Interesting! Does the fingerprint reader work with this specific protector on the S20 FE?

Yes. I've had no issues. For the record, I registered my fingerprint after application.

Mhmmm, then would cases for the A51 work with it?

Thanks, Ordered as a stop gap.

DUDE! You are genius. I just lookup the specs for the two phones. Their screen is identical and their size is almost the same.

Is there a front camera cutout? If not, any issues with that?
I'm using one from my OnePlus 6T...it's just a little short.

No cutout. I don't take many selfies, but I haven't noticed any issues in my limited use with it.

I am also using 2.5D glass from A51, fits perfectly, there is no cutout, front camera working normally.

Same as the rest. Everything fit well and camera, fingerprint all working.

Got mine today and fits perfectly

I ordered the A51 glass protector as well. Fit is perfect for use with a cheap case I got from Amazon to hold me over until a real selection of cases becomes available. Front camera is not affected, fingerprint works, and the glass itself is decent about not being a grease slick. This was a great find by the OP.

I also vouch for th A51 screen protector. I went with WRJ brand on Amazon. It covers the whole screen with the bottom slightly extended to make gestures easier.
Do not buy the LK glass screen protectors for the S20 FE. I bought those first before finding it about the A51 ones. The glass is smaller than the screen. It'll result in an uneven install or crooked on the sides and selfie camera. I've had other LK products in the past and they were good in terms of support, but they haven't responded for this one yet...

I will add Dmax armor and Supershield to the list, S20 FE. The only brand that exactly fit is Zagg. Stay with A51 if you want spend $25.

Has anybody come across one yet that has a guide? I find those way easier to line up the edges.

SGP GLAS.t Premium Tempered Glass Screen Protector

Just saw this on their site and I'm so excited!
SGP's Steinheil GLAS.t is made to protect the LCD from damage and scratches with specially processed glass that has been reinforced to increase shock absorbency. The entire surface of the GLAS.t is transparent and the back side is covered with a strong silicon adhesive for easy installation. When installed, there are no gaps between the LCD and the GLAS.t, which means the touch screen's sensitivity is unaffected.

Can't wait for it. Hope this day come since I saw the version for IP on their website
Though they said "sensitivity is unaffected" I read some complaints (for other phones) that sensitivity is reduced.
Especially when battery is low.
Holy $40 for screen protector?
I can't buy this.
This is a glass over a glass, then I would have to buy a screen protector for this screen protector.
I seriously hope it is much improved over their SGS2 version. The sensitivity sucked big time even with tweaks made to the touchscreen.

I disagree, with Ninphetamine Kernel, I had no problems with using the Glas even when it was charging. I would buy one, but $40 is a little pricey. They could at least include a little something if we pre-ordered it or offer colored versions like SGS2.
Love SGP products...but man oh man I can't spend $40 on a screen protector.
I bought the ultra crystal of the spg and I wasn't impressed at all.
The plastic seemed flimsy and very easybto crease and I just couldn't get the bubbles out after 4 tries.
Now idk if the ultra crystal is their cheapest model as they had the ultra olephobic and ultra fine version, and now the glas.t
So now I'm on the hunt for a different screen protector now...

Only tiny thing is they sent me the Glas.t for iPhone 4S
And when I went to the page from the first post, they already changed the item to the American AT&T version, not the International (European) version anymore .
So when is the exact release date? Why is the AT&T GLAS.t priced at $34.99USD while our international N7000 is $39.99USD?
Hope this will be availabe locally soon

not impressed. I have their ultra-optics, it's not entirely matte and still reflects light, which looks like rainbows. Also fingerprints can accumulate.

I may have to.consider that for the us version of the Note.
Only because eventhough I love my ZAGG invisishield there is a slight lag with the spen over the film.
I'm guessing that wont happen with the Glas.t

Illumishield screen protector

Just received these today and totally pleased.
3 to a order. Easy to apply now stupid water spray or "special secret application serum"
Looks like glass acts like glass.
Not some rippled thin piece of Syrian wrap.
Easy to take off and get the damn dog hair I didn't see while applying and reapply . (use masking tape to remove hair)
http://www.illumishieldstore.com/iL...archPage=1&searchRank=salesrank&searchSize=12
Mine arrived today, and installed without a hitch.
Fit was good, but could have been a tiny bit larger.
Just finished installing mine as well. I guess the three holes on it aren't that bad. One for only the camera would have been better. I'm pretty sure you don't need holes for the sensors.
Also if you can get this thing installed on your first try, that is best. Otherwise you have to keep peeling it up with tape to then use tape to get the dust. I was being OCD about it and it took me a while.
Using the 'hinge' method it's perfect just about every time.
http://doityourselfproject2012.blogspot.com/2012/10/applying-screen-protector-try-hinge_13.html

Thanks. Hinge methods looks good, I'll have to try that next time. Anyone notice the touchscreen acting up a bit after installing this? Not always responding.
Nope.
Zero problems...
Love this as well with only one thing. Only gripe for me is that it is NOT as smooth as your naked screen. I guess it depends on your fingers but mine isn't. Stylus works well through it though. Overall an excellent value for the price and # of pieces you get. I agree that 2 additional holes are not necessary and makes the screen more noticeable. In fact, since I hardly use my front facing camera, I'd wish they give an option to not have any holes. I'm sure the camera can still see right through it without too much degradation.
I have some of these coming in the mail...would one of you be kind enough to post some pictures?

This is the 2.5D 0.2mm version.
Use the 'hinge method' to apply the screenprotector.
Warning: Apparently not all OnePlus X screens are perfectly flat, so you could be dissapointed with the endresult.
Where to buy?
I got it from ebay.nl
Just go to your local ebay site and search for "OnePlus X Nillkin glass screenprotector" should cost about 8 dollar.
Today I've recieved the 2.5D 0.2mm Pro Nillkin glass screenprotector, it's a perfect fit. Tomorrow I'll post new images!
Yay! Can't wait to see it. Thanks.

Thread is a bit old but I wish to give my input. I have tried three glass screen protectors and all three had the bubble issue. Now my first OPX which I returned due to it having a yellow tint, had the air bubbles all around the guard (official 1+), the replacement device also has the same issue, for this I used two nillkin guards, with both attempts in vain. It seems like only a few devices are fully 'compatible' with the screen protectors.
Note: both of my nillkin ones were the amazing h, this one. Feel like trying the H+ but am not sure, I used alignment stickers as well but still no good results!

Disagree there. The first one I got was $2 and it was shocking. I was expecting a small gap at the sides because of the 2.5d screen but this one barely covered vertically as well. Annoying as I like to keep as much of the front covered as possible so that the tempered glass can protect the screen from drops.
Found the Ultimate Shield one to be excellent.
Try this one from Ultimate Shield. It covers the whole screen very close to the edge. The best one for the Huawei P10 Plus.

Unfortunately I could only find them on nillkin online website and eBay. Nothing in Canada, per usual..
Nillkin tempered glass pro is very thin, cut out on sensors and speaker. (no cutout for front camera. Finger print sensor cutout is good, no bubbles and easy to install.
Good quality and instructions. Only issue I found was it covered not fully to the edge. It has about 3mm gaps (quite a big gap) from the screen edge. Will upload some pics tonight.

Got the exact same experience. Tried other ones that had a better fit but their quality was ****
Also installed the Nillikin...features I was after were minimum cutouts and .2mm thin with radiused edges for smooth navigating over home button. Fantastic smooth oleophobic touch.
Does the job on my Canadian Rogers P10+ and I use two Spigen Rugged Armour cases with good front lips. I alternate between the the slim case and the EXTRA with larger air cushion corners depending on activities.

No...remove the pre-installed plastic one first.

Actually now I do t see it. I thought I saw they were doing the same thing they did with the S10 and adding the screen protector preinstalled.

The phone comes with a protector pre-installed? or is it just the sticky film for packaging?

Yes, it has a protector like S10s. I think it's sufficient until owners get a tempered solution.

No it isn't, but (my S10+) protector has a decent oleophobic coating on it and has held up pretty well to date

Yeah i have to admit its pretty good.
No orange peel effect
Smooth finish and minimal fingerprints
Mine lasted 5 mos with no issues (sold the phone at that point)
If the the preinstalled note one is as good you would have to be nuts to remove it unless it lifts or has too many blemishes on it after prolonged use.
I tried so many when I first got my Note 8 all failed. I gave up been naked for nearly 2 years with only few minor scratches nothing that spoils the joy (well screen burn in but that another story:laugh
Classic Amazon reviews for the Whitestone before the Note 10 is even available!

Looks like that most of tempered glasses are not compatible with finger print reader...
I tried it at the store it scratches if you use the stylus

where can I find more info on this "pre installed" screen protector?

You can watch Flossy Carter rip it off of the phone in his unboxing. Looks great, but he tore it off lol.
