so its been more than 2 month that i upgrated my phone with kavana i love it alot and the slide thingy is cool but im having issues now that the battery dies so quick and when i reboot it takes so long to start up! it lags so much and i need some answers of how can i fix this problem i be more appreciated

LOL, no kidding... This is one of the silliest not-yet-locked threads that I have stumbled upon. Almost every question had me giving my monitor a puzzled look and mumbling "really???" and I had no response that was even moderately appropriate. There are probably a lot of people who would love a custom bootanimation of their own, and I would love to help create those, because I have no idea what I could make.
So, if you have a good idea, leave it here and I'll make it for ya.

I am not sure what your limitations are so if im asking too much for what i want then please just say so. Im no artist or any good with Photoshop stuff but i have always wanted:
Gary C in the top half of the screen in holo blue with the C underneath Gary and the Leeds United badge in the bottom half. Now here comes the tricky bit. I would like it to appear as if it is sand or particles been blown in to make my name and the badge.
Is this possible? If not its fine, its just something ive wanted for awhile and i couldnt possibly do it myself as the best i draw are stick men haha. I just saw your thread so thought i would ask

Erm, I never really thought about that. I've got a font called Sony sketch installed on my phone from rom toolbox, so something simlar to that if possible.

I have noticed that every defect or bug being discussed by a new thread is being deleted. You will not notice any thread that have a title against Samsung being available. Even though I was aware of many in the first. Is this true or is it speculations? Were those threads deleted by authors themselves? I really don't have an answer. So, what do you guys think?

I been running thunderrom800 for a while now with no problems but unistalled all bloatware and used nova launcher as i cant stand touchwiz! My delivery driver messed it up i had to go to the depot and pick it up myself after waiting like a week!

that's cool. how do I know what variant i will have? i have seen posts regarding 705s, 800s 805s etc. Mines from o2 its the 4g one with 16gb and 10.5 inch screen.
I take it that using a different launcher is sufficient to reduce a lot of this lag?
