I was checking the developer menu on X30, saw two GSI images appears in "DSU Loader". So i chose one to try out. Then I found out that both of them seems to be GSIs working perfectly, and Motorola probably made them. Anyone wanna check it out?

Yeah yeah I did. The GSI suits the device really really well. I doubt there’s any issue, except only the main camera lens is available? (Since I didn’t test the original Motorola camera apk, the built in camera apk afaik only shows the main back lens and front lens)

I was tinkering and found this. It's not working that well. But it's there, they are working on it.
No night button on camera app 3.0.8. I use ob22 pie. How I can it enable?
The camera itself supports night mode, and you can enable it through shared_prefs, it'll give you the button, you can use it to take pictures, but it does not use night mode actually. It's not working, because we don't have the required libs in order to use the night mode. I've tried it as well earlier.

Just because the option is hidden doesn't mean they're working on it. I'm assuming they have a common base for the stock camera app, and hide features depending on the phone model. If I was you, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

On oos pie I also don't have it.
But on hydrogen pie I did have it, don't ask me how, it was just there with camera 3.0.8 ? (no idea if it realy worked, because i switched to oos pie)

I can't see any, but I'm note sure.
I tested it, dots galore on my side.
But Arnova is busy with libs etc (new module) so I will just wait
I've got it working. I found a pixel 3 cam by arnova

Yes it works, but zoom in in a picture, make a photo of a lamp that is on as a example, you will see dots again.

Thats my qustion too. I thought i can use google camera mod when Camera2API is enabled, didn't know that it is the used chipset is important too.

Theoretically someone briliant cound make it possible to work.
But google camera uses special snapdragon processor architecture command (which dont have mtk). It is designed for snapdagon and almost every port of google camera use the same command to work and work only on snadragon processor. Google camera oryginally is designed for snapdragon google pixels.
ONE IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PEOPLE WHO SAY, THAT GOOGLE CAMERA WORK on this phone

Yes it works. Although I need a bit more time to test how much of a difference it makes and how well it works. Probably will update this weekend.
