For me , i didn't have any issue in registering my device with my galaxy app via OTP doc
Anyone opt for some mobile insurance? If there is a better option please let me know.......

Got mine Note 10+ today. Also 6000 HDFC cashback and 4000 cash from offline retail store. However he took 1200 points recieved in samsung club.
Got my note 10 plus black 256gb edition. When trying to enroll my self in samsung pre book offer.. after entering otp im getting message.
"Apologies. This is applicable to galaxy note 10 users who are eligible for pre booking/ launch offer...."
Anybody getting the same error?

I just bought mine off ebay.in last week. It was in my hands within 24 hrs of shipping.
It was toss up between the HTC One S and the Galaxy Nexus but decided for the Nexus purely based on the fact that I'm not impressed with the bloated Sense and the number of HTC apps that come along with the phone.

I bought it way back in November when it was launched in UK, I should have bought the car dock but it was not release yet. Now it costs more than the dock to ship it to India.

I'm thinking of pre-ordering one, but the 32GB without an expandable storage is what is making me think twice.
Atleast not for another month i think. I currently use 16 GB 1+1 and 32 GB Note 4, Never felt the need of more storage, as i don't take videos or use it to store music.

Yeah even I was hoping that, but I don't think it's the one with fast charge. They had the same offer with S6/S6 Edge as well. They still haven't mentioned when the Fast-wireless charger would go on sale, it just says 'Coming soon' on their page: samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones-accessories/EP-PN920TWEGUS
Besides since they are already into manufacturing Wireless chargers with fast charge now, it would be more of a reason for them to get the normal ones off their stock.
When checked with Flipkart, they say its fast charger. But Samsung estore says it's a normal charger. It will be a shame to provide normal charger when the difference is around 1000 INR

I got mine here in States. I can confirm they didn't give the fast charger here. Just the normal one which doesn't even work with my galaxy s6 edge+. Fast charger still hasn't hit the stores yet here.

I got the app activated. The reward points will get credited in 7 days to Payback service which is there in lots of online sites.

My phone was received on Oct 21st and I have still not received my check. Today makes 14 business days when I call the hotline they told me give it to mid next week. I'm frustrated to say the least.

Not sure why kinda scam they really pulling and they have absolutely no information when you call, they just extend the date. They can't provide you tracking for the check , can't tell you if your check has been shipped, no email correspondence, and no way to check the status of your return. Samsung's advanced return system. What a joke

I'm supposed to be getting a bill credit from Verizon next month, but last night I received a package to return my note 7 which I have not had in my possession for over a month, and checked my orders section on my Verizon account and have a new order pending for a return of merchandise. If Verizon screws me on this I'm going to be ticked. I will fight it.

Finally got something from Verizon after numerous calls, I paid full price for the N7. I am suprised they are refunding me for the accessories as well. It also says they are sending me another return box I already got 2 and returned the phone a few weeks ago.

I got an email about receiving a check and the bill credit. Then I was just checking my bank account and noticed a change and it was the refund from the phone.
I called Samsung today and they told me 4 to 8 business days to get the check. It's been since Oct 31 when I they received the Note 7.
I got my check in the mail yesterday! I forgot about it, actually, so it was a nice surprise lol

Anybody get one from Samsung yet?
I got a complete refund for my note 7 that I paid 2 year contract price for ($339). Still have the phone. I called twice about a box and never got one...safe to say now I have a free phone. I pray that Samsung doesn't kill switch these phones. Think I read somewhere that 12/15 was D-day for all remaining note 7s. Can anyone else confirm this?

Just did T-Mobile JOD preorder for 10+ Aura Glow 256gb. Honestly going to be sad to see my OnePlus 7pro go. If the OnePlus had wireless charging, and better camera's it would be such an amazing phone. The camera's just suck, even after each update that claims to make them better.

Its funny that every year the OnePlus holds be back from really getting it and using for a while just because of wireless charging and second is the camera.
I ordered Aurora glow 256gb direct from Samsung unlocked will be using it on t mobile. Buy from T-Mobile direct usually has gotten the phone shipped faster but this year Samsung has been the same.
While I know everyone's current ship date is the 23rd I'm following this thread in case shipments start going out early.
Pre-ordered the blue Note 10+ 256GB Unlocked version from Samsung. Couldn't pass up the $600 trade-in on my Note 9 - plus the free $200 in accessories when placing the order. Phone, Case, Wireless 10,000 mAh battery charger, 45 W wall charger, and wireless charging stand for $545 after taxes. Too good to pass up...

Haha I'm doing the exact same thing. I'll miss my oneplus but I'll prob jump to the pixel 4 if that looks good, especially with the 90hz screen rumor.

Ordered the black 512 from Samsung, pretty sure the devices will ship the day (or two) before and will arrive on the 23rd. I'm trading in my Note 8 but I have heard some horror stories about Samsung not honoring the trade AND you don't get the device back.

Offline booking... You won't get any case for free... As it was Samsung exclusive deal only for 6 hours in "live sale"... With early delivery on 9th Sep.

Ouch! But it's a matter of time before these offers start showing up...
on samsung shop app when i click on exchange and put my s21+ 256gb it shows deffered exchange value of 62360.
The S21+ is in pristine condition,my question is will Samsung/cashify honour this exchange value or will they throw tantrums while paying the amount later.Attaching screenshot of the same.
I went to a samsung cafe and the offered me 57,000(including 7k exchange bonus).
Anyone else has experience with samsung deffered exchange programs?

I didn't realize there are 2 options....instant and deferred! But in my experience with cashify....they always stick to their promised value as long as your assessment is true!

Looks like india is not getting the early delivery surprise that was seen in some other countries! Now I'm hoping they don't delay they're current estimates!

lol samsung. now i got an email saying that im eligible for special offer of 10,000 Samsung evoucher if i place the order before September 9th

Samsung customer support has zero knowledge on this offer, frankly they cant even speak without shuttering, rip samsung

My phone has shipped and should arrive in a couple days! Final leg of the wait!!
Picked up my pre-booked device last night from the Samsung store. Initially booked the black, but changed to the green colour, and it looks excellent. The phone has dual SIM slots plus esim support. Waiting for my Spigen Slim Armor Pro case, it will be delivered today. The phone is stuck on the July security update, probably will take a day or two for it to get the latest update.

Yes, it has the snapdragon 888 chip…none of the z series have an exynos processor.
