calls error - Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Questions & Answers

hi guys
kindly ask to help for a problem that I have with my note10+ SM-N976B.
Everytime when I receive a call and I answer fast, in 2-3 seconds, always the call cannot be established. The caller is not hearing me, I cannot hear him and even on the screen that is no indicator that the call is ok.
Simply is freezing the call.
Everytime I need to let the phone ring at least 10 seconds.
the phone is updated with the latest stock firmware.
could anyone have an idea how to solve it?
thanks again

I had similar before on wifi calling with dodgy wifi. so if you are using wifi calling I would try disabling it to see if it goes away.

hi thanks for answer
i dont use wifi call at all, only normal calls

no further ideas please?

Device hangs using call waiting / switching lines

When I am on a call and another person rings, most of the time when I try to accept the incoming call the phone will hang. If I wait until the incoming call give up then sometimes I can go back to the first call but often I lose both.
When the phone loses both calls, it shows no service for about 10 seconds then finds a signal and can then be used again.
I thought the issue was with the Black Edition ROM but even when I have switched to Schaps the problem exists.
I have never updated the radio on my phone as I am pretty sure I bricked my last one doing a radio update. It is still with the orginal T-Mobile UK radio stack.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Aidan
did you install some programs that might be conflicting with that? I had that issue before and I format the phone and start all over and the problem is gone now.

sometimes i cant recive sms/calls help

in stock rom sometimes out of nowhere I cant receive calls or sms notifications, like it just happens randomly and I don't notice because I just stop getting sms and I just think they don't reply. like im right next to someone and if I feel im not receiving things I ask someone to text me or call me and text never show up and calls go straight to vm without notifications. at first I thought it was because I disabled svoice and uninstalled it so I stop doing that and it still continued. then for some reason I turned of fast charging and it stop doing that but it would happen sometimes out of nowhere again. rn im using hybrid rom and haven't disabled anything so im wondering if anyone can help me please and thank you. also I read online to fix the call issue on some galaxy note 3 people were dissabiling the pop up call feature, so I did so to in my note 4.

It's just Sprint and their crap network. Sometimes I pick my phone up and it actually has no service. I could not even make a 911 call if I needed to.

Problem, my GT2 started answering calls automatically

Hello, I have a big problem since the last firmware update. I woke up this morning and I had a notification to update my watch to the last firmware (1.0.9.58).
Since then, whoever is calling me, my phone replies immediately and the calls starts counting seconds (00:01 etc) and my watch doesn't ring or shows anything as its screen. In the past, the phone kept ringing and my watch too and i could see on both screens who's calling me. Now after a second, the call is replied on my phone, without touching it or something. You understand that this is extremely weird and dangerous, since i'm not always next to my phone and sometimes i'm doing stuff that I don't want a potential caller to hear... like listening to music or talking to someone else (don't think only the naughty stuff). I'm sure my phone doesn't have an issue, since i didn't change anything and i'm completely sure it's my watch, since i disabled temporarily bluetooth and my phone starting ringing for a call without answering automatically.. Can we do something about it? Did anyone notice the same behavior???
I am on the same firmware, but i have a complete opposite problem regarding calls with my GT2...since this latest update my gt refuses to connect for calls to my P30 pro...

Try to check if the smart answer (bluetooth) is enabled in your headphones mode.. if not, reset your wifi/bluetooth settings
I had the same issue and I'm using the Oneplus phone. I solve this by switching off auto-answering when the phone is connected to a bluetooth device. Hope it wokrs on your phone as well
