Question Flash stock Rom Poco F3 - Xiaomi Poco F3 / Xiaomi Mi 11X / Redmi K40

Hallo Guys ,
My situation is , I flashed Xiaomi.eu MIUI 13 Rom on my Poco F3.
Now I'm willing to give it as a gift and would like to flash back the stock Rom with Android 11.
I downloaded fastboot stock Rom for Europe and the flashtool is installed on my pc as well .
I put the Phone on fastboot mode and connect the phone to the Pc and start flashtool , press refresh to recognise the device , no issues there , but once I click flash to start the process I get the error message " can not found flash _all_ lock.bat .
I need help please what do I do wrong ?
I went for the installable flash tool because the zipped version delivers errors as well when I press refresh for recognise the device .
Thanks for help

Check again inside folder. It should be double folder which is flash tool can not detect flash bat.

Which folder? From the zipped flashtool or ?

From fasboot rom. If you unzip there is another folder inside with same name. That folder you should put into flash tool.

Flashtool
It would be awesome if it were that easy man, but unfortunately Flashtool is the best alternative unless your really patient
flashtool...... ?
I have a stock build on a rooted xperia play with unlocked bootloader ofc... im not too comfortable with the process of flashing new roms. i have no idear how to flash the kernal in ordre to flash cyanogenmod 7. any help doing so would be apriciated alot. thats why i asked if there where an alternative.
will something like Xcharger Reboot option be any helpfull ?
CyanogenMod 7.1 Official also includes CWM.
Installation guide:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Sony_Ericsson_Xperia_Play:_Full_Update_Guide
I like the openness of cyanogen but i like having all my playstation stuff sooo.. would it be possible to flash cwm when doing the cyanogenmod flash and then use flashtool to install stock 2.3.3 so i can backup and choose whichever one i want in the future?
thanks alot just what ive been looking for. but i have a question
i installed another stock rom on the phone version 2.3.3
Basebandversion 7x30A-AAABQMAZM-1290_21-22
and Kernalsystem 2.6.32.9-perf [email protected]#1
Will i have to install another kernal or can i just go haead and flash ?

For flashing CM you have to flash the CM kernel (boot.img) that comes in the zip package of CM , u hav to unzip the latest CM FXP package and flash boot.img through fastboot put the file boot.img in the same folder in your pc where fastboot is located and copy the CM Rom zip file on the root of your sdcard. Now connect ur phone in fastboot mode (turnoff & hold the search key while connecting to pc) check if ur phone is connected properly by entering the following command in command prompt
fastboot getvar version
if it return some value like 0.3 then ur connected correctly. Now for flashing the CM Kernel enter following command
fastboot flash boot boot.img
If all is done correctly a message will appear in command prompt stating success. Now turn on the phone while the phone is booting up press the volume rocker repeatedly until the phone enters CWM recovery mode , now install the CM Rom from ur sdcard remember to perform a nandroid backup and wipe the data/cache before installing.

First restore ur phone to the official
firmware through nandroid restore (u had that backup right ?) then U have to use flashtool for flashing that official Rom, search for flashtool 2.9.1 beta (only this version is compatible with play not use version 3.0) u will find that in xda forums download the file and unpack on the desktop a folder flashtool will be created inside that folder look for subfolder named drivers there will be an executable file ggsetup.exe run that file to install the drivers necessary ,after that copy the firmware .ftf file in the subfolder named firmwares. Now switch off your phone but not connect to pc yet. Run flashtool.exe in that application you will find flash button click on it and then select the firmware u have downloaded to flash , now u will see several files such as adsp.sin etc show up on the right side of flashtool you have to select all those files by ctrl+a or click seperately to select all of them after you are done with it make sure you have clicked wipe data on the upper right side and then click flash now the flashtool screen will show this message - preparing files for flashing , now keep ur phone ready u have to connect ur phone only after a message showing a image of x10 popup because it has some timeout (keep the back button pressed when connecting to pc a green led should lit up on power on/off button that means u are connected in flash mode) now the flashtool should also show phone connected and it will start flashing firmware automatically. Once flashing is done turn on the phone go to settings and turn on usb debugging and unknown sources.
After that u have to repeat the process of flashing CM kernel and flashing CM through recovery described earlier.

I've got the same problem.. IMEI lost after flashing P6 to MIUI ROM. Any info about any app that can repair it?
Is the IMEI of the P6 is on a rewritable memory? Or It's just can't be detected by the MIUI ROM?
I'll only receive the device today, so I couldn't check anything in it. But I think the first step will be to flash it back to a stock ROM...
Still no useful info about this problem?
I fleshed it to an official (B125) ROM, but have the same results. Could someone tell me the correct number of the official Kernel that the P6 was shipped with? As I already wrote I got it as a used phone with these modifications, so I've got no idea what did it look like in it's out of the box state.
Thanks!

hi all this worked for me you can try it too
okay guys you can try this it worked for me, download huawei update extractor and install it. also download minimal adb and fastboot and install it.
I'm not a pro at this so research how to install minimal adb and fastboot if you don't know how to.... after this you download a custom rom or stock rom for your device ( that is if you don't already have one) .....
if you have the zip file just extract modemimage.img and place it in the folder " minimal adb and fastboot" if you have an 'update.app' file then you will have to use huawei update extractor and extract the 'modemimage.img' file and place it in the folder " minimal adb and fastboot''. This folder is located at mycomputer/program files/minimal adb and fastboot.
Now, open adb fastboot via command prompt or click the shortcut on your desktop, type
" fastboot flash modemimage modemimage.img" and it should now say " waiting for device " . turn off your phone . when its off connect it to your computer, now press and hold the power and volume down button together until you see connected/okay on your pc screen . when its done flashing the file it should say okay. .. and thats about it.
Now turn on your phone and the service should be working now and you should see your imei and baseband is back.... if your wifi is not working just do a quick wipe/format from your twrp recovery and everything should be working fine. this worked for me hope it will for you too. Good Luck

Just download the fastboot rom and flash it. You'll get the procedure if you search a lil in google. Flash it, and all your problems will be gone! I soft bricked my phone a few days back, fastboot rom was the only option left.

You obviously have a folder named "images" in the extracted rom folder. When browsing from MiFlash, select the images folder. Then again hit Browse and select advanced, then from the extracted rom's folder, you have to select one of the batch files. For me, "flash all except storage" doesn't work, so I select "flash all"
Don't forget to click the refresh button in MiFlash, because only then you'll be able to see your device being detected by MiFlash. And after all this is done, just hit Flash and your phone will boot up within 3/4 minutes.

Xiaomi Note 8 rom flash problem

My note 8 comes with china rom which I want to change into indian rom. I have downloaded this rom from ci.mi dot com. I wanted to flash my handset (Bootloader Unlocked) with xiaomiflash software. But it seems the software can't detect the rom file and when I extracted the rar file of rom, it was contained with .br file instead of flash file. Previously I downloaded another rom file from the same site. It was same on the xiaomiflash, it can't detect the rom file after refresh and select path either. What can I do? I even tried from phone to flash (downloaded_rom>settings>System Update> Choose update package), but I didn't even find the option 'choose update package. Need help!!

I would like to help. But I don't have China based phone. Mine came with global. I think is the same though.
The ROM file you have contains files with *.br, this tells me it is a 'recovery rom' and needs to be flashed with recovery.
You can flash recovery ROM with twrp. But there is firmware files inside and there is danger to flash wrong firmware files (note 8 vs note 8t) . Do be certain the ROM you are to flash is supported in your hardware first.

if and only if you have redmi note 8 and not 8t then you can flash Indian rom....coz there's no redmi note 8t for India..
download recovery or fastboot rom from here.
if you download recovery rom...just straightaway flash from recovery...
for fastboot rom you gotta extract it twice then flash with miflash...and make sure to select "clean_all" not "clean_all_and_lock"

Softbricked Mi10t Lite (gauguin)

Hello guys,
I have rooted 2 days ago my phone with TWRP and Magisk; everything worked fine until I tried to change somethin in /system/ folder. It always said I dont have write rights. So I decided to go back to stock rom. I have downloaded the stock rom for my phone (gauguin, Global 12.0.8.0 , Android 10.) Now I have the following problem. My device is soft bricked.
So i decided to google and try to flash another Rom for my phone. I found one here.

How Can I flash that file? its .tgz

Unpack TGZ archive, then untar TAR file again. You will see folder with images and script files. Run "flash_all_except_storage.bat".

For the love of god, I just spent 3 hours to install fastboot ROM and did not succeed. No idea what went wrong, but at the end I finally restored my device..
1. download recovery ROM and transfer it to internal SD
2. download fastboot ROM, unpack it
3. modify flash_all_except_storage.bat and delete lines with CRCLIST and SPARCECRCLIST
4. run the script
5. phone will keep rebooting on MI logo
6. boot to TWRP "fastboot boot twrp.img"
7. install recovery ROM from TWRP
8. (install Magisk), reboot phone to system
For some reason fastboot flashing doesn't install /odm partition correctly. I have the latest drivers, android tools, tried 2 PCs, 2 different USB cables, different USB ports, using Mi Flash, nothing helped. The only solution was to flash recovery rom from TWRP. Fortunately no data has been lost.

Can you boot into fastboot? You said it's soft bricked so I imagine you can. Reply and I'll get back to you, I soft bricked mine and fixed it fine.
Hey guys, I was finally able to flash the Rom.
I used to flash a Rom with Xiaomi Flash, accidentaly it was a wrong rom, which I saw later on.
So I installed TWRP recovery with fastboot commands and downloaded the right rom. I used to download the EEA Rom instead of Global Rom. So I transfered the EU Rom to micro SD Card and flashed it with TWRP.
Everything is working now, except the access to /system folder, after I rooted with magisk 20.4. Even with the newest Version it does not work.
So I tried in the terminal the following command while I was in /system folder: mount -o rw,remount/ But this does also not work. How can I get acess to it?
Sorry for my english again
