Why i can't find Google play service for ar in the store and Google doesn't mention this device on its supported devices for AR?

Well I'm wondering whether to purchase the chinese redmi note 8 or the global note 7, I don't mind about the language and band limitations of the Chinese version, I just want to know if it supports Google play services, like the Playstore, Gmail, Google accounts, backup and restore....

1.I have redmi note 8 pro and when the play store updated to the latest version then if i scroll to the end of the play store the phone completely freezes.

Tab 2 showing showing Netflix & certified in Playstore, but Tab3 not? Both Lineage 14
Hey,
can someone tell me why my Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 (SM T311) running Lineage 14.1 OS is showing as a non-certified device in Google Play store settings, and therefore not displaying apps such as Netflix, while at the same time it's the opposite on my Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P5110)10.0 ?
My Tab 2 is running Lineage OS 14.1 but there device IS showing as certified in Google Play store and I can see and download Netflix from the Play store.
Where is the difference coming from?

--I changed my phone old huawei nova 5t to Honor magic 4 pro global version
--Not found appasistant for global version in this new phone and some games especially golf clash so many lag, game turbo not used, after calling connection lost, notification not block when i play this game

--Unfortunately every phone has game mode but flagship Honor magic 4 pro global version not
