my phone suddenly turn off when charging and can't turn on,just use it for 3 month,did any of you guys encounter this issue

My dash seems to be turning off randomly after I use it to talk. When i turn it back on, sometimes it wont turn back on until I plug it in. when i plug it in, the battery doesn't say 0% or anything..it's still like 80%.
Does this sound like a battery problem that could be fixed easily?

Since yesterday after I the device connecting new car charger.. every time it turns off the screen for more than three seconds .. Turn off the device with no sign of shutting down (no vibration of Lemuria shutdown or something like that).
As long as the screen is on the device is fine.
Now every time I connect the device to the computer is turn off.
If the screen is off more than a few seconds the device turn off, if it is connected to a charger you can turn it on only to connect the charger when is working and how he loads it.
According to what is a hardware problem but I'm not absolutely sure.
Please help me take the what the problem is and how to act.

mobile turns off automatically

Frm last 2-3 days my mobile automatically turned off and a black screen will appeared suddenly and when I tried to turn it on only red led blinks for 3 times.... Mobile won't turn on unless I connect it to charger...
Plzzz help now this prob is occurring 3-4 time in a day
Replace your battery
My Note was running RR 5.7.4 . Yesterday I connected my phone to the charger before sleeping like usual but the other day when i tried to use it the screen would not turn on , the led was blinking red , i disconnected the charger and held the power button to see if anything would happen but the led went off and my Note 2 is dead till then . Tried moving the battery , entering recovery or download modes but nothing happens, no led , no vibration and nothing on the screen. Has someone faced this issue, can someone help me?
Blinking red led means the battery is completely drained. Leave it on the charger for a few hours.
So my galaxy nexus won't turn on or go into download mode or anything without connecting the charging cable to it.
Only response I get is when I connect it to charger it shows the battery is charged and then it goes away, I can go into download mode and stuff but as soon as I disconnect the charger, the display turns off. When I plug it in the computer it shows unrecognized usb device and then it goes away then it shows unrecognized device again(this happens in a loop).
how it supposedly got bricked: I was just using phone on a CFW(C-Rom on android 4.4.4), and after changing some voltage settings from some voltage control then applied, and then screen flickered and then it turned off, I turned it back on and everything was working but after 5 seconds same thing happened, then I turned off and on again and still same thing happened, after a few more tries it just stopped turning on ;-;
Fixed, the problem was the battery. All I had to do was replace it with a brand new one.
