have search and couldn't find any of matching sources for that. I do not have any deeper knowledge in this case and if somebody can explain the current situation that cause this issues, it will be very helpful for me. And if any sources or another methods to try out also very helpful
+1 looking for the same help

[Solved]Redmi 1S bricked(after installing wrong rom)

I was flashing rom on my phone(downloaded from mi website) and somehow it got bricked, it was an error Mismatching image and device. The phone now wont turn on, can't boot into recovery or fastboot, no led when charging. When connected to PC attempting to flash(an older rom), now when I try and flash I will get errors including:
sahara read end error 20
cannot receive hello packet
cannot receive hello packet miflash is trying to reset
grab lkmsg log
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Device manager detects device as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008(COM20)
Tried looking around the forums but so far no progress
SOLVED:
Apparently I got the model of my phone wrong, it's actually a Redmi Note 4G, if you look at the mi website the two phones(Redmi Note and Redmi 1S) look identical. So all I did afterwards was install the CORRECT rom for the phone and flashed using MiFlash 2014.05.09.0. Make sure Device SIgnature Enforcement is disabled, the latest MiFlash couldn't detect the device but using a fallback version it was detected as something else and it somehow worked. During this, QD Loader 9008 also changed to 9006. Once it's done, just unplug then hold power button and pray everything worked out. GOOD LUCK BOIS

It might not say the same thing if you don't have this set as the default USB option, which you can find and change if necessary if you use the search field at the top of the Android Settings for USB. It's the last option in this screenshot "USB Preferences":

USB Preferences look like this (when you're connected to the PC). What I have selected isn't the default - I had already changed mine:

Lastly, if necessary, have you tried rebooting the phone? Tried rebooting the PC? Tried a different USB port and USB cable?

It's the driver. There are a few fixes out there but they are at least a couple of years old. But I believe they still work even though they were for Windows 10. If I recall it was a device manager thing and you needed to install a driver from the system or a delete the driver that is causing the issue and reinstall it. Here's an old thread but you can search for Win 10 Pixel and come up with a bunch of possible solutions. Good luck let us know if you can fix it and how or if you still need help.
[GUIDE] Fix MTP driver installation on Windows 10
Hi guys and girls... I just recieved my new phone a few days ago. Plugged it into an old Windows 7 x64 laptop and Windows instantly updated the driver. On a 2016 Dell E7450 Windows 10 x64 laptop... It didn't. Tried the Google USB drver package...
