Download the stock recovery from this guide extract it and flash it while your phone is on fastboot.
Before you flash stock ROM, you need to have the rom zip file either in phone storage or the sd card. You can use adb push commands to transfer the rom file to phone storage folder. ROM OTA can be downloaded from the realme official website.
Once you have the file, just select install from phone storage / install from sd card and it will flash the stock rom.
This is how I recovered my phone when it was bricked.

Can you fix your device?

Flash Oppo Find x2 neo

Hello
I tried flashing an oppo find x2 neo with MSM, Qfil or Qualcomm flash tool.
I downloaded the rom in ozip format.
I managed to decompress it.
But the problem is that flash applications request files in hex or xml format for flashing.
And in the rom that I downloaded, there are no these files.
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Updates work different for every other phone but its possible
here is a guide: by topjohmwu of magisk
Patching Images
If your device has boot ramdisk, you need a copy of the boot.img
If your device does NOT have boot ramdisk, you need a copy of the recovery.img.
You should be able to extract the file you need from official firmware packages or your custom ROM zip (if using one). If you are still having trouble, go to XDA-Developers and look for resources, guides, discussions, or ask for help in your device’s forum.
Copy the boot/recovery image to your device
Press the Install button in the Magisk card
If you are patching a recovery image, make sure “Recovery Mode” is checked in options.
In most cases it should already be automatically checked.
Choose “Select and Patch a File” in method, and select the stock boot/recovery image
The Magisk app will patch the image to [Internal Storage]/Download/magisk_patched_[random_strings].img.
Copy the patched image to your PC with ADB:
adb pull /sdcard/Download/magisk_patched_[random_strings].img
Flash the patched boot/recovery image to your device.
For most devices, reboot into fastboot mode and flash with command:
fastboot flash boot /path/to/magisk_patched.img or
fastboot flash recovery /path/to/magisk_patched.img if flashing a recovery image
Reboot and voila!

But whenever i download an stock rom and use the scatter.txt file SP flash tool tells me its an invalid. I have tried 3 different miui stock rom downloads and in none of those have i found a valid scatter file. Could someone please tell me where can i download one?

Download fastboot rom. Recovery roms don't have that file. And fastboot file around 3-5GB (Usually 4.x GB), start with begonia...zip or .tgz
xiaomifirmwareupdater.com
You cam find fastboot roms there.
Thank you both, i didnt think about that.

Question Flash stock Rom Poco F3

Hallo Guys ,
My situation is , I flashed Xiaomi.eu MIUI 13 Rom on my Poco F3.
Now I'm willing to give it as a gift and would like to flash back the stock Rom with Android 11.
I downloaded fastboot stock Rom for Europe and the flashtool is installed on my pc as well .
I put the Phone on fastboot mode and connect the phone to the Pc and start flashtool , press refresh to recognise the device , no issues there , but once I click flash to start the process I get the error message " can not found flash _all_ lock.bat .
I need help please what do I do wrong ?
I went for the installable flash tool because the zipped version delivers errors as well when I press refresh for recognise the device .
Thanks for help
Check again inside folder. It should be double folder which is flash tool can not detect flash bat.

Which folder? From the zipped flashtool or ?
From fasboot rom. If you unzip there is another folder inside with same name. That folder you should put into flash tool.
