Video and audio sync problem using Super Steady - Samsung Galaxy A70 Questions & Answers

Hi,
I've searched the forum and Google and did not find any information about this issue...
I have an A70 with Android 10 as you can see on the screenshot.
The issue i have is, when i make a video with the stock camera and super steady activated, the sync is messed up, the videio and audios are out of sync...
I've tryed and clear cache and data of the camera app and did not solve the issue. The only way to have a synced video/audio is to deactivate the super steady option...
Do anyone have this issue too?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

No one has this issue on A70?

I just noticed it too. The video is about 1 second late.

I even tryed on secure mode, and the issue is still present.

Received today an OTA that has the solution for this issue.

Yeah, me too ? Have you found any other bugs so far?

Turning off super steady doesnt help.
I have the feeling, today's software is written by idiots who don't test their own work. It's simply an unacceptable bug.

Can anyone check if your camera recording got darker after 2.22 firmware update or arhd 10.2 in low light situations..... Picture quality is still great but when I try to record in low light it sucks so bad..... It doesn't adjust to it.....

You have the same issue as someone who posted over a year ago, on software/firmware (2.22) that is two generations old at this point?
I can't say for sure if the problem started during the some update, but for a while now, I've been experiencing the same issues as the OP. Seemed to start roughly around the same time as the OP, too.

The camera app has been updated several times since the time of the OP. Don't know if it will help your issue or not, but at least a start to see if your camera app is up to date. Current version is 7.30.581119
That's the exact version that I have.
The newest problem, just started maybe a couple of months ago, is that I'll open up the camera app, the shot looks beautiful on the screen, I hit the "video record" button to start, and the camera "stops down" to an unrecognizable dark image before recording. Annoying!

Snapchat video stuck zoomed in

For a while now I have been having this issue with videos in Snapchat. I can take pictures fine with front and back camera, but as soon as I click and hold to take a video the camera (front or back) zooms way in. I have tried clearing cache for the app, reinstalling, and clearing cache in recovery and nothing has fixed it. It used to work fine so I am not sure what changes.
I searched around and found some other people with the issue but never saw a resolution. Dpea anyone else here have the problem or have any ideas to try to resolve it?
HTC One M8 Zoom Bug
Yes! I have this problem too, you aren't alone! Not only that, but if you visit the review section of the snapchat app page, many other HTC One M8 users are having this issue. I've been searching for a solution for at least two months and I've tried everything I've found except for a full on system restore and nothing has worked. I've issued a bug report but have yet to receive a response. It's starting to get kind of ridiculous.
Update: Fixed!

Alright, apparently the latest android update fixes this! I checked for a system update today and when I tried taking a video on snapchat, it only zommed in a very small amount, small enough to where it was not noticeable. So a system update fixes the problem!

What update did it for you? Was it just the OTA one? I don't want to upgrade to Lollipop, so I may just live with it. It is really annoying though, there has to be another way to fix it.
found a fix
Downgrade to ver. 5.0.38.2 beta that ver. Worked for me on my Htc one m8 android 4.4.2 try it.

Screen goes black watching videos.

So, brand new thing I have ran into recently is that no matter what app I use when I turn the phone horizontal the screen goes black and I can't see the video. Any tips to fix this? I am rooted with xposed.
Is there a screen protector or cover possibly causing this issue?
Have you restarted? (Had a similar issue and restart fixed it)
Sincerely,
ASUS_USA
There is at least one other thread about this. Try the search to see if they found a fix. I had something similar, but only with mp4 files, no matter which app I used. Partial or completely black screen, but the sound was fine. It went away for me with the last firmware update.
No case on there for me.
Hi,
I encountered this problem and have a thread on this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/help/video-playback-issue-ze550ml-2-18-40-7-t3139304). Basically, I had to perform a factory reset in order to fix it. Hope it helps.
Cheers.
Hi, did you managed to fix the problem and how if you did?
I have already performed factory reset with the last update 9/7/15 but still have the same problem.
Is it video files or does this also happen with YouTube and other streaming apps?
Just videos, camera videos that I took and others, Youtube works normaly

Asus Splendid was the problem, it was disabled and after enabling and updating it works normally.
If someone have the same problem ...
Video turns black - unfreeze Splendit and autostart

youtube app freezing issue while exit?

So i havent unlocked my bootloader yet.
And havent had any hardware or phone issues but with the youtube app when i tend to close it down the screen simply freezes and it takes a while to get back normal or a quick reboot helps.. Its actually everytime and doesnt happen elsewhere.. Not even in games.
Anybody facing the same problem or is it just me? I suspect cz of the new aspect ratio youtube is having problems properly rendering with the new screen though..
Let me know anyone with the same issue..
Edit : Problem solved turns out after getting youtube updated and then clearing cache it works normally now.

MIC mutes during call

I noticed something like that :
Not always but it happens - while talking, suddenly I'm not being heard on the other side. It happens as new connection (at once after connection) or while existing connection (after I said few words.)
What helps ? Pressing mute/unmute.
Phone is brand new.
What's wrong ?

same here, I thought it was a problem on the other side, but since other people are having this so probably that's another bug of this phone ;(
Problem seems solved. Everything looks fine after ACR Call Record had been uninstalled.

you mean solved by Sony in last firmware? or you uninstalled something manually? thanks
Just uninstalled ACR app manually. Since then every conversation has absolutely no problem.
Got to find different call record app....
