A (unofficial) version was released yesterday. Follow the download link to AndroidFileHost in the CyanogenMod 14.1 thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z-play/development/rom-unofficial-cyanogenmod-14-1-t3495644 and you will find a Lineage build there.

I need lineage OS ROM for Lenovo tab a7 20.It have a official update to Android lollipop but i need a lineage OS ROM for it.
After searching in Google I found a CyanogenMod ROM but I think it is outdated.Here is the link (https://www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&s...FjAAegQIAxAB&usg=AOvVaw0oqMAFcUCPMghusGnQ4dXE).

SO,
UNLOCKED THE BOOTLOADER
INSTALLED TWRP
INSTALLED MAGISK
DEVICE ROOTED
BUT AS THE ROM REQUIRED 3.5 BOOTLOADER, I'M STUCK HERE.
SOME SUGGESTED QFIL/QPST BUT THE LINKS TO DOWNLOAD ARE DEAD. AND NO PROPER GUIDE ON HOW TO DO IT.

I am using LineageOS 17.1 for some weeks, it looks little bit like stock rom on XZ2 compact and works very well. Sadly, i have broken proximity sensor so in call i have all time black screen but overall excellent rom.
I havent tried 18.1, because i prefer android 10.

Latest vanilla. Maybe you should try reflash .236 original .ftf file with flashtool and try again.
Or try new battery.
