I agree, however they should have automatically put them in the cart with the option to remove it rather than the other way around or not showing it on checkout. But at least they're making good... this time.

Glad to hear this - don't know how I forgot but I did forget to add the Pixel Buds to my order and was about to cancel and start over - but I don't want to lose my delivery date. A friend just told me that he ordered the Pixel 6 Pro and his order said it was due for delivery in DECEMBER. My order says early November....thanks to the OP for the heads up.
I am one of the people that did not add the buds.
If someone gets this so call email from Google, let us know.

Just tried it again and it worked with cut & paste. ???
I checked to make sure there was no space at either end before but it did not work until just now. Oh well, I get me free Buds that I don't want. Rather of had $50 off the phone.

FYI delivery estimate shows December 2 - 7.
Not sure if I should feel bad about this but I ended up cancelling my Pix 6 Pro order from Google and got it from Best Buy via AT&T. Still, Google sent an email saying

My phone was received on Oct 21st and I have still not received my check. Today makes 14 business days when I call the hotline they told me give it to mid next week. I'm frustrated to say the least.

Not sure why kinda scam they really pulling and they have absolutely no information when you call, they just extend the date. They can't provide you tracking for the check , can't tell you if your check has been shipped, no email correspondence, and no way to check the status of your return. Samsung's advanced return system. What a joke

I'm supposed to be getting a bill credit from Verizon next month, but last night I received a package to return my note 7 which I have not had in my possession for over a month, and checked my orders section on my Verizon account and have a new order pending for a return of merchandise. If Verizon screws me on this I'm going to be ticked. I will fight it.

Finally got something from Verizon after numerous calls, I paid full price for the N7. I am suprised they are refunding me for the accessories as well. It also says they are sending me another return box I already got 2 and returned the phone a few weeks ago.

I got an email about receiving a check and the bill credit. Then I was just checking my bank account and noticed a change and it was the refund from the phone.
I called Samsung today and they told me 4 to 8 business days to get the check. It's been since Oct 31 when I they received the Note 7.
I got my check in the mail yesterday! I forgot about it, actually, so it was a nice surprise lol

I got a complete refund for my note 7 that I paid 2 year contract price for ($339). Still have the phone. I called twice about a box and never got one...safe to say now I have a free phone. I pray that Samsung doesn't kill switch these phones. Think I read somewhere that 12/15 was D-day for all remaining note 7s. Can anyone else confirm this?

The shipping is based on the location, area and the type of city you're in. We don't have information about the shipping of an order. It's based on the Estimated delivery date issued to you. As you've already got the information about the delivery, that is the best date we could give you at the moment.
I wish we had any additional facilities, however, as the company has its own policies, we wouldn't be able to deliver the product to you in short period of time.
I hope you understand our limitations.

They've had them available for ordering on and off every week. They had many last week, in stock lasted for days.
Good news, I did google chat with a product specialist and they checked the warehouse and said the Pixel XL will be back in stock at some point in time before this week ends (when it happens it will probably sell out again, so pay close attention to it)
Shouldn't i get a notification from them that they're back in Stock if I'm in the waiting list?

Hopefully that means Verizon will be getting an influx of XL's too. I'm starting to worry that I won't get my preorder before I go on vacation in December.

I order my pixel xl around November 5th~8th (can't remember when exactly) and google told me it would be delivered at around December 15th-19th. Today I got an email that they've already sent it and that it coming till the 22th. I signed for the accidental protection deal cuz I'm not a careful person :S I hope it pays off.

Does anyone have any idea why it takes so long to restock these phones? Why are not cargo ships full of them unloading every day? I would guess some component is in short supply?
And an observation, why did google make a useless 32G model with no expansion slot? If they made a 64G and 128G model there would be a lot less problems. Of course most people would probably buy the 64G model and they would not get to sell the $100 upgrade.

I takes a few weeks dude. They wait until the return period is over so you don't get a free $50. Last year with the home mini, it was right at 4 weeks if I remember right. So, it should come any day now.

But what are you all planning to buy with it? So far my options are the Pixel Stand or Skullcandy Riff. Leaning more towards the Riff, good reviews for $50, wireless & assistant too. As for the stand, they aren't that special, just another wireless stand. I see soon more certified and Made for Google wireless chargers coming in the future which could be cheaper than the Pixel stand.
Also, expires this Dec 31. So have to use it before that! So might just go for that Riff.

Going to buy one for my wife tomorrow as she's a Fi customer, too. At least she'll get it at the price immediately and won't have to wait 60 days like I will. Right AFTER I complained on Twitter I received the email stating I'd have the discount applied if I kept my account active for 60 days. Chat support is hit or miss, but been with them since 2015, don't plan on switching.

I was so excited to have the spare cash laying around and to order a pretty much brand new phone I forgot to check XDA first to see if it could even be rooted yet!
Was going to go with the cheapo Moto G Power (technically 'free' with the google fi credits) but decided that I was tired of staying with cheapo phones and started checking out the Pixel 4a. Luckily I saw the 4a 5g $300 deal and jumped on that instead since it was even cheaper than the 4a which is surprising (new to Fi myself, been eyeing it for a while now). It's arriving tomorrow so I'm really excited to finally have a proper decent phone.
Just wish that there's more options for cases cause all of them are very nearly monochromatic and the few colorful ones that I kind of likes are too often using basic designs that I'm not too interested in (like a neat blue/purple color case but a very very boring Victorian style flower drawing on the back).

Just checked and the 512 is still showing for sale on my account. This is a verizon business account, btw.
I had originally ordered from Verizon but cancelled because of the locked bootloader, $35 activation fee, and no Pixel buds. I will have to wait an extra 2 weeks from Google but I'm saving money and getting a hopefully unlockable bootloader. As much as I like stock Android, it's missing a ton of features I love on Samsung devices.

You probably already know this, but if I remember correctly you still get the Verizon activation fee if you active your "Google Edition" Pixel 6 with a Verizon account. One reason I switched to AT&T. I can switch phones whenever I feel like it.

You probably already know this, but if I remember correctly you still get the Verizon activation fee if you active your "Google Edition" Pixel 6 with a Verizon account. One reason I switched to AT&T. I can switch phones whenever I feel like it.

Not if you order an unlocked one, but you do get it if you order a Verizon one.

Huh, interesting! When I got my unlocked HTC 10 before I got the Pixel 1, I thought I still had to pay an activation fee to Verizon, before I switched to AT&T.

No, because when you order an unlocked one, all you have to do is throw your SIM in it. You don't even have to notify Verizon. When you purchase a VZW model, Google makes you log into your VZW account, and that's when they get you. BUT, if you're a long time Verizon customer, it doesn't hurt to call them and ask them to waive the fee.

Same here. I originally had a delivery date of 10/28, but now my order page on VZW says "Delivery Date Will Be Updated Soon." Hopefully it still shows up this week.
P6P, 512Gb Black is what I ordered.
Just got my shipping notice for a Stormy Black 128 gb 6 Pro. Being delivered by UPS. I have to check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date, but most likely Wednesday.

I did, and just we are all in the same boat, no CC charges or anything, but what I did notice is that the status changed from processing to Running, I got no idea what running supposed to mean but yeah

Same here. Showing the ship & delivery dates on the same day, 10/28/2021.
I spoke w/one of my local "Team of Experts" associates from T-Mobile earlier this evening.
I was concerned that, even though I'm showing the 10/28 date, the Pixel 6 Pro is now back-ordered until mid-November.
What I was told that the bulk shipment has not arrived at the regional distribution center, but, it was still showing an estimated ship date of 10/28. (No tracking information yet).
Good enough for me. I'd went elsewhere for a carrier-free model, but, no one is matching the trade-in offers. (the full purchase price @ $899 for my Note20)

Yeah, I asked 2 reps, 1 via phone then via T-Force and both assured me that I'll be having it by the 28th, so I guess will have to wait and see

Mine is still showing "preorder" on the order status page with a ship date of 10/28. No changes yet.
But apparently if you just type in the confirmation , last name, and billing zip without logging in, it shows "running" with an estimated delivery date of 10/28.

Got my shipping notice yesterday and it says delivery the 26th or 27th by a company called OnTrac in San DIego. No status yet on the tracking info but it is only coming from Orange county. Still says waiting package- this is so frustraating
