Action bar extension ?

Hello all
Just a quick question regarding the "action bar" I hope it's what it's called, the lower band on your screen where we have the back button home button and recent app button. Anyways,y question is, is there any app that can add like an extension to the bar to give additional functionality ?
To make my question more clear, I downloaded 360 launcher and noticed that the developer has managed to add 3 dots on the left of this bar, which when touched comes up the settings option for the launcher. How did they do that ? My phone is stock and not even rooted. But I find having an option to add something like this would be extremely useful...like placing custom shortcuts. Just look at the pictures too.

[Q] PA CM11 KitKat - disable "Immersive/Expanded Desktop"

Is there any way to disable this feature? [hiding of both status bar and navigational soft keys]. Can't say I particularly like it.
I use custom PA ROM and it doesn't have ability to disable it with power button ...
Help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: option can be turned on/off in tiled settings in drop-down status bar ... sorry overlooked that

Battery percentage in status bar

Hi , I would like to ask if it is possible to do display the battery percentage in the status bar?
Thanks in advance
Hi, i used this metod:
"Here's how to get the battery percentage to display on stock Android:
Enable System UI Tuner. To do this, swipe down the Quick Settings panel and you'll see the settings gear icon at the top of the display. Press and hold this for a few seconds.
After a few seconds, the System UI Tuner will be enabled and will appear at the bottom of the settings menu. Once it's enabled, a spanner icon appears next to your settings shortcut icon and you'll get an onscreen notification.
Open the System UI Tuner menu and tap "status bar". Towards the bottom you'll see the option called "battery" with a number of choice. Select "always show percentage".

Contextual Menu when Long Pressing Icons Gone

I noticed this after the Nougat update and I've already reset the phone to factory defaults.
When on the home screen and you long press an icon, the default behavior for the Samsung A7 2017 Nougat is to pull up options on what you'd like to do with that icon, like uninstall, remove badge, etc. After a few weeks of not using that feature, long pressing the icons no longer trigger the menu to appear. All that's left is the icon that can be moved around but not deleted.
Because of this behavior, if you'd placed widgets and icons on the home screen, you're not able to delete them anymore. Same thing if you have a set of icons together with the app drawer icon at the very bottom of the screen.
Do you guys also experience this? How can this be fixed? Resorting the phone to factory default fixes the issue, but it's back at it again after a few weeks of use.
TIA!
did you disable animation effect on developer option?
Samsung reply this on play store
If you set the animation setting as OFF in 'Settings ▷ Developer options ▷ Animator duration scale', management options cannot be properly shown when you tap and hold (long-press) an icon or a widget. Please don't choose the 'OFF' in the 'Animator duration scale' setting until the next update. Thank you.

Holy carp. Who would've thought they're related. I hate fancy animations. Thank you for replying. I'll try this
