Searching for an Android TV Stick (not Box)

I am searching for an Android TV Stick (not a Box like the Fire TV or Apple TV) which is rooted (or can be rooted) so I can use my DualShock 4 controller wirelessly while using Moonlight. It should support Moonlight 1080p 60fps and the only needed power source should be the USB port from the TV. I tested the Fire TV Stick and didn't really like it because of Fire OS and no DualShock 4 support and poor performance while using Moonlight on 1080p 60fps. Anyone know about some devices which to fulfill my demands?
I bought a Windows PC Stick with Intel Atom Z3735F, 2GB RAM, Windows 10 but first it will need external power from a smartphone power supply (5V 2A) and second the Asus Stick I have will always crash and I cant even reinstall Windows 10 on it. What a piece of **** this is.

Part needed aftv 2nd gen HDMI port

I thought my aftv 2nd gen was bricked, but the HDMI port is the real culprit. I have tried like 6 different TV and 5 different HDMI cables. How did I come to this conclusion? The fire TV is Ethernet connected and when I opened the fire TV remote app on my phone, fire TV showed up?.
Now the real problem. I can't find a replacement part for this device. Where can I get HDMI port for aftv 2nd gen? Are there other non amazon devices I can desolder it from?

Reason to used docking station, I want my HDD with docking can connect with PC & Fire TV.
I’ve already formatted my HDD to Fat32 and make partition to 128Gb ( known limited size as thumb drive)
Still not detect on Fire TV.
Help for solution ...
Many thanks
I have a DAS with USB 3.0 and I plug it into my USB ports on my router. Then all devices in the house have access. All my fire tv can play content through kodi because it support samba.
If you have a stick it doesn't support USB. Only micro USB which is for power so you would need an otg adapter if you want to plug directly. And I believe only gen2 or higher supports otg

USB adapter for powering both Fire Stick 4k and external HDD?

Yo, have anyone tried some more powerful adapter for powering both Fire Stick 4k and external HDD? I know that it's possible to have powered USB hub that would power external HDD, but I would prefer to have just more powerful adapter with just one USB slot, then I would just split it with OTG cable (I'm using it with usb stick now). Considering that Fire Stick plug is 5W/1A, would 10W/2A do it for powering both HDD and stick? Or does it need to be 15W/3A adapter?

You have to use a variable power supply or boost/buck converter.
Fire TV stick 4K powers with a 5.25v/1A. You have recommended to use 2A and above
